Take small parts of hand and Apply medium hot wax , so that it will be easy for streching the cloth or strips. After u stretch , just hold that area for 2 to 3 Seconds. Make sure you are taking adequate diet and calcium ( milk and makhanas and many other sources)are much needed element for teeths. Sometimes roots becomes weak which causes pain. You can change your toothpaste (eg:- Vantej) which soothes the roots and thus reduces the pain.You can use clove oil it also serves the purpose.

Hello everyone here are a few pointers to help make decision about juicers: You can very well make juices in regular mixie. You may have to sieve your juice, but it is still the best way to make use of all the fiber (as you have a choice to retain the fiber and/ or not sieve at all) Decision to move to high-end mixers and juicers should be step 2, not step 1. Ideally be made later in wellness journey. First inculcate the habit, then upgrade the juicer/ mixer. Many on this group will vouch for this experience. A regular mixer can do everything – nutmilks, chutneys, juices etc. – just about every function. Many of us (including me) realized this after having invested in expensive equipment which we ended up not using. Better to go for blenders / mixers which have different jars for different purpose, rather than one equipment for each need and adding to clutter in your kitchen and feeling of being overwhelmed. In terms of mixer brands Sujata and Vitamix are usually preferred choices. Sujata ofcourse is cheaper. Sujata also has a very strong horsepower. Nutribullet – great too. Is used by many professionals in cooking workshops. Great thing to have if you travel around a lot. But then the jar is small. Its sufficient for 2 users. And many will find the inverted lock system annoying. Most juicers – are expensive and in the range of 11-13k. One more reason to stick to regular mixer and blenders! In summary: Don’t fret a lot about the machine. The equipment wont make the process a regular habit, instead a regular habit will ensure you get the most out of your equipment! тШ║

As we normally recommend a diet after any surgery should be much lighter our digestion process should be much simpler. The best diet would be having more of liquids like vegetable juice. Raw salad is also advisable and fruits. You can have fruits like apple which are more in fibre and will help you eliminate softer stools. Rest is important. Thank you.

Mouth ulcers are mirror reflection of your GUT health. The cleaner your GUT, the cleaner is the health of your mouth / the smell etc. The more acidic the gut, then ulcers tend to keep coming. It’s a way to eliminate the pus from the body. If you are a non vegan who consumes animal products, that’s your first step - avoid consuming any food that has any ingredient that came from an animal ( diary meat eggs fish honey ), remove sugar maida wheat corn soy. Avoid fermented foods for few months. Start having a big glass of cucumber juice in the morning upon waking with some lemon juice in it and then followed by a big bowl of fruits. As summer season is going on so primarily the intake of fruits and vegetables can serve two benefits firstly the raw food intake practice can improve as well as it will provide satiety juices can be given fruit chaats can be given.Salad preparations can be given. Raw nuts and seeds can be incorporated in the preparations. Sprouts can be given by mixing good texture of (vegetables like cucumber, onion) and even tomato and a pinch of lemon can add to the flavour.

Vomiting is body’s way of cleansing. Don't force him to eat anything. Let him rest. When he feels hungry, give him his favourite fruit and when he feels thirsty, give him coconut water. Let him take plenty of rest, symptoms will subside on its own.

Possible reasons for ankylosing spondylitis- Heredity. Bad posture. Improper eating habits. Incorrect sleeping pattern. Lack of physical activity. Some tips- Do stretching daily. Always maintain a good straight posture with your backbone straight. Apply a hot pack on the affected areas to reduce pain. You can apply a cold pack to reduce the inflammation. Avoid being in a single posture for too long. Diet Start the day with 2, 3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based foods. Eat overnight soaked raisins. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid packaged and processed foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Dear health seeker, Pemphigoid is an autoimmune disorder it can develop at any age. This may result in rashes and blisters on, ]2arms, legs, abdomen. In general, it is related to the skin diseases and can be easily reversed back to health provided one follows the eternal laws of nature, which are lined up below for you to follow:- 1. stop using any cosmetic aids, face cream, talcum powder, nail polish, deodorants, shampoo, bathing soap, to wear only cotton clothes, rubber, plastic footwear to be avoided. Sunbath of 30 minutes duration early morning followed by a cold water bath. Cut down or minimize the use of salt (salt aids in inducing itching). All cereal breakfast was stopped instead salads or locally grown fruits along with 1/4th coconut. Drink of banana, pith or bilva patra juice first thing in the morning followed by coconut water. In case both these are not available then ash gourd juice should be taken. .Lunch of vegetables raw and cooked with 2 rotis or rice. Fruit juice or fruits in the evening. Vegetables raw and cooked with coconut in dinner Abdominal wet pack 20 minutes expose to air whenever possible. It is very essential to take a nonviolent enema under an expert to clear inherent constipation. Apply an herbal oil of coconut and juice of durva grass plus bael patra leaves (to 500ml coconut oil add 100ml each of grass and bael patra and keep in sun for days, alternatively they may be boiled and stored). The young generation today have been corrupting themselves with a lot of junk food and fake foods. It’s great that you come to if this forum to seek natural way of healing and holistic approach to leading ahealthy life When body accumulates toxins to a point where it cannot be contained inside, to a point where it was unable to send it out via the excretory organs, the body develops such fevers and the fever won’t reduce till it sees that the reason for the fever is no longer present. Body is highly sophisticated and intelligent by design. It knows how to heal itself. It just needs enough time break from digestion and unnecessary tasks. Don’t worry if he is not eating anything. Instead of ORS which is given for his glucose, feed healthy fruit juices which have healthy sugars that the body loves as opposed to refined sugar in ORS. Flood his body for the whole day with fruit juices. If he is hungry for solids, only fruits. Ensure he drinks 3-4 Lts daily. This process itself will remove the cause from his body. Just stick to this. Don’t give anything else to eat especially cooked. This will bring his WBC also and other parameters to normal mostly within a week to 10 days. In future, once his problem has been resolved, the following lifestyle can be adopted for better health that may not need medical emergencies like this. 1.start leading a plant based lifestyle by quitting all forms of dairy meat eggs, fish.
