Your skin is an eliminating organ so it is eliminating toxins from within the body in terms of pimples. Instead of looking for quick fixes please clean your diet. Opt for low fat, plant based whole foods with plenty of fruits. This will help in your overall health not just skin. Overtime, scars will go too. I have experienced it personally. Good luck.

Namaste Shailender Singh, The burning feet semsation is due to enervation or too much of draining of vitality due to wrong lifestyle and food habits. Firstly please get into the habit of consuming more of fresh, locally grown, seasonla fruits. It could be 50% of your daily food intake. You may have 35% of fresh vegetables in form of salads, 10% of grains and 5%of soaked nuts. This way your body and digestive system will get ample rest from daily constant digestive work and will save on lot of your energy. This will in turn help your body to start elimination old matter. Get out in nature, get enough sunshine, fresh air and spend time in the garden working with your hands or walking barefoot. This will set you onto a path of unburdening your system from unnecessary filth and creating more scope for cleansing and healing. In the mean time you may rub your feet with a pumice stone and cold water everynight before going to bed. After the good scrub wash your feet, pat it dry and apply coconut oil. Make sure you are taking adequate diet and calcium ( milk and makhanas and many other sources)are much needed element for teeths. Sometimes roots becomes weak which causes pain. You can change your toothpaste (eg:- Vantej) which soothes the roots and thus reduces the pain.You can use clove oil it also serves the purpose.
I am having shortness of breath dizziness and headache for 1 week. What are the remedies?

Namaste You and your body both need rest please. You need rest from stress, strain and worrying. Your body needs rest from over working. Stop intake of highly processed food, white sugar, white salt,refined flour and refined oil. Eat more of Fresh, locally grown Seasonal fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible with your breakfast. And break your fast with juicy fruits. Eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables. Eat only if you are hungry so that the body doesnt have to over work. And never over eat. give your stomach good rest. This way your body will start ceaning up old matter. and this way your energy will get freed up and you will start feeling better. Go out in the nature. get fresh air, sun and some grounding. Hi, You need change your eating habits and the way you spend your day. Try to receive the magic that nature has to be healthy. Get up early in the morning and go outside to have sunrays. Avoid spicy food,deep fried foods,oily foods. Don't have your dinner too late at night,take it early and do some walking after your meal. Exercise for sometime during the day. Drink water in good quantity. Have fresh fruits,vegetables and salad. Have sprouts,nuts,oats.
My body is always warm though thermometer doesnt show it. When I touch somebody he will always say - hey you are having fever.

The irritation and burning can be due to anal fissure, hemorrhoids, Irritable bowel syndrome etc. But the main cause of it can be your unhealthy diet such as spicy food, junks etc..try munching on some healthy snacks (fruits etc.), it will help you ease the irritation. Hi there , It is more important to check your height and weight proportion rather then your age and weight proportion however if you want to reduce your weight first of all you have to check the quality and quantity of your food intake . Knowing What to eat , how to eat and when to eat is very important . Cut down the excess amount of carbs and oily junk food . Consume more greens and fruits . Drink 3-4 liters of water daily . Not forgetting the physical exercises or workouts daily . Swimming , cycling , jogging , walking , yoga and meditation will help you maintain your body in shape .

Hi, Don't lose hair on the head by worrying about the hair on the chin - in the end, both have no importance though. Isn't life a lot more than some hair here and there? But I will help you, nevertheless. Do Pranayama - Kapalbhati in particular - after doing some Yogasana. If you can learn and do Surya namaskar twice everyday, that will be the best, otherwise do Sarvangasana and Bhujangasana, and go for brisk walks. Hello Ji, Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yoghurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss. Thanks.
