I am 30 yrs old female. I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since 4 yrs and also suffering from vitiligo since one year and also having gallbladder stones. No treatment given results. What should i do for this?

नमस्ते प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाने से हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ की समस्या ठीक होगा। ऐसा होने से दर्द से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों। दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें। इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा। सूचना: अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Hell Ji, Attention should be paid to gastric fire in anaemia to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed. Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are perticularly recommended. Food articles cooked in iron pots are good in iron deficiency anaemia. Problems like bleeding piles and excessive menstruation should be attended immediately as they often lead to anaemia. Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Hi. I don't know if you asked this question in a fun way or seriously!! :-) But it's a very relevant query. Sharing from my personal experience - I used to feel lazy & low on energy for a very long while. Once I shifted to more of natural foods and reduced stress in my life, my energy levels zoomed. I was surprised!! Like you are now asking 'how to avoid laziness', once you experience these changes your question will be 'what to do with excess energy'? :-) The rationale is simple. When you eat easy-to-digest foods, the body spends less time on the 'digestion' function & hence more free energy is available. On the other hand, if you expend energy on taking stress or dealing with difficult to digest foods such as non-veg, junk, sugar, dairy, etc or if you sleep less, you feel tired & lazy.

Hi To begin with, as per natural living system food is not to be heated as heating food at high temperatures destroys the enzymes and nutritional elements of food. This food is no more nourishing for the body. So, re-heating can not be considered a good option in any case. Further, microwaves use radiations to heat the food. And these radiations end up altering the molecular composition of the food. Hence not a great option. Personally, I do not have a microwave at home and it is a conscious choice!
Will homeopathic treatment will work if I have diagnosed with duodenitis 10 days earlier? I have already taken treatment of 10 days antibiotics, antacids, probiotics, and anti enzymes which was prescribed by my doctor. Please help.

1. Introduce him to oil pulling. Difficult for a five year old but possible. Best is to start yourself and join him with you. Check out this video for oil pulling. 2. Citrus fruits. Increase the intake of citrus fruits - whole or juiced. 3. Avoid RO water. Best is the age old boiling and filtering method, in case not possible then go for a simple UV filter. 4. Assume that you have done the allergy test for him, be extra cautious and avoid them. 5. Remove MRP completely. (a) M is milk and milk products. (b) R is refined oil, refined sugar, refined salt and refined grains. (c) P is packaged food. Don't open a packet where the content of the packet can be eaten straight. Example - biscuit, haldiram products, confectionery, etc. 6. Avoid hot water bath.
