Hi! How to build kid’s immunity?
Smitha Hemadri

Experts have answered the how to stay healthy part. I would like to add few to that. Immunity is a very misunderstood word. Body eliminates toxins when it accumulates and the frequency depends on the vitality ( energy that is available to be used to perform various actions in the body). Immunity in medical terms means the body must not get cold cough or other forms of eliminations. If it happens they suppress it with meds and ensures that any discomfort is removed from the surface while the underlying issue is not addressed. This is the meaning of immunity. We educate a healthy lifestyle here and also throw light on why body eliminates and why it’s okay to not be scared of eliminations. We don’t live in a sterile environment. We breathe polluted air, we drink polluted water, we do have negative thoughts, we are surrounded by chemicals that touch the skin, we eat contaminated food, we do indulge in social events even if it’s occasional.. etc. As the body becomes more and more efficient with a good lifestyle, it will also increase the power to throw away junk when the body encounters it. So unless you understand these, you might also think that living a healthy lifestyle does not increase the ‘immunity’. Hence this is a misunderstanding. A healthy lifestyle aims to get us back to the way body expects us to live in order to function efficiently. In the process if body eliminates in cold cough fever skin issues, we must not surrender to any form of medication - allopathy/ homeopathy/ Ayurvedic and let the body go through its cycle of clean up. It’s easier to pass this phase while keeping the digestion less and thinking less and resting more. There are many articles that you might want to go through here under the body wisdom section to understand basics. Thanks and be blessed.
Hi, am very new to this platform. Could anyone please suggest what should I do to treat polycystic ovaries. Thank you

Welcome to the platform and congratulations! Let’s understand the meaning of Polycyst to start with! Poly means many or multiple. Cyst is termed to be an abnormal development of body structure. Its development is quite similar to the formation of stone. Now, from where do we get multiple stones inside our body? We definitely do not eat stone, knowingly! We know, how a stone forms! It is a result of years of deposition of soil with a lot of transformation, stone forms. The uneliminated toxins inside the body get transformed into cyst overtime. It is a result of lack of elimination due to the lack of available CONSERVED VITALITY within the body. This can happen for everybody and anywhere in the body. The body decides where to form this according to its structural and chemical disposition. The cysts keep on dissolving also, as and when, the body gets its quota of CONSERVED VITALITY; That happens primarily, through right lifestyle choices* and partly, through environmental supports. Please do not bother much, if you do not have visible and pressing discomforts. You might have been alerted through some scanning for this, I suppose! Take this alert and do not discount yourself for adopting CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY to throw the toxins out of the body. THE VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through these consistent right lifestyle choices* RIGHT FOOD HABITS, BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. I have cysts in both ovaries but they are watery. Will they dissolve itself?

Hello Sherry Richa, In females, our reproductive system is so vulnerable in nature, what we understand is, it becomes the first organ to show any response which is caused due to our day to day lifestyle. More than calling it watery cyst it is more likely to be known as cyst which is formed due to fluid accumulation from our toxins in the body. Cysts are the results of our lifestyle which causes inflammation in the body. Taking measures will help the cysts to go faster and also help you in improving your reproductive health. Though we feel that we are eating "healthy", our exposure to things like gluten, refined sugars, oils, adulterated lactose is a silent killer which keeps on accumulating the toxins. But do not worry, we can surely deal with the issue by eating right and correcting our lifestyle. As it is a chronic problem now, when treated with a healthy diet, exercise, meditation and modulating your sleep cycle, we can treat the issue and stress coming with this problem. The following tips will be helpful: Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day and also, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Iron helps a lot in increasing the blood circulation in ovaries and dissolving of cysts the sources of iron are dates, jaggery water, beetroot. Vitamin C like oranges, strawberries, lemons, mosumbi, sprouts, sweet potatoes is helpful in treating inflammation in the body. Ginger tea with lemon during evening time helps in relieving inflammation and hastens the process of dissolving cysts. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana helps a lot in making your uterine muscles healthy (do under expert supervision) Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Do pelvic massage. Take a mixture of one tablespoon coconut and 7-8 drops of rose essential oil which helps in dealing with stress and increase blood circulation in the area. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Nikita Mishra

Hello, The menstrual cycle occurs in every woman every month. It occurs every month in 21-35 days and lasts for 3-7days. So, if a woman is having a cycle of 21 days then it is considered to be normal and if a woman is having a cycle of 35 days every time then it is also normal. Similarly, if a woman's period lasts 2 days, then also it is normal and if it lasts for 7 days then it is also normal. Parameters to decide the menstrual abnormalities Abdominal pain- if someone experience excessive pain associated with periods then it is abnormal. Abnormal bleeding- if someone bleeds in between the periods then it is abnormal. Flow- if the blood flow is more or less than the normal i.e.more or less than 150ml. Sleep- Having a good sleep is equally important as having a good diet. Sleep timings and duration both are important. Yoga- Performing yoga also helps to clean the blood and to get healthy skin. Perform following asanas regularly- Trikona asana Bhujanga asana Hala asana Utthana asana Sarvanga asana Matsya asana Pavanmukta asana Pranayam- Perform vritta pranayam and bhramri pranayam on a regular basis. This will help to reduce pimples. Local application- Make a paste by mixing 2tablespoons of besan and 3 tablespoons Gulab Jal and add some drops of coconut oil to it. Apply this mixture on your face. Rinse your face with cold water after 2 minutes. This will clean your face in a natural way. Things to avoid- Avoid makeup on your face. Avoid applying chemical-based products on your face. Hello Neelima, The reason for any kind of infection is the accumulation of toxins in our body. Accumulation of toxins results in the reaction of the body's immune system which leads to infection. Pus cells indicate a severe infection in the body. Urinary tract infection may result due to following reasons - Urinating in unhygienic conditions. Unclean undergarments. Not maintaining the cleanliness of genitals. Not drinking enough water. Controlling the urge to urinate. Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder and can be corrected in a natural way. In diabetes, our body is not able to break the sugar or use the sugar in a proper way. But, by making some changes in lifestyle and habits, it can be cured naturally. Some tips Take some neem leaves and boil them in water. Also, rotate fitkari (alum) in this water. Then, use it to wash the private area after urinating every time. Maintain personal hygiene. Whenever you have an urge to urinate, never try to control it. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Have salads, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Avoid sugars and sugary foods. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not good for the digestive system and may result in increased inflammation. Yoga and pranayam Yoga and pranayam are very effective for any kind of health issue. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Practice pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Sleeping is equally important as our diet for a healthy body and mind. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets at least 1 hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello Naina, Vertigo has several causes written in medical terms like infection, dehydration and low vitamin D but it all points towards one thing that is our immunity getting vulnerable and easily being suspect to the disease. Your vertigo and dizziness are both co-related with each other. Cervical spondylosis also due to compression of the nerve can produce vertigo. Because of low sun exposure, our diet cells do not get the needed energy as the sun helps in increasing the function of cells by activating it. Hence sun-basking is where we have to start with treating your vertigo. As it is a chronic problem now when treated with a healthy diet, exercise, meditation, and modulating your sleep cycle we can treat the issue and stress coming with this problem. The following tips will be helpful: Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day and also, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. One inch of ginger crushed, with one teaspoon of lemon in one cup of water boil it for 5-10 minutes will help in treating vertigo. Taking vitamin C rich food items like mosumbi, lemon, berries, oranges will help in treating immunity keeping us away from infections helping to treat vertigo. Almond is a rich source of vitamin especially A which will help in strengthening the auditory pathway and treat vertigo. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Shan Mukhi mudra, Paschimottasana, Halasana, Shavasana these asanas if practised daily will help in treating vertigo, practice these asanas after the session of suryanamaskar. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Lemon essential oil is very helpful in the treatment of vertigo. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Thank you.

Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption. For example, adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like an apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT; excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Apply tea tree oil on the dry area, which will help in treating the same. Apply twice a day. 2. Massage your skin every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. Thank you
