Hello Rashmi, Anxiety and fear are often correlated. They may result from a very stressful lifestyle or an emotional shocklack. Lack of balanced diet with all the essential nutrients and minerals, improper gut movement also add on to the stress levels. But all this can be resolved by a natural lifestyle. Diet Start your day with a glass of warm water as this will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have overnight soaked raisins. This will improve the digestion. Diet should be rich in nutrients and all the essential minerals. For that include almonds, sprouts, beans, salads, cashews, whole grains to your diet. Avoid oily, spicy, processed and packaged foods. Make sure to drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. Exercise For a healthy mind, a healthy body is equally important. Any kind of physical activity improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also the flow of oxygen increases to brain which helps to get rid of anxiety and stress issues. Start your day with a morning walk of atleast 30min in a place full of trees or in a garden. Look at the blue sky in the morning, this will give a soothing effect to your mind. Practice yoga regularly like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, sarvanga asana. Meditation Meditation is very effective in dealing with stress, anxiety and all the other mental issues. Practice meditation daily for atleast 20min. Bhramri pranayam is also a type of meditation. The vibrations created while doing the pranayam relaxes the mind and gives it the necessary energy. Sleep Sleeping time and pattern is very important as it affects the circadian rhythm. Sleep at fixed time and get up at fixed time. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Don't use any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Hello Gayathri, Endometriosis is a common disorder in which the lining of the uterus, known as the endometrium, grows outside the uterus and onto the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other areas of the reproductive tract. Chocolate cysts are a subgroup of endometriosis. They may be a result of endometriosis. The lining of these cysts acts much the way the lining of the uterus does. It grows and then shed in response to the changes in hormones level. Instead of leaving the body, this tissue becomes trapped in the cavity of the cyst. Here it can produce inflammation and disrupt the ovaries. Here are some tips to follow for management. Diet to follow- Eating processed and preserved foods may contribute to inflammation. So, avoid processed, preserved and packaged foods. Add fruits, legumes and vegetables in your diet. Eat nuts, sprouts and soaked raisins in the morning. Hello, Obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) features a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears that lead you to do repetitive behaviors. These obsessions and compulsions interfere with the daily activities and cause significant distress. The person suffering from OCD repetitively repeats the activities like repeatedly washing hands, brushing teeth, etc. Such behavior results in anxiety, depression and other mental issues. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Sleep in a dark room and the place of sleep should be quiet and clean. Thank you

Dear health seeker, For your health issues of Pcod, a complete shake-up of your unhygienic lifestyle is warranted. Mother nature is very benevolent and throws out the toxins, morbid matter laid down in the system through a place or organ where it finds the easiest way of not disturbing the whole body and in cases of females pcod is the disease symptoms which gets affected earliest. But nothing to worry since there is no disease only lower level of health which can be reversed back to health in quick little time. Chart out the program as under:- Get up early and after answering the nature call take a non violent enema under an expert initially for a month or so. Go for a brisk walk to strengthen the abdominal muscles Sun basking for 30 minutes daily Drink any alkaline juice of durva grass or bael patra or banana stem juice Breakfast of fruits salads plus 1/4th coconut Lunch should be of one or two roti or small bowl or organic rice or brown rice Fruits juices in the afternoon or any fruits Spinal bath for 25 minutes before evening drink, it is very essential (if your town is cold then avoid till the advent of summer)instead of applying a stimulating wet pack over the abdomen for one hour. Dinner of only fruits and enough coconut scrappings or boiled vegetables and salads and coconuts for at least a fortnight thereafter may take little rice or one roti Apply abdominal wet pack for 20 minutes in the evening. (Weather permitting) Do some yogic asanas to strengthen the abdominal and pelvic muscles With the improvement of general health and the pcod getting cured, you stand a very good chance of conceiving Have faith be fearless and seek the Grace of God . Out of my 44 years experience, I with great conviction stress that all your health issues will be taken care of by mother nature This way you will be free from all your health issues Wishing you a speedy recovery V.S.Pawar Member Indian institute of natural therapeutics 1980

Hello Selina, Anxiety is the indication about our bad mental health which is mainly due to incorrect lifestyle and incorrect eating habits like having a high fatty diet, not taking enough sleep, etc. But everything can be cured naturally by making just some small changes in the daily routine and eating habits. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Thank you
