Namaste Spondylitis of any kind is a result of inflammation of the vertebrae. And this is caused by deposits of toxins along with less use or misuse of that particular part of the body. You are still very young, you can over come this issue if you put your mind to it. According to natures laws we just need to remove things or habits that obstruct or drain our vitality. And introduce certain practices and food habits which would not drain our vitality and let our bodies work according to its nature and heal itself. Let us see what the basic changes are that you could make in your routine: Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 milk and milk products, meat eggs etc Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. If you need any assistance during the cleansing or healing crises do not hesitate to get in touch Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Hello Deepti, Any disease of our reproductive system is directly getting affected by the overall things happening in our bodies. You call it fibroid or you call it polycystic ovary disease they all come from the same group which is our blood and oxygen not reaching our parts properly and this resulting in the stagnation of our body which results in the bulky uterus which is due to inflammation. It is time to treat oneself in nature's way. Many people are now choosing this mode of treatment for the simple reason this is the time to have a long term solution to all these recurrent problems. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. With taking initiative for treating overall health you will surely reach a cure. Eat: Start the day with having two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out all the toxins from the body. Include vegetable juices in the breakfast which are light in nature. Consume food that is oil-free, avoid any kind of milk products, and packaged food items. Make sure you have two hours gap between your meals and sleep timing Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which will make the blood supply to the uterus healthy. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include fruits like apples, papaya, bananas in the day to have a healthy GUT. Boil one inch of ginger in warm water and add honey with a half teaspoon of turmeric, this ginger turmeric tea should be consumed once a day, two hours after lunch, for controlling inflammation. Exercise: Sleep on back, raise one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. Start with Suryanamaskar, 12 sets daily, and if your mother is a beginner start with 6 and slow postures with each breath. Take her for a brisk walk in the sun, the sun will help in increasing both blood and oxygen supply of the body. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. 15 minutes relaxation session is important before sleep. The power of visualization is very important, imagine your body uterus to be healthy and getting free from all types of toxicity. This will help you a lot. Pelvic massages are also very healthy in this case, massage with almond or coconut oil. Sleep: A sound sleep should be of 7-8 hours. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. A sound sleep of 7-8 hours is considered to be healthy and helps us a lot in treating all kinds of problems. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Can you please suggest psoriasis diet?
Ashlekha Sharma

Hi Monika, Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disorder that causes red, scaly patches on the skin. It can also affect the nails and joints, causing symptoms like joint pain and stiffness. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc., It also causes dull-looking skin with blotchy patches, warts, acne and boils to name a few. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables and fruits. 3. Adequate proper exercise every day ensures good blood circulation so nutrients and wastes are managed properly within the body. 4. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. The body is in repair and recovery mode during sleep. 5. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 6. Sunlight strengthens and tones the skin. The action of sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of the many chemicals needed for proper functioning. 7. Give a break to your body by fasting for a couple of days in a week or 15 days. 8. Use a wet pack on your stomach and abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Namaste Sunendu, Thank you for sharing your concern with us, COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) many factors can lead to Lung issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflame the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to viral activity. You can start following these tips to deal with it Naturally: 1. Take lukewarm water to sip to bring in some relief. Add pieces of ginger and lemon along with a few pinches of turmeric to your water. you can have it in the morning empty stomach. 2. Steam Inhalation – Inhaling steam for 5 to 10 minutes, by adding a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus helps in melting the mucus accumulated in the air passages, helping to reduce breathing difficulties. 3. Certain foods like processed foods, refined grains, white sugar, and animal products like dairy, meat, and oils cause phlegm to build up in your lungs and other parts of the respiratory tract. Embrace a healthy diet that consists of a majority of raw vegetables and fruits, and smaller quantities of energy-dense foods like nuts, seeds and sprouts. Limit cooked food in your meals. Hi. Is it possible to reduce cholesterol with wet pack?
Anjali Rauthan
03:57 PM | 12-04-2024
Namaste Sandhya, Thank you for sharing your query with us. Cholesterol happens due to wrong lifestyle and eating habits. You can normalize the cholesterol levels naturally by correcting your eating habits and lifestyle. Standalone wet packs won't help in reducing cholesterol levels you need to focus on other aspects too: Simple ways to reduce cholesterol naturally: 1. Regular drinking of coriander (dhania) water also helps in lowering blood cholesterol as it is a good diuretic and stimulates the kidney. 2. Meditation/ Pranayama/ breathing exercises will help in reducing stress and eventually lead to reduced cholesterol 3. Add salad before 15-20mins of lunch and dinner. Add lemon juice + pinch of black pepper. If you need more help, you can come with us for the Healthy heart personal coaching program Our Natural Health Coach will comprehensively look into your daily routine and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, and stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Hi Rashmi Goyal, Thanks for sharing your concern with us! Thanks for sharing your concern with us! Any ulcers that we get in our body are a manifestation of excess acidity in our bodies. They are the body’s way of telling you to reduce acidity & restore the acid-alkaline balance. As per nature cure, the human body works towards maintaining its pH or acid-alkaline balance. It functions optimally when the pH of the blood is slightly alkaline (around 7.36-7.42). As per nature cure, most symptoms/diseases are caused because of increased acidity. Acidic residues get built up because of wrong food habits as well as non-food elements. Stressful situations and negative emotions may be acid-producing in the body. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your daily routine in a comprehensive way and suggest an action plan. She/he will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Hello Sejal, Due to less healthy fluid intake and indulging in unhealthy beverages, our body goes into inflammation. Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your hair and skin and start exercising. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption of nutrients. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Snacking on Vitamin C rich fruit after your breakfast like oranges, mosumbi, sweet potatoes will help in improving skin texture. Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your skin will improve. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Application of neem powder one tablespoon with one teaspoon of turmeric and mix in rose water will make your skin glowing. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. My age is 23 I have pain in my right arm and hand from last 1month after I quit gym. What should I do?
Dr. Stuti Nilesh Pardh...

Hello, When you leave gym routine there is a chance your muscles experience a little bit of discomfort as they are used to the routine of exercise, if there a specific reason why you stopped or quit gym? anyhow while you are experiencing pain you can try cold compress on your right arm, so ice pack can help you get some relief from pain. I would suggest that you also circulate your hand and let it move or be in motion so that you can allow the blood to circulate and the muscles to expand and contract. Also try not to get overconscious about pain as with time you will feel better if you do the above. Regards

Hi, I understand practically that it would be difficult for working person to plan their meal before sunset, but atleast if you could finish your meal before 8:00 pm and walk for 10-15minutes, then it will give a gap of 2-3 hours before you sleep which helps in digestion.

Hello Ms. Sushmita Gilbert Syndrome is where the patient having slightly high level of bilirubin (Bile pigment). It doesn't means liver is not functioning properly, it's harmless syndrome,And there is no need for treatment. sometimes jaundice may occur. Just advise your friend to follow healthy diet routine . Advises: Avoid fasting. Eat regular meals and don't skip. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty foods. Take St Mary's Thistle tea-helps to regenerate liver cells. Practice regular exercises and Yoga especially twisting series of Asanas and pranayama. Mediate to reduce stress (Triggers the bilirubin level). Namasthe!
