There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis. Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure. However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream. So where do you think it will store all the garbage ? Deep inside it’s cells. It will hope that one day when I have plenty of time on the hands to clean up, I will do it. But guess what ? Fasting / clean eating is not a part of a known lifestyle and it continues to pile up. When liver is overworking, the bile produced is not potent. This bile is responsible for ensuring there is no stone or clumps happening when adrenals are handling that. In such situations, adrenals also don’t work properly and is stagnant too. So with a stagnant liver and a toxic digestive tract your energy will constantly stay low. If you had a clean and high functioning liver, without enough food also you will be at high energy levels from morning to night. In many cases nervous fatigue can also be seen where people cannot focus because of fatigue. One cannot function normally even socially. Either way, you need to take charge now and change your lifestyle to as close to natural as possible. Missed speaking about the low blood pressure. Just saw it. See when the GUT is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the blood stream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a sudden Low bp. She might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. U can check that too. It’s a viral infection due to the toxaemic conditions. She needs to slowly up her raw and not go like an overnight detox. This does not work in an overnight or a rapid detox. It has to be handled with care to ensure the toxins are handled slowly. What you must understand that when toxins are circulating in her blood because the liver could not handle that load anymore, almost twice the amount of adrenaline is released to protect the system from the impact until the body channels the exit. So that’s why she has a severe fatigue too. So follow a complete raw diet for the next 1 month and things will be ok and then add cooked innthe night if needed oilfree - Fruits , vegetables and greens as a major meal across the day. Having only cooked food per day in the night oilfree( extremely important to be oilfree / grease free). Absolutely no gluten based foods like wheat. Only unpolished grains are ok. - remove Animal foods like meat eggs fish diary from ur life forever which are foods to the virus that’s sheltered ijnthe body - start your day with 250ml of warm diluted lime water without any honey or sweetners daily upon waking. - expose yourself to the morning sun for 30m to 1 hr - include whole food plant based approach to food. Eating foods in its natural state and not broken state. Unpolished food instead of polished, seeds and nuts instead of its oils, while grated coconut, fruits and vegetables. Juices only when body needs to cut off from digestion absolutely and focus on healing full time. Things like this will help - water enema daily for one month. This will help your GUT recover. Reach if you have more questions .

09:02 AM | 23-06-2019
Namaste There just a couple of things you need to do to cure vitamin D deficiency. 1 Get sun exposure everyday day. As much directly on the skin as possible. If you have enough privacy, you may lie down nude on a mat and stay that way as long as the sun doesn’t irritate you. Once you feel enough then turn on your stomach and expose your back. Stay that way as long as comfortable. Do not forget to keep a wet towel on your head during this practice. And please do it in the first two or last two hours of suns rise or sun set. Continue this practice till your vitamin D levels become normal. And continue it for further assistance. 2 Eat maximum raw fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables. 3 Keep your bowels active and clean. 4 Do some simple yoga or excercise everyday. Naturopathy 101, for the middle class and more!
Definition of health Health does not merely refer to physical fitness. The WHO in 1948, gave a worldly acceptable definition of Health which goes by, 'Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely absence of disease or infirmity ‘. Which means a person has to be mentally, emotionally and physically be considered ‘healthy'. This might not be truly applicable to the present world - A world divided by class, caste and creed. The middle-class population Let us most importantly focus on the elephant in the room,' The Middle-Class population of India'.Yes, the middle class, that amounts to around 267 million of the population of India. According to the NHA survey, an average Indian spends about 42% of his OOP (Out of Pocket expenditure ) on health care, which equals to an average of ₹5,00,000 in a yearly saving of ₹12,00,000, according to budget expenditure reports. Let us say an average middle-cla

Homemade Natural Deodorant- DIY Cosmetic Recipe
Our skin is the largest organ of elimination in our bodies. Sweating is a way for the body to throw out toxins and cool the body too. Deodorants act by blocking the pores of the skin and prevent sweating. Commercially available deodorants contain many harmful chemicals least of all which is aluminium. These cause toxicity and hormonal issues. It is better instead to wear a sleeveless top in case you are worried about sweat. However, if you are still in need of a deodorant on occasion, here is an easy DIY deo recipe which can be made from easily available ingredients.

Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,

Namaste When the sweat is very odourus it means there’s lot of toxins in her body. It is very easy to get rid of this situation. What can you do externally? ( these are short term solutions) 1 Let the skins pores function normally. Keep the skin chemical free ( no chemical based soaps shampoos or moisturisers) 2 Go for sun exposure in the early hours every morning with least clothes or no clothes on. Sweat as much as you can. Don’t over do it. Just be in the sun as long as you feel comfortable. 3 Learn to use a dry brush. You can look for how to use it on you tube. Dry brushing improves blood flow to the skin, helps remove dead skin and activates the lymphatic system ( this will help the body to move out the toxins faster) 4 In place of soaps or shampoos use herbal bath powders like orange peel powder with moong dal flour or any “ubtan” combination. Do not forget to add lemon to it as that will act as your deodorant. 5 Rub a slice of lemon under arm pits and other areas as a deodorant. 6 Cold presses coconut oil can be used as a moisturiser after shower and before going to bed. What can you do internally? ( this is more important for a long term solution) 1 Check your bowel movements. Regular evacuation is very very important. Eliminating more than the quantity of food you have consumed is important. 2 Go off animal based food. Remove dairy from your diet. Eat maximum fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables the most. The least they are processed the best. 3 More than what you eat is important to see that you have digested, assimilated the nutrients and eliminated the waste. So give your body ample time between meals to complete the process of digestion . 4 Start your first meal as late in the morning as possible with any one type of fresh juicy fruit. This will keep you well hydrated and your stomach will be happy. 5 finish your last meal just before sunset. Your last meal could be a large salad with lots of greens and veggies with some sprouts or little nuts. Letting your stomach rest for more than 12 to 14 hours will give it enough time to process all the foods consumed during the day and clean and eliminate the waste. This way your body gets enough time to repair and cleanse and heal. 6 Eat only when hungry and when in a peaceful state of mind or happy state of mind. Never over eat. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure practitioner Kayakalp

Homemade Natural Sunscreen - DIY Cosmetic
The Sun is not our enemy but our friend. The action of sunlight on our skin is essential for carrying out many essential tasks in our body. The skin being porous absorbs the Sun's rays but when blocked by chemicals such as sunscreens is prevented from doing its job effectively. When the body is hydrated naturally with a diet high in natural raw foods, we find that the Sun's heat does not cause sun burns. Sun burn is also an effective signal for us to know when enough is enough and get out from the Sun into shade. Sunblocks and sunscreens prevent this from happening. However, if you would still want to prevent sunburns, follow these steps- Go out when the sun rays are not so harsh. Morning and evening times are best. Use mechanical barriers like hats, long sleeved clothing and sunglasses. Use aloe vera gel, pure organic virgin coconut oil or a mix of both before stepping out in the Sun or to soothe sunburns. If you would like something pre-made try th

I am assuming it is your eye. Based on the limited information, it is difficult to ascertain the cause. In the short term you can do two things: First, cucumber poultice - put grated cucumber on your closed eyes for 4-5 minutes. Do this every couple of hours Second, put a few drops of pure rose water in cool purified water and wash your eyes once every 2 hours. You can alternate between both options. Please see a competent doctor if symptoms persist.
Avocado Mash For Dry Skin
Dry skin is a common complaint. While hydration from within by eating more fruits and vegetables is the key, some natural remedies can be undertaken as a quick fix for the glow. Avocados are packed with essential nutrients, have a creamy texture due to high natural fat which can work wonders when applied on the skin. Dry skin is a very common skin condition characterized by a lack of the appropriate amount of water in the most superficial layer of the skin, the epidermis. The most effective way to deal with dry skin is to hydrate the body from within. Healthy hydration is not about guzzling many glasses & litres of water in a day. It's about incorporating water-rich fruits & vegetables into your daily food routine. Read our blog “Are you eating water or drinking it?” to know more. We should view skin care products as an external help to our beauty, only in addition to internal hydration. Let us look at an easy way to address the condition of dry s
