Ageing results in dryness of skin which leads to dark circles Mental or physical stress Lack of sleep An unhealthy diet Crush a handful of fresh mint leaves to a paste Squeeze ½ a lemon in it Apply the mixture on the dark circles Leave for 15 minutes Wash it off with water and dry Peel and slice ½ cucumber Peel and chop 1 potato Crush them together to make paste Press this paste on a sieve Extract the juice Chill the juice Dip cotton pads in the juice Place them on your eyelids making sure they cover the entire dark spots Leave for 15-20 min Wash gently Eat nutritious and wholesome meals Drink vegetable juice or fruit juice and eat fruits. Hi. First & foremost, forget about the miscarriage. Mother Nature knows it best and she did what was right for the baby's health. Take out the fear from your mind & enjoy the beautiful journey of this pregnancy. Eat Natural Foods, eat as per the circadian rythm, eat the right combinations. Namaste, Change you life and diet lifestyle. Take daily morning and evening brisk walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Exploring morning sunlight around 15 to 20min is very beneficial. Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. Eat whole grains and nuts. Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc. Avoid animal products like dairy and meat should be strictly avoided. Disturbing psychological factors should be removed, and meals should be taken in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Hello Ji, Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera. Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps. Avoid irritant cosmetics. Do not squeeze the acne lesions. Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water.

Keep her on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning and as needed and less of regular water ) and only fruits atleast until she reaches India. Put her off all cooked foods. If she is taking puffs for wheezing, except for the attacks don’t medicate her on any other symptom. This will ensure she is fine. It’s possible she might have some running nose by then, but she won’t have wheezing or phlegm that cannot be managed. It might sound too drastic, but given the time, this is the best method that works at short notice. Flushing her with fluids and fruits. No medicines of any sort whether it’s herbs or homeo of allopathy will help the way natural healing does. Secondly put her off animal products which is the root cause of all her issues. My own daughter healed like a charm. Animal products include diary products and anything containing slight traces of diary ( coming from any animal), meat , eggs etc. stop sugar completely and replacewith dates. Hello, Select correct food for your digestive system to avoid all the problems. Avoid all the animal foods and dairy products. Avoid tea,coffee and other caffeinated drinks as they contain caffeine which are not good for health. Initially for 2-3days,be on fluid diet.Have homemade fruit juices, coconut water. Turmeric is a herb. It is anti-inflammatory. Humans started to consume it when the approach became more medicinal in nature to fix eliminations like cold, cough, applying on wounds etc. Habit of using it in the cooking was to ensure that all the family members can consume it. However, when you start looking at natural ways of living, we focus on giving more power to the body to self-heal, not stop the eliminations with a suppressor, easing the digestion during that time and not stopping an inflammation forcibly. In this approach, the reason why our ancestors used turmeric does not really matter. Do you taste turmeric in your cooking? No isn't it? During our grandparents days this kind of problems are very very rare or unusual Because they never used Tooth paste or powder which is chemical involved. If you notice their tooth and gums are so strong, never had cavity issues or any dental fluorosis. Now lots of toothpaste companies are growing up, oral wash, dental hospitals are more like tea shops in every street. If we brush our teeth with neem stick or baniyan tree stick this dental fluorosis problem will slowly disappear. Hello Pankaj, Let us understand why Raw garlic and BP is connected, whenever there is high blood pressure in the body because the regular flow of blood is not coming in a smooth direction. This can happen due to the arteries becoming thickened or any kind of obstruction in the valves. Muscle injury healing will take place through an internal and external action. We always need to remember body heals itself external or internal support only provides the right environment. I know someone (a close relative) who had gestational diabetes with her firstborn. She managed it well with diet and exercise. Infact, during her second pregnancy, she did not get Gestational diabetes. Few things that I think worked in her case were - reducing simple carbs, consuming more wholegrains, including healthy sources of protein and staying active.
Pls help me with a remedy for bad throat, have been taking ginger honey. But seems to be a mild remedy.

Make sure to avoid tea, coffee, fizzy or bottles drinks during this period (or even later!) They do add a lot of damage to sore throat. Instead focus on increasing fruits … a lot of it in your daily intake. This will avoid long term recurrence.

Since your father is 57 years and degenerative changes start by mid forties. In some cases it might earlier too and also using air conditioners at home or office would also have an impact on bone health. To find out the exact cause you might go for bloodanalysis ( serum calcium and vit D ). Ways to manage at home level are 1) Try to eat calcium rich foods ( already been discussed in one of the earlier posts ) 2) Exposure to sun light atleast 30-40 mins in the early morning hours. 3) Try to do some basic exercises to loosen the joints. Namaste There just a couple of things you need to do to cure vitamin D deficiency. 1 Get sun exposure everyday day. As much directly on the skin as possible. If you have enough privacy, you may lie down nude on a mat and stay that way as long as the sun doesn’t irritate you. Once you feel enough then turn on your stomach and expose your back. Stay that way as long as comfortable. Do not forget to keep a wet towel on your head during this practice. And please do it in the first two or last two hours of suns rise or sun set. Continue this practice till your vitamin D levels become normal.
