Basically what ro purifier does is making your body adapted and used to it so if accidentally or in some circumstances where ro water is not available you drink normal water ,your body doesn't responds nicely to that.you might suffer upset stomach.you would require mineral water every time you are outdoors. You can opt for normal aqua guard purifier,as it won't make your body less immune. Our body has it's methods to deal with usual issues. The most simple way of doing same is by steaming. Steaming helps to retain the nutritional value. Steam potato, peas and tomatoes. In your cooking pan, add little water and roast onion. Then add steamed tomatoes and prepare gravy. Add your required species and add steamed potatoes and peas. Garnish same with coriander leaves and enjoy your healthy way of favourite Aloo Matar. हेलो, कारण -- जब आपका भोजन पचने के लिए छोटी आंत में पहुंचता है। देर तक पाचन क्रिया ना होनेेेे की वजह से इन्फ्लेमेशन उत्पन्न होता है जिसके कारण डिसेंट्रीी होती है। पेट को ठंडक पहुंचातेे ही डिसेंट्रीीी की समस्या ठीक होो जाती है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति में इसका समाधान है। समाधान - 1. पके हुए केले का सूप बनाकर पीए। पके हुए केले के सूप को छान कर ठंडा कर कर पिए। पेट पर खीरे और नीम का पेस्ट लगाएं 20 मिनट बाद इसे साफ कर ले। 2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। 5.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आ कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

When our immune system gets vulnerable from the external environmental causes like our chronic diet which is high fatty, not getting exposed to sun, stress, and having gluten, milk products where the nutrients are not getting absorbed is the reason. Now our vulnerable immunity is coming in between the action of melanocytes cell, thus causing white patches around the lips. As the skin near lips is quite sensitive it is the first place it starts from. That is why taking an initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Dear health seeker, surgical procedures/interventions are not the permanent solutions to any health issues, a semblance of relief is afforded, for the time being, the underlying cause of the problem is not addressed, and the disease symptoms flare up again after some time as is often seen in most cases where surgery was done. SWELLING.. Wherever there is an injury, there would ordinarily be inflammation, in fact, inflammation is the normal reaction of the body intended to heal the injury, which might have been caused by an accident or even internally by persistent indulgence in unhygienic habits over a period of time Intense activity is carried on in the injured part, removing the worn-out tissue and eliminating the pus, etc., and building fresh, healthy tissue to replace the worn-out tissue. More blood flows, in there, is extra heat felt and perhaps even some immobility, to indicate that the affected part is not to be moved too often. What should be done, if inflammation occurs in any part of the body? of course, the injured part should be afforded maximum possible rest, it should be moved very little. But, this is not enough. No medication, external or internal, is to be used. Maybe, in quite a number of cases, there would be fever. If this is so, it must be understood that Vital power is very actively engaged in healing. No attempt should be made to use any drugs to 'control ' The fever, or the pain in the region. If this is done, the effort of pran sakti would be thwarted and healing would be considerably delayed, even made impossible. Inflammation is an acute disease. Fasting should be undertaken, especially if there is fever. If tender coconut water is available, cooling abdominal wet packs, also cooling packs over the inflamed portion would greatly help the healing process. These may be applied for three or four times a day, each time for half-an-hour or 45 minutes when the wound is open, it may be kept covered by a simple cold pack all the time, care being taken to change the pack at least once in 4 or 5 hrs When there is no fever, juice of ash-gourd may be taken in small quantities, four times a day. As the water available in most cities and towns happens to be chlorinated water, it would not be advisable to dilute the ashgourd juice with this kind of water. If hand-pump or well water (of good taste) is available, the ash-gourd juice could be diluted, not otherwise. No purgatives ought to be used, not should one strain at stools. Use of non-violent enema (under expert guidance), once or twice a day, would help in emptying the bowels of the accumulated stools, this would help in quickening the pack of recovery. With the above methods, quick recovery could be had. When normalcy is attained, one could switch on to a diet with some cereals and plenty of vegetables. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle. Causes: This is generally caused by a viral infection. Other than the infections this might be caused because of drugs, radiation, chemotherapy or secondary to autoimmune diseases in the body like rheumatoid arthritis etc. symptoms Generally, this disease may not cause many problems and may go off. some of the symptoms which may be noticed are shortness of breath which initially is present when doing exercise and later on lying down also abnormal heartbeat pain in the chest which may pass on to shoulder and neck fatigue other symptoms of infection like fever pain in all joints swelling sore throat headache decreased urine output etc. If you have any severe problems you may consult your doctor and take treatment. Generally, mild conditions may go off unnoticed. Through Natural ways, the inflammation and infection are generally treated by the following ways: Fasting / with fruit juices / raw diet.This gives the body some rest to fight infection and cure inflammation.
