Hello, Eating alot of fruits and vegetables in diet is good but you should make sure those fruits and vegetables should be rich in high fibre content with sufficient vitamin and minerals. I highly suggest you to follow diet rich with high fibre fruits and vegetables and also include some of the herbs which will help you combat this problem. Usually fruits and vegetables which you consume is digested and metabolised easily either it will be utilised in the energy expenditure or it will be stored if you're intake is not sufficient. Firstly when you consume fruits and vegetables make sure you increase your water intake with it as well. It will help in flushing off the toxins and helps your organs to throw waste metabolised products faster without making them stagnant in the body. Include vitamin C, D rich food in your diet like- orange, pineapple, kiwifruit, amla, papaya, lemon juice these food help in boosting the metabolic system. Add high fibre food in your diet like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, beans, cabbage and add beetroot in your diet as well it a good source of all the vitamins and minerals. In grains you can use oats, ragi, bajara, jawar to make roties out of it and can eat with steamed vegetables sabji. Add socked 3-4 dates in your diet on daily basis. Hello Rajesh Majhi, There are multiple reasons why a person may suffer from disturbed or complete lack of sleep, in this answer I’ll try to address them and make sure you have a sound sleep with some natural remedies and without the help of any medication. Treating the cause of the disease rather than the symptom of the disease is something we should focus on entirely. Lack of sound sleep is a problem that may have been triggered by some physical or mental problem. 1. Dietary and Lifestyle advice: Use lavender oil or essence of lavender on your head or a lavender diffuser around your bed. Lavender has been known for its calming effects on the nerves and its ability to produce a sound sleep. Green teas and especially chamomile tea will help you with calming you in general and help you with a sound sleep. Make sure the environment that you sleep in is calm and your bed is comfortable as they play an important role in the quality of sleep. Eating fruits like Oranges etc which are full of anti oxidants will help you in gaining better quality sleep. Plants and fruit-based diet would be more advisable. 2. Hello, Antidepressants are used to treat the depression. What is depression? It is a mental disorder which is usually ignored by the people. The patient feels lonely, sad, and hopeless. Slowness in work and activities Loss of concentration Decreased confidence Fear from people Mood swings Weight loss or weight gain Excessive sleep or sleeplessness What should be done? Diet Have only plant based natural foods. Avoid spicy foods,oily foods,packaged and processed foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks Have salads, sprouts,nuts,vegetables, fruits in your diet. Never skip your meals. हेलो, कारण - नाक के अंदर का मांस बढ़ने लगता है। इसकी जड़ में दमा के कारण रहने वाली सूजन, बार-बार संक्रमण होना, एलर्जी, दवाओं व नशीले पदार्थों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता और कुछ प्रकार की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली से जुड़े विकार आदि शामिल हैं। समाधान - समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

If you perform a colonoscopy, you might find many ruptures on its walls. Why did a normal colon of your yesteryear’s becomes like this you must ask. Mental poise- First, imo food alone does not contribute to severe physical damages. If you have any emotional issues that you are not able to discuss in this platform, you must think over about letting it go. Lack of security in some form, hate , anger , jealousy and some of these neg emotions would have first started its journey in your life to result in this conditions and such neg emotions will cascade the effects of a bad lifestyle. Everyone has some problem that they face in their day to day life . You must chose to let it go. Avoid imported fruits. Lunch - to start with have a 250ml of vegetable juice including carrots and any watery vegetable cold pressed and not much water Raw salads with very little spices like pink salt , jeera powder because we don’t want anything spicy for your condition. Chew this thoroughly. Avoid the peels of cucumber for somedays till you heal bcoz if you don’t chew, this can cut your colon.
