हेलो, कारण - महिलाओं में प्रजनन के बाद मूत्रआंग के वाल्व में ढीलापन आ जाता जिससे की संकुचन की कमी हो जाती है और बढ़ते उम्र के साथ ये संकुचन में दिक्कत आती है। समाधान - पेशाब करते वक़्त पेशाब 5 सेकंड रोक कर पेशाब करें फिर 5 सेकंड रुकें फिर करें ऐसा जब भी पेशाब करने जाएँ तो करें। गर्म खाना या पेय पदार्थ सेवन ना करें। एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें। 20 मिनट बाद तक संकुचन क्रिया को दोहराएँ। पानी के बदले कच्चे सब्ज़ी सलाद और फल लें। मर्ज़ारि आसन करें। अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें। गोमुख आसन करें। भुजंग आसन करें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Partha, Thanks for your query!!! Can you please try 'cold water' therapy and 'cold-pressed coconut oil' massage at night. For cold water therapy you will have to take some cold water and a little bit of ice to it, soak your feet in the water for around 5-10 minutes. After the cold water therapy, you can use cold-pressed coconut oil and apply it on the sole of your feet and gently massage your feet for around 10 minutes more. This should reduce the burning feet problem. Additionally, I will advice to have plant based yogurt made up of Almond or Coconut milk in your diet. My mother was anaemic all her life and the reason given by doctors was that her red blood cells had a different shape by birth. Sounds weird to me. But this went on for all her life until she turned vegan around 2016 or so. She is 65 now. She has changed her lifestyle to a vegan lifestyle, switched her cooked to whole food millets and rice. No sugar maida etc. She does not take dairy. She was already regular in yoga and pranayama, but these food changes made drastic changes in her conditions. We also realised that her haemoglobin count became Normal and also good enough to donate blood. Hello Namaste, Change your Diet & Lifestyle. The condition of acne can also be aggravated by excessive intake of oily, spicy, salty and sour foods. Which leads to Whiteheads, Blackheads and Pimples. These toxins cause contamination of deeper tissues, leading to the condition of Acne. Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera. Eat fresh fruits and drink vegetable juice to eliminate guts. Hi. Keep yourself adequately oxygenated. This can happen in 2 ways: 1. Breathe in good oxygen - do deep breathing sitting in the sun. Do a few yoga breathing exercises - anulom vilom, bhastrika, etc. 2. Avoid foods that block flow of oxygen in the body, I.e. un-natural foods such as non veg, dairy, refined oils, white sugar, table salt, junk foods, etc. Eat fibre rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, eat in whole form or as juices, smoothies and salads. Eat nuts and seeds, whole grains. Stress also reduces oxygen flow to brain cells. So work on that. Engage in any activity of your interest such as music, gardening, reading, etc. Challenge your mind through chess or sudoku or puzzles. Stimulate the brain cells. Focus on sleeping well. Body undertakes function of repair and maintenance only when you sleep well. Overall- remember that body is programmed to give us good health. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the nervous system or respiratory or digestive or any other. Staying aligned to the laws of nature ensures our body can work at its optimum. Low energy is a sign to provide rest to body, in all 3 aspects, mental, digestive and physical. If you are not able to physically, rest, allow yourself some deep breaths whenever you can. If travelling, see if you can catch some snooze on the way (while in cabs or trains). Food wise, make fruits your best friend, especially bananas, have loads of it whenever you feel dip in energy. They are easy to digest. Do not demand energy from an already depleted body, and in turn provide quick energy.

Hi, Cook oil free. Avoid having white sugar. Avoid dairy products like ghee,paneer. Do skipping and engage yourself in physical work. Do paschimottan asana,plank,suryanamaskar and other asanas. Prefer stairs instead of lift. Good luck.

Namaste, I felt your digestive system is having some bowel syndrome. So often you may have Nausea if any. please do change your diet and lifestyle and let see how it works.. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fruit juices should be consumed to reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach. Avoid consumption of Coffee and tea if any. Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce Nausea. Prepare tea by boiling one teaspoon of flaxseed in a cup of water. Drink it at night. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day work it out.
