Apply this to the affected area. Keep it for 5 minutes and then rinse it with plain water. Mix aloe vera gel and Gulab Jal. Apply the mixture on the affected area. Diet Start your day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon in it. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat light, plant-based natural foods. Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. Drink coconut water. Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid animal foods. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Physical activity Exercise or practice yoga daily as it is very important for a good metabolism as well as improves the blood circulation in the whole body. Do suryanamaskar daily, 12 sets a day. Hello Kavitha, The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of the pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1.Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker and help from hair to roots. Before applying methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter and then use for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of the hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana which would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you

Dr. Khushbu Suthar
04:41 PM | 22-04-2020
Hello User, Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth. As our hair are made up of proteins, eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs, does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. Hence, we need multidimensional effects in order to treat hair greying problem. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, also, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Hair packs which you should try to control hair greying. 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in our scalp. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat hair greying effectively. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of issue/ailment, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
Hello I'm a boy. I'm having hairfall & my hairline is going backwards & my hair is thin. How to cure this naturally & can I get my hairline back to front?
Nikita Mishra
04:43 PM | 01-02-2021
Hello, Yes, ofcourse you can get your hairline back to front. The health of our hair is the reflection of our body's internal health. Improper lifestyle, eating wrong foods, lack of sleep, increased stress levels are the reasons which lead to toxic accumulation and result in issues like hair fall, split ends etc. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for hair fall and damaged hair. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. Local application Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair. Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your hairs. Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you
How to cure dandruff at home permanently?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
01:19 PM | 03-02-2020
Hello Chandramika, Dandruff is caused by many reasons, these reasons can be due to the pollution, hygiene and stress of our everyday life which increases our dandruff. The next important thing is to treat dandruff is with the application of home-based hair packs which have been used since our grandmothers by a gift of nature. With an overall change in lifestyle and diet, dandruff can be treated very well in order to get a beautiful hair quality. Dandruff is generally the peeling of the skin which comes out in flakes. As mostly hygiene is the prime thing which we need to treat it properly. Here is some tip which you can change in your diet completely for getting smooth, shiny, healthy, lustrous hair. Eat: A diet rich in Vitamin C is something I would recommend you to start with Vitamin C helps in giving the skin collagen boost which improves the scalp health. Aloe vera, almonds, Indian gooseberry is also another thing in the diet which you need to start with as they are very good for hair health. A hair pack made from methi seeds powder is what is recommended. Grind the methi seeds powder, add one teaspoon honey and two tablespoons rose water. Apply it on your hair. Whenever you use this pack make sure your oil your hair at night so that methi seeds do not stick in your hair. Another thing is regular coconut oil massage mixed with aloe vera gel. This will make sure of you getting healthy hair. Using tree oil two-three drops in coconut oil for massage is also healthy. Exercise: Exercise helps in taking care of scalp health, what exercises you can do to prevent dandruff? Rubbing your nails help in increasing blood circulation to the scalp, as hair anil protein is the same type, they help in boosting each other. Chakrasana, by lying down on your back you twist your trunk and knees to opposite sides, helps in increasing blood circulation to the scalp. Meditation: Meditation has solutions for all the problem, as dandruff is caused by stress, mediation helps in treating dandruff very effectively. 15 minutes, before sleep a music therapy will help in treating dandruff. Sleep: Relaxing your mind with a sound sleep of 7-8 hours helps in building cells for a new day. This helps in treating dandruff a lot. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

How can we stop growing of white hair?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
08:07 PM | 27-12-2019
The hair growth and hair problems are closely related to the intake of protein in the diet, that is why due to low absorption of the protein. The key thing to take care of here is the intake of protein in the diet so that you are able to get good hair quality. 1. Having legumes and green leafy vegetables in your diet. 2. Another very good source of protein is soy and tofu in your diet. There are various hair packs which you can try for having a thick and shinier shaft. 1. Onion Juice: Onion paste with lemon water is really helpful. This helps a lot in dealing with hair issues like dandruff, shining hair. 2. Methi powder paste is another solution for hair coloring enhancement, your natural color shines with methi powder paste. Advice would be that whenever you apply methi powder massage hair with oil, so that washing becomes easier and the action of paste will seep in deep. 3. Aloe vera gel again is beneficial, mix aloe vera gel with coconut oil and massage hair for 30 minutes and you will see the wonder. Thank you

Hello User, Yes, our looks have always been the primary thing which is completely dependent on other's reaction, but it is the beauty within us which we are here to explore. All the complaints have synced in together to make you feel lethargic. And all the above symptoms are reactions of chronic consumption of high-fat diet and sedentary lifestyle we have been indulging in, now the good thing is you know there is a problem which needs to be dealt with, and here we are with you with a solution. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation. A holistic cure is what you need. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it which energizes your whole day. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and help you deal with overthinking. Increasing minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of minerals. In the afternoon make it a habit of having fruit salad an hour before your meal and vegetable salad an hour before your dinner, this will help in improving your GUT which will help in keeping your mind healthy and weight controlled. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Work out routines like Zumba, aerobics which are normally dance-based will also help in enhancing your mood and make you feel refreshed for the day. Meditation: Communicating with people always helps, if you have somebody you can vent out, it will help. Self-confidence comes from within when we start accepting the way we are when we start feeling that bliss in our own body and this can only help you, once you go in front of that mirror and look into your beautiful eye and believe in your inner beauty. Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Communicating with like-minded people always help, going out in groups makes us not only share our ideas and thoughts but motivate and learn something new. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you
I have many itching boils in hair. What is the cause of it and how the same can be controlled totally. At times there is not a single boil and at time there are at least 15/20 boils. Is it because of increase of Blood Sugar?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
05:58 PM | 07-01-2020
Hello Mr Joshi, There is a chance that the boils can be due to increased oil secretion, increase blood sugar can also be the reason as the inflammation becomes easier to catch by the body. So you can start with the right measures and get rid of the boils easily. These three are a powerhouse of anti-inflammatory reaction: 1. Consuming ginger with boiling water will help in dealing with boils. 2. Turmeric paste will help you to decrease the hair issue. 3. Aloe vera gel with coconut oil in hair helps you in treating the boil in hair. One more thing is to have a paste of methi powder on the hair, it will improve the scalp and control the number of boils. Thank you
How to come out from Habit and Addiction of Tea / Coffee... Naturally?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
03:00 PM | 11-09-2019
Namaste Dolly Zarana Getting over the addiction to tea and coffee can be easy or tough depending on how determined you are. People who come to our center get over it in a couple of days. But yes they do face withdrawal symptoms for a day or two. These are some of the ways you could try to get over your habit. 1 Slowly bring down the number of times you consume tea or coffee daily .... until you come down to consuming it just once a day. And after that slowly bring down the potency and quantity too until you quit completely one day. What could be challenging here is if you face any stressful situation you might be tempted very badly to go back to the beverages. So you will have to find ways to divert your mind at that moment by having herbal teas or talking to a friend or go out and distract yourself. Now this is a long process. But remember to stick to a majorly raw fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables to assist with cleansing too at the same time. 2 There’s another way too. A shorter approach if you are determined enough. Go on a completely raw food lifestyle or juice fast for three days. The first day you will experience detox symptoms like headache or nauseous ness. Just rest and relax you will get over it in a day or two. That’s it ... continue the cleansing diet for some more days to support more cleansing. Do get in touch with nature.... get sun exposure, spend time in the garden, breath in fresh air. Be relaxed. Trust the process and you would have quit the habit in no time. Keep educating yourself every day to remind yourself why you are doing it. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure Practitioner
