हेलो, कारण - आपका लिवर ठीक से काम नहीं कर पा रहा है। इसका कारण ग़लत खान पान, तनाव, अनिद्रा, किसी नशीले पदार्थ का सेवन हो सकता है। पाचन क्रिया ठीक प्रकार से न होने के कारण क़ब्ज़ की परेशानी हो रही है। समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें। कच्ची भिंडी, बथुआ, पानी में भिगोए हुए अलसी (flexssed) सलाद में मिला कर बिना नमक के खाएँ। पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

The most important reason is, the brain stops functionig normally when the blood that nourishes it starts becoming more toxic and is unable to give the brain the required nourishment. And what is the reason for the the blood to carry so much of toxins? It is our unhealthy lifestyle and food habits. So how can you change or improve the quality of your blood? Firstly start getting your bowels clean with the help of a clean diet. And a clean diet means consuming lots of locally grown, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decrease the intake of cooked food to as minimum as possible. Eliminate processed, packaged foods complertely from your diet. Remove white sugar, white salt, Maida and refined oil too from your diet. Remove milk, milk products, meat and eggs too completely. Secondly go out in the nature. The suns rays have so much energy that it can drive away any level of depression and anxiety. Soak in the suns rays every morning and evening, Soon you will start experiencing changes in your mood. Hy...yes you can eat but the method of preparation should be different. 1.Potatoes should be baked or should be heated on stove like corn. Than it can be eaten in moderate quantity. 2. And rice should be eaten in the form of ganji, the quantity of water should be double the quantity of rice and the rice which are used in preparation should not be polished rice.it should be avoided in night. The quality of food matters as opposed to quantity bararinde. Can you describe her daily food intake ? Is she on diary meat eggs oils ? These can make anyone fat. The diary is pure sugar and unwanted animal fat. Meat is also fat meant for the animal and it cannot become our food. My kids now 13 and 10 are on a vegan diet since 2015 and even though they have the same kinds of foods, one is plump and one is lean. My older one is leaner and she snacks more on raw compared to my younger one. Even if any cooked grains are eaten more than needed, it becomes fat as body stores it for later crisis situations. They are both on a fruit breakfast , off sugar for 2-3 yrs now. So instead of becoming obese one of them was on the heavier side. But my focus was not to make her thin or fat, but to focus on healthier eating habits. So recently during summer, I switched them slowly to a raw food dinner. They are on one cooked for school which is an organic oilfree whole food plant based lunch, they come back and have some healthy oilfree grainfree cooked like steamed Chana coconut lime mix / peanuts ans dates / poha / some savouries that I make without oils and things like this. For dinner they have raw. With every progress I made, they became healthier and they don’t fall sick or eliminate toxins so often anymore. My younger one is also losing weight. She also plays basketball thrice a week, but positive foods that have life in them, being life into the organs to function properly. It’s not too late, kids lifestyle can only be corrected in younger age. You must strive ur best and not give up on this. You will face questions from family/ friends /others , but believe in the right foods and stick to it. Explain to kids the ethical aspects and health aspects of quitting animal foods .. they understand. My kids became diary free and it took me one full year to clean their diets. You need to feed her healthy sugarfree fruit based food that are raw and bubbling with life.. put her in activities or sports. Kids need to play and sweat. Read the journey of my kids here . Hello User, The best advice for suffering from anxiety is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. हेलो, कारण - एलोपेसिया एरीटा में बाल सिर की त्वचा पर जगह-जगह से झड़ने लगते हैं, आमतौर पर जब बाल झड़ते हैं तो सिर की त्वचा पर गोल आकार के पैचेस पड़ने लगते है। ऑक्सीजन और रक्त का संचार ठीक प्रकार से नहीं हो पा रहा है। रक्त और ऑक्सीजन के संचार में कमी होने का मुख्य कारण पाचन तंत्र में अम्ल का बढ़ना है। जैसे वायुमंडल में हवा दूषित होने पर ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा कम हो जाती है उसी तरीके से शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा बढ़ने से ऑक्सीजन और रक्त की संचार में कमी आती है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर इसे पूर्ण रूप से ठीक किया जा सकता है इसको ठीक होने में 8 से 10 महीने का समय लग सकता है। समाधान- 1. सर पर जब इस तरीके की समस्या देखी जाती है तो हमारी सलाह होती है कि सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ, नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 2. खानपान में मुख्य रूप से गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही फायदेमंद होता है। गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों में क्लोरोफिल होता है और ऑक्सीजन की संचार में यह बहुत ही मददगार साबित होता है। 3. नमक की मात्रा कम ले दिन में एक बार ले और सेंधा नमक या काला नमक ही लें क्योंकि नमक ज्यादा रहने से भी सिर में फ्लूइड में कमी आती है। सिर में liquid रहता है नमक में सोडियम होता जो कि liquid को सोख लेता है। 4. मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। ऐसा करने से आप का मेरुदंड में ब्लड और ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा। जो कि हमारे सिर के नसों से कनेक्टेड रहता है। 5. जीवन शैली में कुछ परिवर्तन करके देखें जिससे कि विशेष लाभ प्राप्त होगा। जैसे कि प्राणायाम करना है। लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें रुको थोड़ी देर सांस को पूरी तरीके से खाली करें और फिर रुके थोड़ी देर ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा ठीक हो जाएगी। सूर्य नमस्कार 10 बार करें सूर्य नमस्कार बहुत ही उपयोगी है हमारे सिर के हिस्से में रक्त संचार के लिए। पवनमुक्तासन अम्ल को कम करेगा शरीर में अम्ल के कम होने से सिर में ऑक्सीजन और रक्त का संचार होगा। जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी -
