Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Don’t consume anything that is partial like oils which have been stripped off the fibre. So start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice, followed by some yoga / pranayama ( go to a class and start this), come back and have a green juice made with green leaves and another watery vegetable like ashgourd, next for lunch big bowl of seasonal fruits available around your place. Many people who have healed naturally are from regular families and middle class families including myself. When bad health knocks the door and we want to be aware and heal ourselves, what comes to the rescue of even a rich man are fruits veggies and greens. This is available in plenty and it has nothing to do with the type of families. Hyperacidity is a condition where the stomach is completely not able to do its job and the lining has all corroded due to the acidic environment. This did not happen because of body’s stomach acids. It has happened because of a faulty lifestyle. Things like animal foods (diary - anima milk, curd , ghee, butter , cheese paneer milk powder and anything made from animal foods, meat eggs) , sugar, processed foods , ready to eat packaged foods from outside, fried foods, refined oils etc can cause this condition. Hello Shahi, Swelling is the first sign of inflammation when our body starts rejecting the things which we are consuming or doing in our daily routine for example not having correct diet or regular exposure to chemical products, the defence mechanism starts its action and swelling occurs. Even when our body goes low in minerals like potassium and sodium it tends to get swollen, in both the cases the solution remains the same which is overall health care. Both the deficiency of any mineral and inflammation has the basic background of malabsorption of the nutrients. The causes of the above remain like intake of milk products, complex food items which are difficult for our body to digest, low exposure towards sunlight. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily.
