What I have understood is that the root cause of any ailment/aches/pains in the body is a toxic built up inside the body, due to wrong eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, stress etc. And as your body is in state of detox so aches and pains are bound to appear. I would suggest you to increase the 3 'R's- raw, rest and recreation. Please also make sure you are getting enough sunlight exposure 1 hour everyday. I would also suggest intermittent fasting - i.e gap between dinner and next day breakfast should be minimum of 14 hours. Apply ginger juice mix with coconut oil and wrap with bandage (garam patti) on all joints that pain. I had fbromyalgia too. Maybe you can get some inspiration from my story. https://www.wellcure.com/health-journey/tags/fibromyalgia

The glandular system Though we may be the members of a single family, yet we all have different personalities on account of different ductless glands. The vast differences in our personalities depend upon the glands and they are responsible to make up one member of a family a versatile and knowledgeable person bestowing upon him an enviable position in society while on the other hand, another member of the same family may remain at the bottom of the rung. These glands are situated in different parts of our organism. Though it is astonishing to note that such small glands through their secretion of different hormones have a very important role to play in our overall personalities, by their over and under active roles they have a telling hold over a human organism for the entire life - they impart different qualities. Biology of the endocrine system The endocrine system consists of a group of glands and organs that monitor and control various body functions by producing and s
What is the reason for just sweating only on the fore head in certain times?

Some people have a family history of sweat glands being active on the face and head. It’s the way the skin as an organ wants to eliminate. Sweating is also an elimination. If the following is followed religiously over a period of time sweating / odour reduces Eating healthy whole food plant based diet without oil Eating majorly a raw diet Having enough hydration Avoid spicy foods Avoid oily foods and wash your face and head often with cold water to avoid blocking of the pores Avoid diary / meat / sugar / baked foods In future sweating will reduce and even if one sweats it won’t stink.
Hi… how can i keep the house mosquito free? Please suggest some natural ways. Any tips for protecting kids?

Use citronella at the entrances of the house. That's where they come from. When we enter the house, some mosquitos trail in. Otherwise all our windows have net. It's the open doors that is the biggest source. They enter during the day and hide in corners. You can also make small potlis of camphor and clove and leave them in corner (out of reach of children ). The camphor prevents them from hiding there.

Corn is basically caused by pressures which takes the form of an overgrowth. The pressure and growth are directly proportional. Causes can be tight/ narrow footware or tight stockings. Surgical intervention is not advisable as per natural cure. Possible solutions - Food wise - being on a majorly raw diet for atleast one month, removing products sourced from animals as food, sugar, processed foods, refined foods, packaged foods etc. Exercise for the sole and feet - such as cycling while sleeping on ur back, stretching ur foot up and down, rotations Cw and anti cw, standing on the edge of a step and pushing the heel down and pulling it up, feet reflexology where you sit and press all the points of your feet with both ur thumbs, massage the area around the corn gently to improve blood circulation and release of toxins from the area Hydrotherapy- take 2 buckets with hot and cold water. Dip ur feet in hot for 2 min and cold for 1 min. If you are suffering from bp, heart problems, liver or kidney issues, you can do the same with a warm cloth and cold cloth. Walk on grass if available for sometime in the morning sun. If grass is not available, but some red organic soil, water it and expose it to the sun for a day and stand and march in that container for few mins to ensure that your feet gets exposed to the nature. Thanks and be blessed. Lifestyle correction is the only way.
Is there any way to promote faster bone healing after a major fracture?
Pramod Pathak
03:26 PM | 20-05-2019
@Smitha and @Swati have explained very beautifully. I would like to add one simple thing. Our body has been very adequately equipped us to heal naturally. All you have to do is to help your body. Our 75% of vital energy is utilised in digestion, you can reduce this by eating food which digests faster. Fruits and raw vegetables are the best. All refined foods increase the digestion time. Meditate and best is to speak to the bone. Feel that it is healed. Start with the positive affirmation that bone is healing. Then progress to a feeling of that bone is healed. This may sound crazy if you are not spiritual, but this works miraculously. This is also part of Kriya Yoga. Sunbathing one hour daily is must. Deep breathing half an hour daily. Exercise the bone. Start gently but only after the bone is set. If not possible then do cold and hot water treatment. Soak the effected part in cold ice chilled water for three minutes followed by one minute in hot water. Repeat it 4-5 times.
Hi! I am a mother of two and like most other mother I am also very conscious about my kid’s nutrition. Off late there has been a lot of buzzword regarding purity of milk. But I am confused what to do - milk is adulterated, if we stop giving milk where do children get the required calcium from?
Shweta Gupta

I can so relate to your confusion and concern. I have also gone through the dilemma of milk myself. While I was able to abstain from milk when it came to me, but for kids, it was a tough call! After reading and researching a lot I started with a little experiment and in my case, it worked, sharing the same with you. I decided to stop milk and other milk products for my kids, for about 3 months to see what impact it had on them. And to my surprise, I did see some positive changes coming in just by removing milk from their diet. My son, who would catch a cold easily seemed to become more resistant, overall immunity surely increased. My daughter’s skin rashes stopped getting worse. And a general feeling of gas/bloatedness just vanished! Now, its been about 8 months that we have stopped consuming milk products as a family. I have increased the intake of raw fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds to ensure we are not missing out on nutrition (including calcium).
My son's body is full of rash, just not subsiding. What to do?

Give him fruits and coconut water every alternate hour if he takes it. They are cleansers; should help. When u r bathing him apply coconut oil and then wash it off. Also no soap. U can use besan with rose water/water, however this may not be needed when he has a rash. You could do this once rash has subsided. Also, give lemon-honey, coconut water, melons. Cucumber juice or salad whatever he prefers. Also, remember in terms of rest he should sleep 10 hrs.

Hi. Great that she eats a lot of fruits. Make sure they are eaten on an empty stomach and alone. Don’t mix with any other foods like dairy or cooked food or veggies. Don’t eat soon after cooked meal. Eat melons separately, don’t even mix with any other fruits. Give her lemon water 2-3 times a day - half a lemon’s juice diluted with half a glass of water (less if she can accept). Add few drops of ginger juice and pinch of haldi too. Bel sharbat and coconut water will also help. Keep her off dairy, non veg, biscuits, bread, jam, toffee, chocolate, etc. Try to reduce wheat - give rice, dosas, dal based chillas instead. Put rose water packs on her tummy and forehead. Let her relax. Give her lots of comfort and let her know she’s a strong girl. She’ll feel better soon. Take care.
My 7 year old has been diagnosed with vitiligo. He is off dairy now and also started to eat more fresh fruits and raw veggies too. Many doctors advice to avoid foods like grapes and tomatoes for vitiligo ppl. But my son loves to eat cherry tomatoes. Is this a myth or a truth?

Three types of toxin are - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is in the environment, chemical in food and emotional in the mind. So your focus must be on clean air (environment), organic food (chemical) and for a seven year old I am sure emotional toxin may not be an issue. What we overlook is the following:- 1. Swimming in chlorinated water. Avoid. 2. Chemical in toiletries. Shift to organic. 3. Refined food. Appears healthy but is the worst. Just stop bread, burgers, pizza, jam, chips, biscuits, cakes, chocolates, sweets, ready-made shakes, tea, coffee, etc. 4. Animal protein including dairy. Shun it. 5. Use only organic coconut oil for all application and food. No other oil. 6. Use of facemask if pollution levels are high. 7. Sunbathing. It is a must, one hour daily. Best time is within one hour of sunrise or before sunset. 8. Emotionally the child will require extra care.

When internal health is good, hair will regrow and shine. First concentrate on bringing holistic health. All external treatments will be harmful if not natural and cause more harm in the long run
UNO-UNION-UNISON THEORY
Each organism is programmed by nature to REPAIR, REPRODUCE & REACT. These three capabilities are executed by each organism in their species-specific paths. Which means the REPAIRING happens uniquely, in connection to the maintenance of the universal homeostasis. In the process of repairing, the individual may experience disease or death. But in both, it is nothing but repairing. When it is beyond the possibility to bring back the homeostasis within an individual, it chooses to perish its body and maintains the universal homeostasis. We call that decision as death. The species-specific REPRODUCTIVE execution means, a monkey will not be able to produce a dog, naturally! The species-specific REACTION execution also differs from species to species. A bird will react differently to the same stimulus compared to how a snack reacts to that. But everyone, in general, is equipped with these three capabilities, as a program. This is an unarguable universal fact.

The humble potato is loved by most and is truly versatile to create a diverse range of delicacies. In this recipe, potato - the most commonly available vegetable in our household, is steamed and stuffed with nutritious filling of vegetables dressed in cashew based white sauce. In this recipe, we forgo the usual white sauce, made with refined flour as refined foods are difficult to digest. A cashew mayo is a healthier replacement. Steaming vegetables should be preferred over pressure cooking them, as it helps retain maximum nutritional value of the vegetable.
A friend of mine is diagnosed with thyroid (TSH is 2. 8). She is in her first trimester of pregnancy. The doctor advised to start medication, but she is apprehensive. Can she deal with this issue naturally?

Hi. I know someone who was a thyroid patient for years. And then she took the path of living naturally. Recently she conceived and I asked her what about thyroid? Any impact on your pregnancy?....... She shared no impact because by now she was thyroid free!! I know someone else who was bedridden for all her pregnancy because she had thyroid & was following the conventional route of treatment. There is no doubt in the fact that thyroid is an imbalance in the body & if you give the right inputs it will become ok. Right inputs - natural foods, sun, air, exercise, sleep, rest, happiness. Not taking medicines is just one part of the story, the larger part is giving your body the opportunity to heal with the inputs I mentioned above. It's best to do under the supervision of a Natural Health expert who can handhold you through the changes and monitor how you feel. Whichever path you choose for your pregnancy, pls know that your decision should not come from a place of FEAR, it should come from a place of FAITH. Happy to help more if you want.
PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 3 of 15: Health Myths (Part 2)
Continuing our previous part on Health Myths, here are a few more myths that we suffer from. Myth 9: Nature Cure is herbalism! Fact: In herbalism, herbs are considered as medicines. Nature Cure does not recommend any specific herbs to treat any specific health problem. Explanation:On this topic, I would like to quote Acharya Lakshmana Sarma, who is considered as the father of Nature Cure in India. He opined... “...'Pathy' means disease. Because of this meaning of 'pathy‘, it is wrong to call Nature-Cure 'Naturopathy'...” The treatment streams end with ‘pathy' offers remedies to diseases whereas Nature Cure educates you to attain overall health. Myth 10: All old traditional practices are as per Nature Cure science! Fact: There are lot many traditional practices which defy the norms of Nature Cure. Blind acceptance of any practice just on the basis of when and who practices it, is a foolish choice. Explanat
My 4 YEAR old is having fever reaching 101 to 102 degrees since last night. When we couldn't manage it at night, I ended up giving him crocin syrup. Can you please help me know how I should care for my child when down with high fever?

With my 3 year old, when he was little I would sometimes give him the medicine - but now the doses have been inversely proportional to my growth in wellness journey :) If you are giving medicine, know that you are giving it for your own comfort rather than his! If you are giving, give the full dose, and give without guilt . Know that the body has its own supreme intelligence, and while meds to interfere with internal thermostat, body will deal with it! Just to reiterate, all symptoms of body are, indicators to us that the body’s acid-alkaline balance is skewed. Cough, cold, fever are body’s wonderful mechanisms to discharge and reduce this acidic overload. The body creates fever as a mechanism to purify blood of the infection, so don’t fear it. During this time you should ensure you are able to support your child. This you can do by ensuring you allow your child to rest amply and increase his intake of raw foods. Make sure you are able to give complete rest to the digestive system through no cooked food. Upping the babies fruits, will help during this time. Fruits are best way to keep the raw high, kids usually fuss also less when eating fruits. You could do them in interesting smoothies and home made fruit juices. Feed him only when hungry, don’t’ force feed. Give him fruits every 2-3 hours. You can give him a some lemon-ginger-honey-haldi with tulsi. This can also be done when he has a cough - applying a warm potlee with ajwain in it to his chest or rubbing a little ginger juice with oil on the chest and back also helps. Add eucalyptus oil into his bath. Read this article on Fever https://www.kckidsdoc.com/kc-kids-doc/5-fabulous-fever-facts-fighting-fever-fobia-part-12
Dear all, need help for the right kind of diet for my 15 year old son. He is into high intensity cardio, 3-4 consecutive days a week? Hello, as a family we go to the gym and are into weight training ourselves. As a female, I am not keen on bulking and my husband is more into getting his 6 pack. He has been into this since more than a year now. We did not really worry about proteins or any of those post and pre work out foods or drinks that certain gym trainers brainwash people into. For a few months, he was on Twice cooked meal and once fruit in the morning. The fruit is really full -600-700gms roughly. Drank a green juice before gym just for hydration and nothing else. Cooked is vegan whole food plant based and it was twice a day. Then 6-7 months was majorly on one grainless meal and one grains meal among those 2 cooked meals Then gym instructor was also influenced at my energy levels and his background on raw also was good. So he encouraged my husband to eat more raw for muscle building. So he switched to one raw and one cooked for lunch and dinner. He has now a 3 pack perhaps and he has shed a lot of weight and gained muscles over that. He lifts about a 100kg and all this is just raw plant power. No fancy proteins - not even pea proteins. We don’t worry so much about what he eats. He is just eating full on healthy raw foods. He also loves eating peanuts. So he snacks on them. That’s it. I am sure in a year more he will have a solid 6 pack to show off and this is not unnaturally developed by some protein that damages the kidney. It’s naturally developing and the body will learn to grow with the food. Hope this helps. The others have mentioned some healthy dos and donts which must be followed anyways, but focusing on high raw is a must. Nuts or seeds and other fats are not necessary for developing although it does not come in the way. Only raw helps - greens / veggies / fruits. It’s extremely imp that he gets a good rest in terms of sleep. Only sleep and raw will address his needs. Check this journey. My fitness journey fuelled by whole plant-based raw foods
Hi! How to build kid’s immunity?
Smitha Hemadri
07:46 PM | 15-04-2019
Experts have answered the how to stay healthy part. I would like to add few to that. Immunity is a very misunderstood word. Body eliminates toxins when it accumulates and the frequency depends on the vitality ( energy that is available to be used to perform various actions in the body). Immunity in medical terms means the body must not get cold cough or other forms of eliminations. If it happens they suppress it with meds and ensures that any discomfort is removed from the surface while the underlying issue is not addressed. This is the meaning of immunity. We educate a healthy lifestyle here and also throw light on why body eliminates and why it’s okay to not be scared of eliminations. We don’t live in a sterile environment. We breathe polluted air, we drink polluted water, we do have negative thoughts, we are surrounded by chemicals that touch the skin, we eat contaminated food, we do indulge in social events even if it’s occasional.. etc. As the body becomes more and more efficient with a good lifestyle, it will also increase the power to throw away junk when the body encounters it. So unless you understand these, you might also think that living a healthy lifestyle does not increase the ‘immunity’. Hence this is a misunderstanding. A healthy lifestyle aims to get us back to the way body expects us to live in order to function efficiently. In the process if body eliminates in cold cough fever skin issues, we must not surrender to any form of medication - allopathy/ homeopathy/ Ayurvedic and let the body go through its cycle of clean up. It’s easier to pass this phase while keeping the digestion less and thinking less and resting more. There are many articles that you might want to go through here under the body wisdom section to understand basics. Thanks and be blessed.
