Hello, I am 22 years old. From past 6-7 months I started following healthy diet and regular workout. I am also doing pranayam in morning. I have achieved fat loss from my entire body. Sometimes, people do workout and yoga on a regular basis but there is lack of correct exercise or yoga asana. For example, kapalbhati pranayam is very effective for belly fat but you may not be doing that and performing some other asana or pranayam and this can be the reason that you are still having belly fat inspite of doing exercise or yoga. Belly fat or accumulation of excess fat in any part of the body is the result of a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food intake like eating deep-fried foods, having a high fatty diet, etc. So, to get rid of the belly fat, this extra fat has to be removed. नमस्ते आप जब खाने के बारे सोंचे तो केवल कच्चे आहार में क्या लिया जा सकता है ये देखना है दिन शुरुआत १/२खीरे+५पुदीने के पत्ते को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ साथ में थोड़े सूखा फल जैसे की मुनक्के, अंजीर, खजूर, किसमिस, ख़ुरबानी लें भिगोए हुए। पालक१० पत्ते+पान पत्ते १ को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इस जूस के एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। खाने में सलाद मेवे के साथ ज़रूर लें सब्ज़ी के सूप में घी या मक्खन या अन्य तेल के जगह में काजू , बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल का पेस्ट मिलाएँ और तिल या अलसी भूने हुए 2 चम्मच मिलाएँ। जितना आराम शरीर को चाहिए उससे ज़्यादा आराम पेट को चाहिए सो अनाज कम लें दूध, दही, घी, तेल, से बचें अंकुरित अनाज सलाद में मिला कर लें। शाम को भी फल खाएँ और रात को सूप और सलाद। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

Hi, Before 4-5 months I turned vegan from vegetarian. But because of this I am loosing weight. I used to consume tea and 1 paratha in breakfast, evening tea, fastfood and many dairy products. Now no dairy, no junk, no packet food now I have coconut water only in breakfast then direct lunch. I take salad, rice/2 chapatis and sabji. You haven't written much about her food habits. In any case, all conditions are related and they all arise from the same issue. i.e accumulation of toxins in the body due to many years on the wrong lifestyle. Rest assured, once she syncs her lifestyle with nature's laws, she will see great improvement. Whatever be our age, nature has given us all to be in perfect condition. It just needs some discipline and patience. I would suggest these things in the beginning - Quit all animal products like dairy (yoghurt, milk, ghee, chaas, butter etc), non veg, eggs and fish. Contrary to popular opinion, these are complex foods and cause inflammation in the body. Her bad knees are one sign of it. You can find many dairy replacement recipes (like peanut curd, nut milks etc) in the recipe section of this website and also online. Keep trying till you find the recipes you like. Implement the reduction gradually. - Keep off all refined products like sugar, salt (at least switch to sea salt,pink or black salt), maida, white rice etc - Increase raw component in food - i.e switch to only seasonal fruits till afternoon, Add a salad with lunch and dinner. Grains should not be more than 30% of your plate. I would also advise to keep off wheat and switch to millets or starchy veggies like sweet potato, yams etc - Refined oil is full of toxins. It almost immediately causes inflammation and is a major cause of weight gain. Pls help her to cook oil free. It is quite easy and you wont notice the absence of oil - Let her get sunlight..atleast 30 minutes in a day. If she can't go out, she can sit near an open window and expose her hands and legs as much as possible. Do it early morning and evening - Let her sleep and rest without distractions as much as needed. - If she can't exercise, let her try dry body brushing to improve circulation of blood. She can try some gently sitting exercises too - Be with her and help her to adopt a positive frame of mind believing in nature and her own body's healing powers. Show her the healing journeys from this website for her to draw inspiration. Yes, these are a lot of things and she may not give her full go ahead. Just ask her to try for 21 days and she herself will see a big change. Of all these changes, the easiest ones to do in my opinion are adequate rest and fruit only breakfast. These two by itself will show lot of promising results. Weight loss will surely happen too as a secondary result. Please keep checking her sugar levels and reducing dosage gradually. My dad was able to quit insulin injections within a week. Surely, your mom can too at some point in time depending on how well she can adhere. I am soldier and posted at Indo-bangladesh border. When I joined defence my weight was 60 to 65 kg and after six years of my services my weight remain same. At the same time my friend's weight increased but why my weight remains same? G Can you give me some tips?

Hi there, As long as your body weight is in equal or standard proportion with your height there's nothing to worry about.Unless your weight is in standard proportion with your height they wouldn't have recruited you and ever since you've maintained a same weight, indicates a positive sign. •Gaining too much weight or being overweight is a welcoming sign of inviting diseases so it's always good to maintain constant body weight. •Try consuming more fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds • Keep up with a daily physical activities and regular exercises. • Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
