The key to using oils is to use them on moist skin. Oils get absorbed when mixed with water. That’s why we steam our faces post massage during a facial. Similarly we get our scalps steamed post a massage in a salon. So always use coconut oil or any other oil of choice right after shower, on moist skin. Massage it in. Your skin will become silky smooth.

Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your hair and skin and start exercising. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption of nutrients. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Snacking on Vitamin C rich fruit after your breakfast like oranges, mosumbi, sweet potatoes will help in improving skin texture. Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your skin will improve. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Application of neem powder one tablespoon with one teaspoon of turmeric and mix in rose water will make your skin glowing. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello User, Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hormonal imbalance but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Despite your suffering from androgenic alopecia the first anxiety that you will go bald should be left from your mind as women genes do not carry baldness in them as its proven. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of the same type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker. Before applying methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter and then use for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of the hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana which would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: We can understand that you are extremely stressed in today's time with all your hair going down in its quality. While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you

Hello User, Our immunity becomes weak because of external factors like stress, a high-fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle this tends to make our blood circulation and oxygen supply to all the parts of body poor. This allows the fungal infection to enter our body and to this, our body goes into the mode of defence mechanism and starts the inflammatory reaction. Pain, swelling, itching all the signs you might be facing. Taking a holistic measure will definitely help you in treating infections. Our private parts are mostly covered and there are high chances the sweat gets accumulated, in there so practising hygiene is very much essentially keeping the area dry. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Have one inch of ginger with one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes. This will help in treating any kind of inflammation. Take one teaspoon of coconut oil, add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil which helps in reduction of fungus. Take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and put half a turmeric, by mixing this you apply on the affected area. This will be helpful in treating fungal infection by healing the skin faster. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Hello Jayasuriya, Internal health of the body is essential for a good external health. A glowing, clear skin and healthy hairs indicate that the body is healthy internally whereas skin problems and hair problems indicate that the toxins are accumulated inside the body. A changed correct lifestyle and correct eating habits to maintain the hormonal balances and circadian rhythm is extremely important to be healthy. Food Include natural plant-based foods in your diet. Drink sufficient water during the day. Have fresh fruit juices and coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables in your meals. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats. Include nuts, beans, cucumber in your diet. Always consume freshly prepared foods. Use coconut oil for cooking instead of using refined oils. Say no to coffee and tea. Avoid maida. Sleep Having good quality sleep for sufficient number of hours is very important. Go to bed early at night, especially before 11 pm. Get up early in the morning at around 6. Take a good quality sleep for at least 8 hours daily. Physical activity Sometimes not doing any physical activity during the day also leads to disturbed metabolism and hence accumulation of toxins. Start your day with some physical activity like walking or jogging. Perform yoga regularly. You can do bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, kapalbhati, trikona asana, paschimottan asana. Take 15min walk after your meals. Meditation Give yourself some time to meditate also. Meditation helps in treating almost every disease. Meditate for at least 20-25 min daily in the morning. Stress-free Stress also leads to various health issues. So, try to avoid stressful situations and be stress-free. Habits Never skip meals. Maintain proper hygiene. Have your meals at fixed times. Avoid late-night eating. Thank you

Hello User, Facial hair removal is difficult in a way that the hormones are rigid and high testosterone which is sometimes genetic can affect the growth. In case you are going for home remedies at making sure you do them 4 times a week and on a regular basis for at least 3 months to see the effects. 1. Lemon and sugar scrub. Lemon being citric in nature helps in preventing regrowth of hair. 2. Papaya pulp with turmeric with one tablespoon cane sugar helps in exfoliating skin and removing hair. 3. The application of tea tree oil helps in the removal of facial hair. Apply it every night by dabbing with cotton. Hopefully, these things will help. Thank you

Hello User, SLE means Systemic Lupus Erythematous. It is an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune disorders are disorders in which the body's immune system attacks its own cells, tissues and organs because it fails to differentiate between the body's cells and foreign cells or agents. This attack of the immune system on its own body cells results in several autoimmune disorders like myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis, lupus arythematous, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. Improving the lifestyle, diet and adding following things in your routine will help to cure it naturally. Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc. Boil the water and consume it in room temperature. Have fresh coconut water. Include nuts such as almonds, raisins, dates and apricots. Include pulses like green moong and toor dal in your diet. Avoid late dinners. Yoga and pranayam Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do yoga asanas such as bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana regularly. Pranayam should be practised daily for at least 20 min. Perform anulom-vilom, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining the circadian rhythm and hence the hormonal balance. So, take proper quality sleep daily for at least 7-8hours. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Namaste soujan Ray Using any chemical based product on your skin is always harmful for you on the whole and for the hair too. Our skin has lakhs of pores all over the bofy including the scalp. Every time you use some chemical based product it does get absorbed by the skin into the body. Your blood has to again collect it process it and try to eliminate it as it is not a supportive substance for the body. In nature cure we often say do not put anything on your skin that which you can not put into your mouth. Anything that can be eaten safely can be used on the skin. So washing your hair everyday is ok. but without the chemicals. one in a while a plant based nerbal powder can be used. other wise water is best. Be happy Be heakthy Always. Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption. For example, adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like an apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT; excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Apply tea tree oil on the dry area, which will help in treating the same. Apply twice a day. 2. Massage your skin every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. Thank you

Namaste Rushab Burge The main cause for premature loss of hair is just like premature aging of our body. Both are results of low vitality and high level of toxaemia in the body. It can be a sign of inherited genetic weakness too. This can be reversed by following a completely nature based lifestyle and food habits. And the reversal will take time but it can always happen. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Start your day with juicy seasonal and local fresh fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible. Consume around 50% of fruits 35% of veggies 10 % of grains or sprouts and 5 % of nuts. Finish your last meal before the sun sets. Don’t eat if you are not hungry and never over eat . Try to be on raw food atleast 80%. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Slowly with time new tissues will build up and as your hair go into the renewal mode you will see more of black hairs coming out. This procedure could take a couple of years to show results..... so be patient. Be healthy be happy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Hello Rajkumar, As your condition is now diagnosed with vitiligo, let us understand the mechanism of it. The pathology behind the vitiligo disease is our immunity gets hampered and starts producing abnormal cells. To simplify our body is getting affected by our day to day lifestyle and activates its defence mechanism in order to protect it. Skin giving the first reaction to everything going inside the body, that is where vitiligo begins. Now what can be these things which are body is protecting from? Stress, smoking, vitamin D deficiency (low sun exposure), any kind of past skin injury-causing infection, a high-fat diet which causes difficulty indigestion issue and nutrients absorbed is less. Genetically also vitiligo has shown high prevalence but in any case, we have to work on our condition with major steps. Now that we are clear about the cause. An initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The diet rich in Vitamin C is what we should start with like oranges, mosumbi, lemon, berries are going to be very helpful in the case of iron absorption. Will increase immunity and deal with inflammation. Refined sugar and salt, dairy product, and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation. Application of coconut oil is important, one tablespoon of coconut oil in 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in treating the affected skin getting back its pigment. The application of one tablespoon of mustard oil with a tablespoon of turmeric will be helpful in treating vitiligo spots. Apply it thrice a day by keeping the area clean. One tablespoon of olive oil mix with your bathing water while taking a bath. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is the best source of Vitamin D taking brisk to walk around 6-7 will help in treating vitiligo. The action of the sun on the skin is its activation of melanin cells, which are responsible for giving colour to the skin. That is why having a walk-in sun or taking morning sun rays is really essential in this condition. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Hello User, Hairfall is one of the most common problems that people face nowadays. Bad diet, unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy diet, lack of exercise has contributed a lot to this. Early balding and premature greying of hair isn’t something which is uncommon in the younger population now. I will try to guide you with diet, lifestyle etc in a healthy and natural way. 1. Dietary advice: Eat a lot of protein-rich food. Moong dal, Chana dal and other pulses are rich in protein. Proteins are the building blocks of the body and even hair is made up of Keratin Protein. Protein-rich diet will supply the basic material of hair building to your body. Apply onion oil on the scalp and massage it. Onion oil has been proven to replenish scalp and promote the circulation to the scalp. Apply Arnica or Jaborandi essential oil to your scalp. Both have been proven to increase the density and strength of your hair. Eat a healthy plant and fruit-based diet. Green leafy vegetables will help you with iron and other vital nutrients. Eat a lot of seeds and nuts. They have essential oils and also are an excellent source of protein to the body. Coconut oil and castor oil massage to the scalp will increase the circulation of blood to the scalp and help you with your problem. 2. Physical advice: Yoga daily for a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour will help you in all your troubles including the hair fall. Shirshasan will help you with increased blood flow to your scalp and promote hair growth. Walking daily in the morning sun for not less than 40 minutes will also be beneficial. Exercise daily with moderate intensity to improve the blood flow in the body and to eliminate the unwanted toxins from the body. 3. Mental advice: All the troubles are ultimately linked to stress. More the stress, more the hairfall and vice versa. Meditate daily twice a day for 15-20 minutes with a calm soothing music. This will help you relax and unwind. Develop a hobby like gardening or painting etc which will take your mind off the excessive stress and work load. 4. Routine and lifestyle advice: Avoid harsh soaps and shampoos. Avoid chemical based hair dye etc Avoid smoking, drinking. A plants & fruit based healthy living is expected. I hope I have covered all the points. Do let me know in the comments if you have any doubts. Thank you. Dr. Sukan M. Rajpurohit M.P.H (Gandhinagar)
