Hello Sunil, The gall bladder is an organ that functions as a reservoir of bile which it delivers to the duodenum in response to the meals. When the gall bladder is removed, the bile cannot be stored and it moves to the intestine anytime the liver produces it. Due to the change in the way of the bile delivery to the intestine, the following side effects are possible after the removal of the gall bladder. Diarrhea. Infection. Infection may occur with fever or without fever depending upon the severity of the infection. Constipation. Heartburns. Pain in the abdominal area. Nausea. Difficulty in the digestion of fats. Braces are meant to correct the allignment of the teeth and to certain extent it could get it corrected. This treatment may not alter the anatomical position or alter the temporomandibular joint. The treatment might just pertain to restructuring the allignment at sockets in the mandibule. Regarding to your second part of your question, heaviness or headache might occur when your dentist tightens the braces. if at all if you are permanent braces this might cause mouth ulcers with presence of sharp structures on your teeth rubbing over the soft tissues of mouth while you speak or eat. In case mouth ulcers you might do gargling with sour buttermilk or apply ghee or cocnut cream over the wound which could reduce your irritations... Hope my answer has clarified your doubt?

Hi To begin with, as per natural living system food is not to be heated as heating food at high temperatures destroys the enzymes and nutritional elements of food. This food is no more nourishing for the body. So, re-heating can not be considered a good option in any case. Further, microwaves use radiations to heat the food. And these radiations end up altering the molecular composition of the food. Hence not a great option. Personally, I do not have a microwave at home and it is a conscious choice!
My husband has got us a lohey kee kadhaai. Any tips on how to manage its rusting, washing, etc? Can it be used to cook anything?

Cooking in iron kadahi will add good iron into your food,make it a habit to cook in iron kadhai and earthen pots.After using kadhai keep either used lemon or imli with hot water for sometime then rub and clean with iron scrub .After it is clean apply little oil to avoid rusting n staining.It will remain sparkling white .

Keep her hydrated and equally important is resting. So no force feeding or waking up to have meals. Instead allow her to rest as much,. And keep her on fruits every 2-3 hours. When appetite returns you could do soups with some salads. Keep the grains, dairy, milk and non veg off during this period as otherwise the body just wastes a lot of energy in digestion, plus it will only aggravate the mucous build up.

Hi. Asthma, or for that matter any illness or disease, is body’s way of signaling & removing toxic build up in the body. Don’t be scared that its asthma & you can do nothing about it. Human body has a wonderful self-healing mechanism, you just have to support the body through right inputs. Tell your friend to increase the fruit intake of her son. He should also have more raw veggies in the form of salads & juices. With kids it often becomes difficult to make changes in food, but start with making small changes. At least for a while, stop intake of dairy, non-veg and grains. These are all acidic foods & come in the way of body’s healing. Also, stop packaged foods for the same reason.

Here are some tips that will help you to get relief from the muscle pain. Take time off from any normal activities that can tire your arm. Use an ice pack on the sore area three times a day for 15 to 20 minutes. Address swelling with a compression bandage. Elevate your arm. Accumulation of excessive toxins in the body could also be the reason for pain. So, here are some tips for diet and lifestyle. Foods to eat- Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. This will help to boost your metabolism as well as to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Diet plays an important role in the management of autism. The diet should be gluten and casein free. Gluten is in many food products and can cause digestive issues. Casein is a protein in milk products and it may also be a source of digestive issues. So, have only plant-based natural foods. Include salads, sprouts and nuts in your diet. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine or sugar before bed. Establishing a routine that you follow every night. Turn off TV or video games atleast an hour before bedtime and relaxing the child by playing soft music or by reading a book.
