Hi, Pregnancy involves a whole lot change in the woman's body. Give your body time and it will come back in its original form. You have not mentioned, how long has it been after the delivery of your second child. It is due to a change in hormonal levels in the body that you tend to put weight around your abdomen. Lets briefly look into the working of your body, so as to help you understand and empower you better. So, basically, when you are pregnant there are 2 hormones progesterone and estrogen that are involved. During pregnancy, the progesterone levels are high to maintain the fetus. This progesterone also acts as an antianxiety and anti-depressant hormone. Now, after the birth of the baby the progesterone levels fall down and these days the new mother is always under stress either due to lack of sleep or rest or other reasons like insufficient support. To deal with this the body produces a stress hormone called Cortisol. This informs the body to store fat for future use. Also, the other reproductive hormone as mentioned earlier, estrogen becomes more dominant. This also tells the body to store fat. So, this explains the biochemistry of the hormonal changes happening in your body. There are a lot of dietary and lifestyle changes that you could do to help your body. Consume a lot of fresh fruits, especially in the morning till 12:00 pm. Eat plenty of greens, raw vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals which are involved in various functions in the body. Get rid of all dairy, animal foods, wheat, processed, packed, sugary and oily foods. All of them create a burden on the body. They are difficult to digest and create an acidic environment. Hi, Constipation is a condition of disturbance in bowel movements, difficulty in defecation. There are many factors that contribute to or cause constipation. The most common causes are Eating a diet too low in fibe Eating too few calories Not drinking enough fluids A low physical activity level Due to some medications Behavior changes: Consume a balanced healthy meals in regular interval. It is best to follow a regular pattern of bowel movement. Persons having normal bowel pattern usually defecate at approximately the same time every day. Since the bowels are most active after awakening and after meals, the most optimal time for a bowel movement is usually within the first two hours after waking and after breakfast. Don’t ignore the signal to defecate. Diet: Fiber increases stool bulk, which help stools move through the colon. The recommended amount of fiber is 20 to 35 grams daily. Fresh Fruits, green and green leafy vegetables and cereals are excellent source of fiber. Citrus fruits, prunes, fig and prune juice are especially helpful. Bloating and flatulence is a common problem with increased fiber so it is best to start slowly and increase the amount of fiber gradually. Drinking Lauki juice, beetroot carrot juice daily in the morning also helps to relive constipation. Adding ginger in your food also helps to improve your digestion and helps to relieve constipation. Hello manasa, Weight can be gained easily with good wholesome healthy diet. I highly suggest you to start fasting for 10 days (under expert supervision) it will help you detoxify the body and it helps smoothens the digestive tract. It will make you lose your weight in the beginning but it will help improving your appetite and hunger. It will help you synchronise your leptin and gheraline levels and improve gut bacterial growth and nourishment. A proper nutritious diet also plays an important role in gaining healthy weight. Fasting therapy- The first day start your fasting with boil diet. Include boiled vegetables with either chapati or boiled rice. The second day start your day with raw fruit in the breakfast and raw vegetables in lunch and evening with fruit like banana and night with vegetables like cucumber, carrots, beetroot, radish, onion, Tomato along with 2 dates. हेलो, कारण - कशेरुक (वर्टिब्रे: कई कशेरुक मिल कर रीढ़ की हड्डी बनाती हैं) की गंभीर सूजन का कारण बनती है जो अंततः गंभीर पीड़ा और अक्षमता का कारण बनती है। कई गंभीर मामलों में, सूजन के कारण रीढ़ की हड्डी पर एक नई हड्डी बन सकती है (बोन स्पर)। इससे शारीरिक विकृति भी हो सकती है। इसमें, पीठ में कशेरुक एक साथ फ्यूज हो जाते हैं जिससे कूबड़ होता है और लचीलेपन में कमी आती है। कुछ मामलों में, इससे पसलियां भी प्रभावित होती हैं जिससे सांस लेने में कठिनाई हो सकती है। जोड़ों और ऊतकों में पहले से सूजन, व्यायाम न करना, मोटापे से ग्रस्त होना, नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन, ग़लत posture में सोना उठना बैठना, लम्बे समय तक ख़राब हाज़मा। समाधान - दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, मकरासन, पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
