How to cure dermatographia and spontaneous urticaria?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
11:58 AM | 23-11-2021
Hello Hamna Riaz, Urticaria is caused by pollution, toxic diet, and also the stressors which we get exposed to in our day-to-day living. With the above food mentioned can be the cause for some people, the basic cause remains the same which is of chronic food habits which cause the problems. So, the main thing here on which we have to give our complete attention to is changing our lifestyle with inclusions and exclusion of few things in our daily routine will help us in treating the problem, which is primarily through diet. So here are four things to deal with: Eat: Citric helps in treating skin disorders effectively. We have so many sources like sprouts, sweet potatoes, capsicum, papaya which, when included in your regular diet, will help in treating the issue. Apple and carrot juice are very beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful. Another thing that helps in treating skin disease is the application of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. After bathing during night time, you can apply aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Avoid milk and milk products as they can aggravate your state. Exercise: Exercising helps in treating any diseases as because of exercise, our blood is circulated well, and our body parts become healthier. A brisk walk in the morning in the sun helps in treating the issue. Sun helps in treating all the diseases at the same time, builds our immunity. Sun exposure is significant to have a healthy life.A 30-minute walk in the early morning sun is helpful. Meditation: Meditation helps in treating any problem, which has stress as the cause. Mindful meditation is healthy; music therapy of 15 minutes is required to have a comfortable and fresh mood. Doing it before sleep will help in getting a sound sleep. Sleep: Adequate sleep helps in treating the problem; sleep helps in rejuvenating our cells and will help in building up our immunity. Our sleep cycle compromises of 90 minutes. This cycle should be repeated five times that 7-8 hours of sleep is essential to have a better life. Hopefully, this will surely help you treating hives. Thank you
Hello Sir/Ma’am, I am 23 years old guy. I have been suffering from social anxiety for quite a long time now. The main thing which I also wanted to share is that when I in my childhood I had fair skin & with time I turned darker. Is there any natural proven remedy to help for the same or shall I try for laser treatment?

Hello User, Good mental health is equally important as our physical health. Anxiety, restlessness, fears, etc. All these are indications of deteriorating mental health. Following the wrong lifestyle, incorrect sleeping patterns, and a bad environment are the main reasons for this. However, one can achieve good mental health by just making small changes in the daily routine and adopting a natural lifestyle. In your case, you said that the dark colour of your skin is the reason for your anxiety but it is not something to focus on. Every person has their own identity in terms of colour, body shape, height, skin, etc. Having a dark skin colour is not bad at all. You need to focus your energies on positive things instead of thinking on this negative side. Your confidence comes from what you feel and not from your skin colour. A good environment is also important, good environment also includes good friends and relatives. Here are some tips that will help you to deal with the situation. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Eat sprouts in your breakfast. Along with sprouts, have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have soaked raisins and almonds in the morning. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc, and animal foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Meditation Meditation is the key to cure any kind of health problem, especially mental illness. Practicing meditation daily keeps the mind fit and healthy. Practice meditation regularly for 30 minutes. Meditate early in the morning and in a place full of trees. Practice bhramri pranayam as it also gives a soothing effect to the mind. Sleep Proper sleep is extremely important for a healthy mind as sleeping pattern helps to maintain our circadian rhythm. Lack of sleep may also lead to irritability and anxiety. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid the use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping and read books before sleeping. This will help to get a better quality of sleep. Thank you
Can Pityriasis versicolor be corrected with nature cure theory?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
11:58 AM | 23-11-2021
Hello User, If our body is continuously getting exposed to an environment that is filled with toxins it will start showing its result in a manner that will have prolonged effects. Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in a lifestyle and diet is to be made to cure the problem. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which results in the accumulation of toxins which results in skin issues. Skin is the first reflection of any problem in the body. By making changes in our lifestyle, we will not only cure the disease at this stage but will also prevent it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water as it will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including fibre-rich food items which help in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc.thathas a good amount of fibre in them, the healthier the GUT, easier the absorption of nutrients and hence a healthy body. The ideal diet should be to depend more on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Take a raw clove of garlic crushed, this will help in treating any fungal issues, have it two hours after your meals. Consumption of citric fruits like lemon, oranges, berries will help treat skin problems. Drink plenty of water. You can have one inch of ginger and one tablespoon lemon with warm water during evening time, this is a great home remedy for fungal infection. Application of aloe vera gel after cleaning the lesion. Apply tea tree oil, 2-3 drops with one teaspoon of coconut oil, on the infected part three times a day. Exercise: A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

Hello User, SLE means Systemic Lupus Erythematous. It is an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune disorders are disorders in which the body's immune system attacks its own cells, tissues and organs because it fails to differentiate between the body's cells and foreign cells or agents. This attack of the immune system on its own body cells results in several autoimmune disorders like myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis, lupus arythematous, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. Improving the lifestyle, diet and adding following things in your routine will help to cure it naturally. Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc. Boil the water and consume it in room temperature. Have fresh coconut water. Include nuts such as almonds, raisins, dates and apricots. Include pulses like green moong and toor dal in your diet. Avoid late dinners. Yoga and pranayam Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do yoga asanas such as bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana regularly. Pranayam should be practised daily for at least 20 min. Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you
