Two of the primary ways in which diet affects PCOS are weight management and insulin production and resistance. However insulin plays a significant role in PCOS,so managing it is a major condition that needs to be followed. A low glycemic index diet can be followed which includes foods like whole grains, legumes,nuts,seeds, fruits, starchy Vegetables all should be taken. Natural unprocessed foods,high fibre foods,spinach, Fenugreek and other dark green leafy vegetables are goods,dark red fruits and broccoli, cauliflower and last but not the least dried beans,lentils and legumes should not be missed. Nuts and oil seeds should be placed at your priority list which should include walnuts,almonds and pistachios.Spices like turmeric and cinnamon should be preferred Food to avoid:-Refined carbs,fried foods,sugary beverages and processed foods .

Dear Health seeker, Though one kidney was sufficient to sustain our organism, yet GOD has been all grace to grand us the services of two kidneys. हेलो, कारण - अंग्रेज़ी दवा निवारण पर काम करता जो की ग़लत है। मुल कारण पर जब तक काम नहीं करेंगे फ़ायदा नहीं होगा। PCOD होने के पीछे मधुमेह (Diabetes) और उच्च रक्तचाप (Hypertension) जैसे रोग भी एक बड़ी वजह है। अगर परिवार में किसी को PCOD का ईतिहास है तो अनुवांशिकता यह भी एक कारण है। Cholesterol का बढ़ना, HDL कम होना या उच्च Triglycerides के वजह से भी PCOD हो सकता है। पाचन तंत्र के स्वास्थ बिगड़ने पर शरीर में मौजूद संक्रमित जीवाणु (toxin) हार्मोन के संतुलन में दोष पैदा करते है।शरीर के में हार्मोन के संतुलन के बिगड़ने से शरीर का चया पचय (metabolism) का संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है। Estrogen hormone की निर्मिति सामान्य से ज्यादा होती है, जो की अंडाशय में cyst बनाने के लिए जिम्मेदार माना जाता है। समाधान - नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट और खीरा अपने गर्भाशय पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस लें। रात 10 से सुबह 4 की नींद ज़रूर लें। उज्जायी प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम करें, सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello, Eating alot of fruits and vegetables in diet is good but you should make sure those fruits and vegetables should be rich in high fibre content with sufficient vitamin and minerals. I highly suggest you to follow diet rich with high fibre fruits and vegetables and also include some of the herbs which will help you combat this problem. Usually fruits and vegetables which you consume is digested and metabolised easily either it will be utilised in the energy expenditure or it will be stored if you're intake is not sufficient. Firstly when you consume fruits and vegetables make sure you increase your water intake with it as well. It will help in flushing off the toxins and helps your organs to throw waste metabolised products faster without making them stagnant in the body. Include vitamin C, D rich food in your diet like- orange, pineapple, kiwifruit, amla, papaya, lemon juice these food help in boosting the metabolic system. Add high fibre food in your diet like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, beans, cabbage and add beetroot in your diet as well it a good source of all the vitamins and minerals. In grains you can use oats, ragi, bajara, jawar to make roties out of it and can eat with steamed vegetables sabji. Add socked 3-4 dates in your diet on daily basis. Namaste, Consumption of pitta (fire) aggravating foods and foods of incompatible nature (virudh aahar) vitiates all the doshas, predominantly pitta dosha. Vitiated doshas produce heating toxins that are expelled upwards into the food pipe causing heartburn. Increased intake of tea or coffee, or oily, spicy, or fried foods aggravates pitta and leads to acidity. An aggressive nature and hyperactivity are also causal factors. Pitta is aggravated by late night work schedules, irregular eating patterns, and/or drinking alcoholic and carbonated beverages. Increased intake of painkillers and antibiotics also cause acidity and heartburn. Symptoms Chest pain Heartburn Pain while swallowing food Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Namaste Solving a constipation which has been there since 20 years will take some time. but it can be accomplished. Constipation means holding on to old matter. And to let go of old matter you need to free your vitality or life force to be able to accomplish the daily metabolisms on time. Hello there, Mouth ulcers are very problematic but it can be cured through good diet and topical application. An easy way to treat is coconut oil (Virgin, cold-pressed), Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is analgesic(reduces pain). Thus reduce pain and swelling. Just dab a few drops of oil on the ulcer and leave. Apply it 3-4 times in a day. Good luck :)

Iam suffering from gastric problem. When I consume my lunch I feel a burning sensation in my stomach and some sounds are producing in my stomach. Whenever I go for exams my stomach is producing unwanted sounds and I feel so ashamed that everyone listens it. I want to completely cure this gastric problem. Hi Gastritis, Gastritis is nothing but an inflammation, irritation and erosion of the stomach lining which can have many underlying cause, where as the growling or grumbling of stomach ( sound produced in stomach) is usually due to the movement of the intestinal muscles called peristalsis . It's a normal or natural cause but constant or frequent occurrence can be due to some underlying cause. • The best way to prevent gastritis is to follow a healthy plant-based diet. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables . Anti inflammatory diet can help ease the symptoms by fighting the inflammatory agents. Foods like leafy vegetables, berries, cherries, almonds and walnuts are good anti inflammatory foods. • Avoid spicy foods, oily fried foods, acidic foods, sugary foods, milk and dairy products and every other processes foods. • Avoid eating heavy meals, chew your food properly and always follow a regular eating time. This will help prevent any unnecessary triggers and reduce symptoms. • Strictly avoid smoking and alcohol. They can worsen the condition. • Stress is one of the major factor responsible for gastritis. Reducing stress can help prevent any symptoms flare-ups. Go for regular exercises such as walking, jogging etc..; Seek help from a qualified practitioner and practice yogasana, pranayama and meditation. This will certainly help reduce your stress.

Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from ur lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. Possible constipation might also be there. A unclean gut ( stomach- rectum) is a big reason for mouth ulcers. U have to remove animal products immediately , reduce oils or avoid cooking with it. Mouth ulcers are mirror reflection of your GUT health. The cleaner your GUT, the cleaner is the health of your mouth / the smell etc. The more acidic the gut, then ulcers tend to keep coming. It’s a way to eliminate the pus from the body. If you are a non vegan who consumes animal products, that’s your first step - avoid consuming any food that has any ingredient that came from an animal ( diary meat eggs fish honey ), remove sugar maida wheat corn soy. Avoid fermented foods for few months. Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then cucumber juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. Salt water rinsing is also going to help. This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. Overtime focus on consumption of raw food to reduce or prevent ulcers. Avoid caffeine and tea. Start having a big glass of cucumber juice in the morning upon waking daily with some lemon juice in it and then followed by a big bowl of fruits. Apply a cold wet towel on ur abdomen for 20 mins per day. Avoid diary excess grains meat fish and outside packaged foods, soda that can spoil the environment of the gut. Try to avoid pollution (smog) and also place where vehicular traffic is least. Try to walk on a flat surface Walking on pebbles on barefoot which is immersed in feet deep water is one of the recommended treatments in most naturopathic hospitals across the country. Hello mam I am suffering from pcod from past 3 years. And also I have thyroid now from past 7 months. I get periods only if I take hormonal tablets. At present I am taking ayurvedic tablets and still it is not working. Pcod is my nightmare. Can you please suggest me regarding my health issue?
