Hello Gaurav, The recurrency in cold and cough can be difficult in handling as we tend to get our daily routine disturbed, a change in lifestyle and diet can be helpful in treating a chronic problem. Here let us talk about what is the change we have to keep in with diet and lifestyle and how do we correct it. Cold, cough and sore throat are co-related with each other, where the body's immunity is generally hampered and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is vulnerable because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things in the environment and our diet which need to be protected from. Herewith a change of lifestyle, we are not only treating the accumulated toxins at an episode level but also preventing the future in relapses. Now let us follow these four things, in order to deal with the body's immunity. Eat: Here are a few things which we need to take care of is: Avoiding, milk and milk products refine sugars and salt, anything which is packed needs to be avoided. Now, what to eat? Start your day with a vegetable juice, green leafy vegetables, carrot, cucumber, bottle gourd can be your choices. Sprouts is another thing which can be given as breakfast. After lunch two hours later you can take a cup of ginger honey tea. This can be helpful for you. Also, sprouts have a good amount of Vitamin C which will help in treating the immunity, sweet potatoes are another good source of vitamin C. Inducing legumes in the diet is also another good way of treating these symptoms. Mulethi again is a rich ancient herb to treat cold and cough, so you can start with having one teaspoon mulethi with one teaspoon of honey, make a paste and have it. You can consume thrice a day keeping an hour gap from your regular meals. Inhalation of essential oil of eucalyptus will also aid, put some drops on your handkerchief and inhale it throughout the episode. A Tulsi leaf has given with a glass of warm water, empty stomach in the morning will help in removing the toxins and accelerate healing. Exercise: Now let us understand the exercise part: Deep breathing exercise like pranayama will be helpful in the treatment of the problem. Doing cat and cow pose from our yoga books helps in improving lung capacity and clear the respiratory tract from toxins. Go out for an early morning walk in the sun, which will help you in taking in fresh air and sun will activate the cells. Meditation: This is the right time to start with meditation. Sit crossed leg on the floor and repeat, " I am healthy and happy" for 10 times, slowly with each breath. With this imagine yourself to be healthy and breath freely. This exercise of visualization will surely help, in a long way. Sleep: Sleep is the most important part, the importance of early to bed and early to rise makes a lot of difference in health. Stop the use of gadget an hour before sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep is a must to improve health. These things will surely help, Thank you

Keep her on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning and as needed and less of regular water ) and only fruits atleast until she reaches India. Put her off all cooked foods. If she is taking puffs for wheezing, except for the attacks don’t medicate her on any other symptom. This will ensure she is fine. It’s possible she might have some running nose by then, but she won’t have wheezing or phlegm that cannot be managed. It might sound too drastic, but given the time, this is the best method that works at short notice. Flushing her with fluids and fruits. No medicines of any sort whether it’s herbs or homeo of allopathy will help the way natural healing does. Secondly put her off animal products which is the root cause of all her issues. My own daughter healed like a charm. Animal products include diary products and anything containing slight traces of diary ( coming from any animal), meat , eggs etc. stop sugar completely and replacewith dates. Give her diluted lime water twice or thrice daily. Ask her to gargle with turmeric and salt for 5-6 times daily even if the symptoms are not there. This is a journey for your reading for a long term cure http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/52/healing-my-kids-skin-respiratory-issues-through-a-natural-plant-based-diet http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/58/my-daughter-s-liberation-from-asthma-through-natural-healing

Hi Vidhi Patel, Vitiligo is a complex skin condition which takes years to develop. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load due to metabolic activity & unhealthy diet & lifestyle habits, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe conditions such as vitiligo. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines that can help: 1. avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt 2. Add lots nourishing foods like raw vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts and seeds. 3. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. 4. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 5. Have sunlight as it strengthens and tones the skin. 6. Give a break to your body by fasting once in a week. 7. Use a wet pack on your abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Buy here. Hi! My husband is geting trouble due to gas and having burning sensation in stomach. When he wakes up he also has burning sensation. Plz suggest.
Nikita Mishra
04:59 PM | 11-06-2021
Hello Fatima, Burning sensation in stomach, gas indicates that your husband is suffering from acidity. Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you
My haemoglobin 10. 5. I feel drowsy all the time. Please provide me the diet chart and also tell me is my drowsiness can happen because of low hemoglobin?
Nikita Mishra
03:36 PM | 10-05-2021
Hello Amit, Anaemia is a condition in which the haemoglobin level is below the normal level. For women, the normal range of haemoglobin is 12-15.5 grams per deciliter and for men, it is 13-17.5 grams per deciliter. Haemoglobin is an iron-containing protein present in the red blood cells. It transports oxygen from the lungs to other body parts. Due to lack of haemoglobin, oxygen supply gets effected which results in other health issues like drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue, laziness, headache, lack of concentration, lack of energy, etc. Reasons for anaemia- A diet lacking in vitamins, minerals, iron and other proper nutrients. Intestinal disorders- Some intestinal disorders affect the absorption of nutrients in the intestine such as Crohn's disease. Alcohol consumption. Consuming certain medications. Heavy bleeding during menstruation. Any chronic disease like cancer, diabetes, kidney disease. Inherited- If your family has a history of inherited anaemia like sickle cell anaemia. Diet to follow- Eat only plant-based natural foods. Have beans, lentils, cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, dry fruits as they will provide iron to the body to cope with the haemoglobin deficiency. Along with the green vegetables have soybeans for vitamin B12 and have fruit juices, peanuts, green peas, while grains for folate. Vitamin C is also very important as vitamin c and vitamin B12 helps in the absorption of iron in the intestine. So, have vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, pepper, melons, strawberries. Have brown sugar instead of white sugar. Have brown rice instead of white rice. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid- Avoid packaged foods and processed foods as they result in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid deeply fried foods and spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, butter and animal foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks as they suppress the absorption of iron. Yoga Performing yoga asanas increase the immunity, increases blood circulation so that the blood and oxygen can reach every part of the body, improves digestion and absorption, and involves the stretching of muscles. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform anulom-vilom pranayam and ujjayi pranayam. Perform hala asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana, uttana asana, sarvanga asana, bhujanga asana daily. Perform kapalbhati for 5min. Initially start by 1min and then gradually increase it day by day. Sleep Sleep relaxes the body and mind, bursts out all the stress. The body repairs its damaged cells and tissues while we sleep. Take a good quality sleep for at least 8-10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Hello Soniya, Diet plays a major role in dealing with this constipation. Your diet during pregnancy and his diet after birth both have played a role in bringing the result. The normal range according to WHO is that if the kid is able to perform 2-4 times a day and remains active, it is considered normal. If your kid is not active in playing or responding, then passing stool becomes difficult. Things to do: During the evening, give her half a glass of warm water which will help in releasing stool. The next thing is to start with a fiber-filled diet. 1. Rice water. After boiling the water, make them consume rice water. 2. Include fruits like bananas and apple in the diet. 3. A glass of vegetable juices like carrots and spinach will help them in easing stools. Also give him a glass or half, according to her need, of coconut water. 4. Avoid milk and milk products. 5. Namaste Please do not worry. One can manage the blood glucose levels in the body by shifting to a majorly raw plant-based diet. And getting your daughter into a healthy lifestyle where she spends some time in sun daily, breathing in fresh air and getting in touch with mother earth. Start her day with a walk in the fresh air. followed by a session of yoga. Break the fast with seasonal fresh locally grown fruits as late as possible. Give her salads with lots of greens in them. Please stop dairy completely, no meat or eggs, no refined sugar, salt, oil or flour. No packaged or processed food. Let her sleep well at night. Just a lifestyle change and healthy food habit change can help her health to get back on track. Be Happy Be Healthy Always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Your son will be all fine. You need to be careful about what he is eating. Coughing is a sign that the body is throwing out the accumulated toxins. Stop giving any diary products, packaged items like chips, biscuits, namkeen etc.etc. If possible less wheat you can add more brown or red rice. Give him lots n lots of fruits also the soaked raisins will help him in getting rid of cough, dates, kids love them. You can offer him a variety of smoothies and can see the recipe on wellcure only. And as a quick fix give him a mix of lemon-ginger juice add honey with a pinch of turmeric, this will help for sure. You can store it in the glass bowl. By changing his eating habits, you can help boost his immunity. Take care.
