I had recurrent or resistant UTIs last year for which I took 7 rounds of antibiotics. Last antibiotic resolved my uti. But the previous one wiped all my gut microbiome. I now get autoimmune attacks in different parts, have sinus, and varicose veins symptoms. I have white patches on tongue which fade when I eat something spicy and then reappear. I tried many antifungals, probiotics, and diet changes. I have chances of a leaky gut due to the candida overgrowth in intestine. What can i do?

Namaste Farzeen Trying to suppress the body’s attempts to throw away the toxins results in the body giving up at further attempts. But the moment one realises his mistake immediately he can change his lifestyle and food habits and support your body in slowly getting back it’s lost health. The gut bacteria can always be brought back by healthy food habits and lifestyle changes. Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body will not get enough time to do its functions properly. Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. These are basic guidelines. But for better guidance you may get in touch with me and get a diagnisis done and get a personalised plan for improvement of your health. Hello User, It all starts from GUT if your gut is clean and healthy it will show in different areas of body. Regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of gastritis, our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. In gastritis with the consumption of this kind of food, what is disturbing is from the esophagus to rectum everything is disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it stomach ulcers or piles they relate to the same cause. With a healthy change in the diet and your routine, we can readily deal with all the issues related to the problem of the gastrointestinal tract which in turn definitely disturbs our sleep cycle. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing future relapses. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. Have one tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. Before sleep, take an inch of ginger and boil in two cups of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric and honey. This will be soothing for your nerves and sleep. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of gastritis. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.
Do we have any remedies for not getting sleep because of depression n anxiety?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:01 PM | 18-08-2020
Hello User, The best advice for suffering from anxiety is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sitting in an area where you have a good amount of sunlight is highly beneficial this will correct your backache which is due to low vitamin D. Morning sun rays help. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
How to come out from Habit and Addiction of Tea / Coffee... Naturally?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
03:00 PM | 11-09-2019
Namaste Dolly Zarana Getting over the addiction to tea and coffee can be easy or tough depending on how determined you are. People who come to our center get over it in a couple of days. But yes they do face withdrawal symptoms for a day or two. These are some of the ways you could try to get over your habit. 1 Slowly bring down the number of times you consume tea or coffee daily .... until you come down to consuming it just once a day. And after that slowly bring down the potency and quantity too until you quit completely one day. What could be challenging here is if you face any stressful situation you might be tempted very badly to go back to the beverages. So you will have to find ways to divert your mind at that moment by having herbal teas or talking to a friend or go out and distract yourself. Now this is a long process. But remember to stick to a majorly raw fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables to assist with cleansing too at the same time. 2 There’s another way too. A shorter approach if you are determined enough. Go on a completely raw food lifestyle or juice fast for three days. The first day you will experience detox symptoms like headache or nauseous ness. Just rest and relax you will get over it in a day or two. That’s it ... continue the cleansing diet for some more days to support more cleansing. Do get in touch with nature.... get sun exposure, spend time in the garden, breath in fresh air. Be relaxed. Trust the process and you would have quit the habit in no time. Keep educating yourself every day to remind yourself why you are doing it. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure Practitioner

Namaste Sudha, Nasal polyps are again extra growth that happens when the body is consistently pushed to “suppress” cold cough and other eliminations from the respiratory organs. Why are the polyps the body is storing those toxins in that extra growth and trying to collect it. To heal from it no form of medication will help. You can follow these things to heal it naturally: 1. Take steam Inhalation regularly, it helps to reduce nasal Irritation and blockages and reduces the symptoms and polyps. 2. Drinking herbal tea made up of ginger, Tulsi and a few mint leaves helps to get relief from nasal blockages and allergies, which are the main cause of nasal polyps. 3. Avoiding all processed, junk, sugar, oily foods, maida, and ready-to-eat packaged foods also contributes to the deterioration of the body’s health condition. We need to support the body to eliminate toxins by providing the right inputs like natural food, good rest/sleep, relaxed mind etc. Therefore, we recommend you to align your daughter's lifestyle as per Natural Laws and you will be surprised to see how beautifully the body heals itself. You can also explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that can help in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into the routine comprehensively and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you to correct your daughter's existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Please let us know if you are keen to explore. Meanwhile, you can go through the Healing journey from respiratory issues. Wishing you a good health
Hi sir/mam is I'm 40 yrs old, diagnosed with pelvic endometriosis and chocolate cysts in both ovaries. Is it reversible or curable?
Nikita Mishra
02:41 PM | 11-12-2020
Hello Gayathri, Endometriosis is a common disorder in which the lining of the uterus, known as the endometrium, grows outside the uterus and onto the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other areas of the reproductive tract. Chocolate cysts are a subgroup of endometriosis. They may be a result of endometriosis. The lining of these cysts acts much the way the lining of the uterus does. It grows and then shed in response to the changes in hormones level. Instead of leaving the body, this tissue becomes trapped in the cavity of the cyst. Here it can produce inflammation and disrupt the ovaries. Here are some tips to follow for management. Diet to follow- Eating processed and preserved foods may contribute to inflammation. So, avoid processed, preserved and packaged foods. Add fruits, legumes and vegetables in your diet. Eat nuts, sprouts and soaked raisins in the morning. Add iron-rich foods like broccoli, spinach to your diet. Have magnesium-rich foods like almonds, cashews and bananas. Include turmeric and cinnamon in your diet. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and cinnamon has positive effects. Avoid caffeine. Avoid carbonated drinks. Say no to alcohol, tobacco. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Exercise Doing yoga is very beneficial for ovarian cysts. Perform bhujanga asana, vriksha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays regularly in the morning for at least 20min. Sleep Sleeping pattern is very essential for a healthy hormonal balance. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Hello Mann, Galactorrhea is a milky nipple discharge unrelated to the normal milk production of breastfeeding. Galactorrhea itself is not a disease, but it can be a sign of an underlying problem. It usually occurs in women even in those who never had children or after menopause. The main reason behind this is hormonal imbalances. Certain medications, some drugs and birth control pills may also lead to an imbalance of hormones and result in galactorrhea. It is very essential to follow a correct lifestyle along with the diet to maintain the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Here are some tips that will help to maintain the hormonal balances. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have a light, easy to digest breakfast like a bowl of sprouts and soaked raisins and other dry fruits. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Use cold-pressed oil in place of refined oils. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Exercise Regular exercise is also important for improved blood circulation and metabolism. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar. Perform tada asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, etc. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Sleep is equally as important as our diet. It affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello Bhagyashri, It's good that your father doesn't have any disorders like bp and diabetes. The health issues that your father is facing are related to each other. The root cause for all the problems is improper digestion, this improper digestion leads to constipation and acidity which leads to the development of white patches on tongue. Hence, the root cause which is improper digestion can be cured by following a natural lifestyle and eating habits : Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salads. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. This will add bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Drink plenty of water during the day. Have your dinner 3 to 4 hours before your sleeping time. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily in the morning. Perform pranayam, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Take short walks after every meal. Also, I face indigestion and lack of appetite. I am ready to follow a lifestyle as per nature cure, can you share long term solution for this problem?
Nikita Mishra
02:03 PM | 20-11-2021
Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you
Hi, I have fatty liver Conditon and scalp psoriasis only in my hair

Namaste Aparna, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with this. Fatty liver and Psoriasis are both connected. Our body needs to store fat to provide insulation as well as energy. However, when there is excessive fat it starts getting deposited in different organs and starts affecting their functioning. When there is excessive accumulation of fats in the liver, it is called a fatty liver. Now, the liver is responsible for detoxification of the body and because of loaded fat, it is not doing it effectively. The skin has the largest surface area organ and one of the channels of elimination of toxins. The state of our skin truly reflects the state of our health. Having a skin issue such as psoriasis means there is a lot of toxic waste in the body that it is unable to eliminate. You can reverse both conditions Naturally, You can follow these steps: 1. The affected area should be bathed twice in hot water containing Epsom salts. The skin should be kept clean by daily friction or a sponge. 2. Please follow a clean diet: avoid Tea, coffee, all kinds of dairy products, processed food items, fried foods, colas and other drinks. 3. If you can and your body allows biological, please do a minimum 3-day juice fasting. it helps your body to do internal cleansing. Namastey Sirisha, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Yes, you can conceive and heal Thyroid Naturally. I urge you to follow a ‘whole’ approach to look at your health. Hypothyroid, low AMH, high FSH etc are different names but your body is one ‘whole’. The food nutrients, oxygen, and thoughts you supply to each of the 50 tn cells in the body are the same. The blood carrying all these to the cells is the same. So if the blood is toxic or not sufficiently loaded with the nutrients, oxygen, and positive thoughts, it will keep manifesting in the form of one health issue or the other. When you look at the body as one ‘whole’ & nourish it with all these inputs, all issues start getting resolved. Simple ways to boost fertility: 1. Morning empty stomach: A glass of lukewarm water with the juice of half a lemon. 2. Breakfast: Fresh Seasonal and locally available fruits. Please avoid grain-based breakfasts. 3. Wet pack on abdomen and neck region twice a day: early morning empty stomach and evening after 2-3 hours of meal. Blood circulation will help in removing all the toxins. Anchal Kapur, Fertility Coach, herself struggled with hormonal imbalance, low AMH, and poor egg quality in 2014. I am a 25 year old female. I am following a plant based diet for a couple of months (detox juice in the morning, fruits breakfast, grain meal lunch and soup or salad for dinner). I do yoga everyday. Have seen a lot of reduction in my allergy levels. However I am experiencing irregular periods. I am trying to conceive and have mild PCOD. My cycles came once in 50 days for past 2 months. Now it's more than 60 days and I have not got my periods. Facing hairfall and constipation too.

Hello Sumanth, The regular consumption of a high-fat diet, oily food, causes the chronic accumulation of toxins in the body resulting in skin problems like pigmentation. It is the result of the long-term accumulation of toxins because of a certain kind of lifestyle. This heavy pigmentation is caused by the accumulation of dirt and oil in the skin, along with the diet, which has resulted in dark circles and dark inner thighs. Here we will help you by changing your lifestyle, to get healthy and glowing skin. This also includes saying no to all the chemical products which will give short-term results with long-term issues. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water which helps in flushing out all the toxins, this is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT, excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Flax seeds to crushed beetroots: This helps in treating the pigmented area the dark circle and thighs, take one tablespoon flax seeds and beetroot cut, and blend them together. This will help you with unwanted scarring and pigmentation. 2. Gram flour, turmeric, and rose water together will make your skin glowing and treat all disorders. You can daily wash your neck in the early morning with this. 3. Massage your face every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. This will treat the pores, acne, and dark pigmentation at the neck. Exercise: Suryanamaskar every day for 12 times complete sets helps in increasing blood circulation and gives us healthy skin. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. A daily brisk walk in the morning early, the sun helps in treating any skin problem as the sun helps in activating the cells and increasing blood circulation. Doing kegels will help in dealing with overactive bladder issues. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming your self which will automatically enhance your skin. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing is a good exercise for a healthy mind. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself a healthy skin. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hello User, Irregular periods, acne and other health issues, are all inter-related. A disturbed circadian rhythm results in hormonal imbalance, poor blood circulation and disturbed metabolism which results in health issues like irregular periods and irregularity in the periods leads to other health issues and skin problems. It is very important to follow the correct lifestyle and correct eating habits for a correct hormonal balance and circadian rhythm. Diet to take Start the day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Take overnight soaked raisins in the morning. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like pomegranate juice, beetroot juice. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Include green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts to your diet. Foods to avoid Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid animal products. Avoid carbonated drinks. Physical activity Exercising is very important to improve the body's metabolism and blood circulation. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, tada asana. Take a short morning walk of at least 30min daily. Take sunlight in the morning. Meditation and pranayam Meditation and Pranayam, both help to relieve stress. The vibrations that are generated during the pranayam heal many health issues along with relieving stress. So, practice meditation for 20 minutes daily. Perform bhramri pranayam, ujjayi pranayam. Sleep A correct sleep cycle is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm. Hence, take 7-8hours of sleep regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
