Keep her on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning and as needed and less of regular water ) and only fruits atleast until she reaches India. Put her off all cooked foods. If she is taking puffs for wheezing, except for the attacks don’t medicate her on any other symptom. This will ensure she is fine. It’s possible she might have some running nose by then, but she won’t have wheezing or phlegm that cannot be managed. It might sound too drastic, but given the time, this is the best method that works at short notice. Flushing her with fluids and fruits. No medicines of any sort whether it’s herbs or homeo of allopathy will help the way natural healing does. Secondly put her off animal products which is the root cause of all her issues. My own daughter healed like a charm. Animal products include diary products and anything containing slight traces of diary ( coming from any animal), meat , eggs etc. stop sugar completely and replacewith dates. I was highly allergic and pre Diwali and pre Holi were night mares . And for the 1st time in last so many years I did not get the allergy issues of severe sneezing and breathing issues. Even if someone is not able to follow inclusion of veggie juice , lemon , adrak and Kacchi haldi work good, though one needs to limit oil and ghee and milk.
I have a sun spot on my cheek and also dark circles under my eyes. It is dark and is very visible. I don’t want to go through radiation skin treatment. Any suggestions how I can get rid of both?

Hi. First & foremost, forget about the miscarriage. Mother Nature knows it best and she did what was right for the baby's health. Take out the fear from your mind & enjoy the beautiful journey of this pregnancy. Eat Natural Foods, eat as per the circadian rythm, eat the right combinations. You can read all these blogs to know more. Overall, have lots of fruits first thing in the morning. Eat lots of veggies, raw or lightly steamed in your lunch & dinner. Have vegetable juices twice a day, coconut water twice a day, soaked raisins every morning, soaked almonds every night. Avoid tea & packaged products like biscuits, bread, namkeens, etc. Reduce white sugar as much as you can. Oil - as little as possible, cold pressed is better. Milk & milk products, nonveg - avoid. For headaches exposure to sunlight is very good ..at the time you are getting the migraine go to dark, its body’s signal to rest and recover. However, relook at you sleep and daylight exposure routine. Early morning sun will rest your body clock, and reduce the triggers. My personal favorite is to go out in early morning sun Sit and sun gaze with eyes closed ..... Hi. Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinus caused by accumulation of toxic material. Body has an innate self healing mechanism, all you have to do is support your daughter's body in cleaning up these toxins. Toxins accumulate in an acidic body environment. You have to focus on increasing alkalinity in her body. Give her a diet rich in fruits, fruit juices and smoothies (only fruit based, no dairy), veggie salads, coconut water, lemon water. Give her veggie juices - Carrot spinach or carrot beetroot. Dairy, maida and white sugar are mucous forming and aggravate sinusitis. Completely eliminate these. Steaming is good. How often is she doing it? Try 3-4 times a day, add eucalyptus oil drops in water while steaming. You can also pour a few drops in pillow for inhalation while sleeping. Hope this helps. Take care dear. It might need a bit of effort and discipline to implement what I said, but we have to do it for our kids. They eat so much of processed food and live in polluted air, we have to make an extra effort to help their bodies regain their balance.

In addition to what Pramodji has suggested, I would advice that you go on water fasting for one day and then followed by juice fasting for one day and then followed by fruit fasting the third day and then full raw for 10 days ensuring that you don’t chew vegetables so much but taking it more in vegetable juice form and then chew some soft vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum etc In future, please brush twice daily with a vegan toothpaste and floss daily. Avoid diary, meat , fried , sweets of all forms except dates and fruits from your lifestyle. If any of these have comforted you in the past, they have also led you to this stage. So better to say goodbye to them. After those 13 days of routine I mentioned, you can fast till 12 and then have fruits for lunch, followed by veg salad and veg juice and a simple cooked food in the night.
