Namaste, I recommend changing your diet and lifestyle adopted to nature and practice yoga by learning with an expert. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended. Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity. Do not take any medicine for a more extended period, which will give additional side effects to your health. Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both excessive fasting and overeating are harmful. Avoid coffee, tea and any diary products. Stay Healthy.

Hello Ji, Yes you are right. Most women experience certain symptoms as their period date approaches. Painful cramps are also an indication that menstrual bleeding is soon approaching To overcome this, Exercise lightly each day, such as walking or stretching on a regular basis. Have a good sleep at night. Avoid heavy, oily, sour, fried, and indigestible foods Have freshly prepared, warm, and easily digestible meals. Eat fruits like apple, pomegranate, avoid stress, Have a regular body massage with sesame oil. This natural life style will improve your upcoming cycle smooth. Thanks and takecare.

Hi, Change you diet and life style; Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. Drinking warm water or herbal teas throughout the day is beneficial. Heavy foods including dairy products, fried foods, cold foods, rice, beans and legumes should be avoided. The use of spices, pickles and chilies in cooking should also be minimized Honey, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be helpful. Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief from rhinitis.
When should we have Sweet Dish after regular meal or before meal? Please clarify or suggest
Ashlekha Sharma
11:08 PM | 17-04-2024
Hi Sushil Goel, As per nature cure, avoid having sweet dishes immediately after a regular meal. This is because sweet foods are considered heavy and can be more difficult to digest when combined with other types of foods. However, it is important to address the root cause behind having sweet cravings before or after meals. Also, everyone has a craving for something but the wise always learn to manage it with healthier alternatives and plans to address the issue by making healthier lifestyle changes. Points to be taken care of: 1. include natural foods such as fruits, vegetables & greens 2. stay hydrated 3. eat when hunger arrives, don't delay 4. make healthy choices 5. avoid grains, fried, processed or packed food items 6. use grain-free flours like Amaranthus, chickpea, buckwheat, water chestnut 7. adopt oil free cooking You can also go through the article on - Food Cravings – Understanding the cause Food Cravings – Beat them with lifestyle changes For further queries you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wish you a good health!

Hi , I had safe sex a day before my period. But my period didn't happen yet. 7 days have crossed. Are there any chances of pregnancy? I have stomach bloating. A few cramps in my lower belly. Please explain the reason.
Anjali Rauthan
01:28 PM | 03-05-2024
Namaste Sony, Thank you for sharing your query with us. Your symptoms can be divided into two parts: With a delayed period, bloating and cramps, the two main causes are Pregnancy and Pre-menstrual syndrome. You can consider a delay of 10 days because the mensuration cycle is affected by many reasons like changes in eating habits, physical activity or starting some new medicines. If you don't get periods after 3-4 days then you can go for a pregnancy test. Wishing you a good health
At what creatine level dialysis get mandatory & what factors decide dialysis?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:55 PM | 18-11-2019
First, we need to understand what is creatinine, creatinine is a chemical which releases from the blood when the muscle is contracted. Creatinine is filtered from the blood once the functioning is normal. The higher the amount of creatinine in your blood it becomes very less for the kidney to function with the appropriate amount of waste. Now let us talk about what is the normal creatinine range, the normal creatine range is 0.6- 1.0 dL, when the creatinine gets increased in the body it starts experiencing nausea, vomiting, fatigue, high in urine and this can keep a huge impact on your body's physiological functioning. When your creatinine clearance test and BUN range which is ranging from blood to urine then it becomes difficult to avoid dialysis. Hence, we need to take care of this ratio to prevent any sort of illness. Dialysis is the decision between you and your doctor at the end of the day. At home, you can decrease your protein intake, and start with a high fiber diet. Thank you

What does it mean to eat whole foods? What all is included in this category?
Mayuri Goswami
09:28 AM | 01-03-2019
Whole foods are foods that are not refined / processed. Eat whole foods as much as possible. This means: Avoid white sugar – choose natural sweeteners like dates, figs, raisins etc. Replace the fats you get from refine oil with fats from natural sources like nuts and seeds Eat unpolished rice instead of white rice Try to consume fruits and veggies as whole or pulped or as smoothies instead of juicing them
Can Eating Fruits Be Considered A Full Meal For Babies?
Anchal Kapur
02:29 PM | 29-03-2019
Of course yes....for babies & adults alike. Having an all fruits breakfast is a very healthy practice as it supports the body's elimination cycle of the circadian rythm. You can have all fruits meals for lunch & dinner too. For babies - six months is only mother's milk. And once they start solids, fruits can be a full meal. For my son, I used to give pureed apple or pear or banana.....whatever was in-season that time. His non-milk meals were either fruits or non-dairy porridges, to begin with. Typically I ensured he gets 2 fruit servings in a day, others could be non-fruit meals.

Hi, Pl advise for nervous system strengthen remedies
Anchal Kapur
09:58 PM | 16-12-2018
The health of the nervous system depends on it being adequately oxygenated. This can happen in 2 ways: 1. Breathe in good oxygen - do deep breathing sitting in the sun. Do a few yoga breathing exercises - anulom vilom, bhastrika, etc. 2. Avoid foods that block flow of oxygen in the body, I.e. un-natural foods such as non veg, dairy, refined oils, white sugar, table salt, junk foods, etc. Eat fibre rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, eat in whole form or as juices, smoothies and salads. Eat nuts and seeds, whole grains. Stress also reduces oxygen flow to brain cells. So work on that. Engage in any activity of your interest such as music, gardening, reading, etc. Challenge your mind through chess or sudoku or puzzles. Stimulate the brain cells. Focus on sleeping well. Body undertakes function of repair and maintenance only when you sleep well. Overall- remember that body is programmed to give us good health. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the nervous system or respiratory or digestive or any other. Staying aligned to the laws of nature ensures our body can work at its optimum. Hope I could answer your query. All the best!!
Is Gud tea acidic or alkaline?
Smitha Hemadri
10:40 PM | 28-11-2018
Here if natural ingredients are used it’s good for the body ( ginger, lime etc ) and if diary is used it can make the body acidic. Gud or jaggery again is processed. Natural foods like raw foods are alkaline in nature
Can somebody please suggest a nice little spicy dip / chutney for chillas.
Shweta Gupta
02:00 PM | 21-11-2018
You can go for a peanut chutney. Its a very versatile dip. Just put together peanuts, jaggery, chilly flakes and soaked imli. You could add even green chillies to get that spicy dip u looking for. Or if running short of time, just simply do 1 onion+1 tomato + 1 to 2 green chillies. Fresh and yummy. Goes well with chilla.
Hi Please suggest which cooking oil should be used for cooking
Nikita Mishra
10:39 AM | 14-10-2020
Hello, When it comes to cooking, it can be done with oil or without oil. Oil free cooking is beneficial in certain health conditions like obesity, diabetes, etc. Many healthy recipes are available on wellcure for oil free cooking. But, if you want to use oil for cooking then you may use cold pressed oil for cooking. Never use refined oils for cooking as they are not good for the health at all and may result in various health problems. Thank you
