A man of 50 or 60 could be a victim and that too would. be taken as an old age disease. Times have changed. Science has ''progressed'' . And hence disease also MUST. NOW we are told that children are also developing this dreaded disease { in fact a mother of all disease}. { or it is a gift of civilised,, unhygienic life, to children}. The clever term used is ''Juvenile'' diabetes, showing it was not there ere long Why should children become diabetic? It is a serious question. Nobody seems to realise the gravity. Why on earth, children should be afflicted by this. There are four possible reasons.;- 1. Born with a weak pancreas and / or liver 2. Indiscriminate feeding of children with heavy starches and sugar; unhealthy and filthy baby foods. 3. Inoculation, vaccines and drugging during acute diseases, like, fever, cold diarrhoea measles, etc. 4. Psychological disturbances; 1. The most common cause of nausea is having low hemoglobin which can be easily managed. To start with a healthy lifestyle you should include things like, 1. More green vegetables you can use them in the form of juice and manage it with vegetables also. For example, Peanut palak vegetables. 2. The first thing doctors advise in PCod is losing weight. What is advisable to start with is get your BMI checked so that we can know approximately how much you have to reduce. With a healthy diet and regular exercise, nothing is impossible not even losing weight. We are here with step by step plan which you can follow to lose weight. Start your day with two-three glasses of warm water and take one tablespoon of methi seeds powder, this will help in losing weight by increasing insulin sensitivity, cinnamon again is another important agent in increasing insulin sensitivity. Taking sprouts and a glass of raw vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving energy for the whole day. Fruits should be part of your mid-meal two hours before your lunchtime. If you want to switch to a healthy plant-based diet you can achieve anything. If you have completed your age above 18 years than gaining a good height would be difficult as the epiphysis of the bone is done and it becomes difficult for the bone to grow after that age. For a good figure, it is time to calculate your basal metabolic rate, with your height what should be your optimal weight can be calculated. A good figure can be gained with a diet and exercise both. Have your breakfast with a combination of whole-grain roti, protein-filled dal or sprouts, one fruit. As a mid-meal add vegetable juice which helps in toning up muscles, for example, Bottleguard Juice The next thing to add up is to deal with your craving with things like makhanas, sprouts or corns to have an evening snack. Keep your dinner light.
