Pls do know that fever is a sign of body to fight off an infection and pain is a sign that the body needs to rest more. Check with her if she can take some days off and rest completely. Do encourage her to support her body by keeping the raw up and cooked food low. This will ensure body gets the right fuel to recover faster and spends less time & energy in digestion. Maalish will give her relief, if possible she can avoid painkillers, as it will only mask the symptom and delay recovery.

Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc. Boil the water and consume it in room temperature. Have fresh coconut water. The main cause of the leaky is an incorrect diet. Possible reasons for leaky gut Wrong eating habits. Autoimmune response. Certain medications like steroids. Foods to eat Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will to detoxify the body and also to improve the metabolism. Eat only plant-based foods. Drink coconut water. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink sufficient water during the day. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Foods to avoid It is important to avoid certain foods as we treat them as foreign agents and react towards them. बालों की समस्या बिना आहार शुद्धि के ठीक नहीं होगी बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ। आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।

Hello Khrawkupar, A diet for the baby at this time of 6 months is always under the control of breast milk, so it is highly recommended that the mother keep the baby on the breastfeed till about a year so that the baby can absorb complete nutrients. A mother's diet should constitute the right amount of nutrition like carbohydrates, protein and fats so that the baby can be treated properly. A mother when she is breastfeeding the baby can be should not be under stress as the baby is not only getting the nutrients from the mother but also the vibes. The next thing where the mother plays an important role is in taking care of her sleep. Sleep has to play a good role in the secretion of healthy breast milk, sleep helps in releasing healthy hormones which in turn helps in giving healthy milk. This sleep is important in taking care of oneself and the baby both. A healthy mother will contribute to the nutrition of a healthy baby. Most important to start in the solid diet is, taking care of the right quantity, for some kids, there is easy satiety with on mashed apple whereas for some they do not get easily satiated. So make sure you do not overload the kid with food nor undertake it. Infants need to give one mashed potato or apple tice a day in small quantities. Every two hours of giving little meal are good. The next thing is to start with drying up legumes, wash the legumes and dry them in the sun, then make a powder of it. Using this legumes powder will provide sufficient protein. Please avoid certain things in your kid's diet as you are starting with solid food: Avoid packaged food items Avoid refined sugar or salt Avoid dairy milk. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Dark spots on the skin, or hyperpigmentation, occur when some areas of the skin produce more melanin than usual. There might be varied reasons. Melanin is a pigment that gives the eyes, skin, and hair their colour. Dark spots on the skin are not a cause for concern and do not need treatment, though people may choose to remove them for cosmetic reasons. Natural therapies could have a better line of management using some simple methodologies To avoid black spots in the face trying to keep the face always clean and dry. Avoid using chemical-based lotions or face washes on the face. Grate potato and extract juice, apply the juice on underarms. Leave it for 10-15 minutes then wash. It will help to reduce dark spots. Slice cucumber or lemon rub it on the face,on black spots. After 10-15 mins rinse it. Do it daily until black spots vanish. Take 2 tsp of turmeric, mix it with fresh lemon juice and apply on the dark spots. Keep it for 20-30 mins then rinse, use daily or alternate days. Massage using fresh aloe vera gel or coconut oil also effective in removing black spots. Avoid using strong deodorants and antiperspirants. Scrub using oatmeal. Always use warm water after the application is done

🙏 नमस्ते धनश्रीजी दिमाग में खून पर्याप्त मात्रा में न पहुंचने पर चक्कर आते हैं। इसके अलावा रक्तचाप (ब्लड प्रेशर) का ज्यादा या कम होने पर भी चक्कर आते हैं। कान के बीच में सूजन होने पर भी चक्कर आते हैं। पुरानी कब्ज, गर्मी, खून की कमी, धूप में घूमना, मासिक धर्म (एम.सी) की खराबी और अधिक थकावट आदि कारणों से भी चक्कर आते हैं ।गर्दन में दर्द होने के कारण चक्कर आ सकता है।डर लगने के कारण भी चक्कर आ सकता है।धमनियों के कठोर हो जाने पर चक्कर आने लगता है।सर्विकल स्पाडोलाइसिस का स्नायुओं पर दबाव पड़ना। आइए चक्कर आने वाली समस्या से कैसे बाहर आये , घरेलू ईलाज कैसे अपनाए । ★ धनिया एवं आँवलों को बराबर हिस्से में 1 चम्मच लेकर अधकूटा पीसकर, रात्रि को पानी में भिगोकर, सुबह छानकर उसमें मिश्री मिलाकर पीने से लाभ होता है । ★ लगभग 4 या 5 मुनक्के को पानी में मथकर पीने से चक्कर आना बन्द हो जाते हैं। ★ तुलसी के पत्तों का रस 5 बूंद और चीनी एक चम्मच आधा कप पानी में मिलाकर सेवन करने से लू के मौसम में चलने वाली गर्म हवा नहीं लगती है तथा चक्कर नहीं आते हैं। ★ चाय,काफ़ी और तली गली मसालेदार चीजों से परहेज करना आवश्यक है। इनके उपयोग से चक्कर आने की तकलीफ़ में इजाफ़ा होता है।* ★ कभी-कभी नमक की मात्रा शरीर में कम होने पर भी चक्कर आने लगते हैं। नमकीन चीज जैसे की चाट मसाला डालके मोसंबी या संतरा खाने से लाभ होता देखा गया है। ★ अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम से चक्कर आने की व्याधि से हमेशा के लिये छुटकारा मिल जाता है। ★ तरबूज के बीज की गिरि और खसखस इन दोनों को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर पीस लें. रोज सुबह-शाम एक चम्मच खाली पेट पानी के साथ सेवन करें. यह प्रयोग करीब एक महीने तक नियमित रूप से जारी रखें । ★ अदरक लगभग 20 ग्राम की मात्रा में बारीक काटकर पानी में उबालें आधा रह जाने पर छानकर पीयें। अदरक का रस भी इतना ही उपकारी है।सब्जी बनाने में भी अदरक का भरपूर उपयोग करें। चाय बनाने में अदरक का प्रयोग करें।अदरक किसी भी तरह खाएं चक्कर आने के रोग में आशातीत लाभकारी है। धन्यवाद 🙏

Hello Sunanda, Please check your food and rest pattern. Many a times it may be because of improper food consumption. Avoid fried acidic food or cooked food. It may also occur in the absence of proper rest. Wedding is a major event in one’s life and brings with it a lot of anxiety, mixed emotions, and often unseen stress. Try to find ‘me-time’ even if it is for 5-10 minutes from your busy schedule. It may be tough but it will be worth it. Close your eyes during that practice. Sit straight keep your backbone straight and try practising the abdominal breathing or diaphragmic breathing. Also, check if there’s hormonal imbalance. Marjari Asana (cat posture) is very effective in regulating hormonal imbalance if any, in women. I will recommend Pranayam like Nadi Shodhan, and Bhramari Pranayam. Simple humming will also be very effective. Take proper rest. While sleeping at night make sure that your place is completely dark. Try to give relaxation to the eyes. Gently massage your facial skin with tender coconut water as Tvacha Dhauti (skin purification) practice. Do not try to squeeze whiteheads. Avoid the mucus-producing food, dairy or baked food items. Include a lot of raw food in your meal. Increase the intake of vegetable juices. You may begin your day with vegetable juice (200 ml) of vegetable juice. Food combination is the key. If eating heavy digesting items such as non veg and eggs, make sure it’s the main part of your meal. Try and not mix it with a grain; instead eat a lot of veggies esp root vegetables with it along with a salad. Make sure the fruits are before meals in morning and evening.
