You can slice beetroot and steam them if you dont like them raw and make you sandwich with some cashew cream, spinach and beetroot slices. Add some fresh coriander too if you like the taste. Else, shred beetroot finely, mix it with some cooked potoates, shape into tikkis and roast them for your sandwich filling.

My baby body has golden hair recently ,I observed it what are the reasons for it? Can I cure it by her food while it is exposed to sunlight or tube light?
Anjali Rauthan
06:04 PM | 10-04-2024
Namaste Sindhu, We understand your concern. if parents don't have golden hairs and show up in babies that means it is not natural. Sometimes babies also have toxic overload in their body which they carry from the parent's body. You can follow these steps: 1. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in the baby's diet. It helps in removing the toxins. 2. Proper sleep is important- to check the baby is having deep sleep not disturbed sleep 3. Exposure to natural light i.e. early morning sunrays for 15-20minutes For more help, you can explore our Healthy Eating for kids E-learning program and Raising Kids Medicine free For queries, you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wishing you good health

How can I heal heartburn and ulcers naturally?
Nikita Mishra
04:58 PM | 01-02-2021
Hello Sithembiso, Heart burns is mainly due to acidity. Excessive acidity results in heart burns and in the development of ulcers also. Acidity mainly results due to improper diet and incorrect lifestyle. It is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you
I travel once a month for a week , I face leg pain during travelling.... What shoud be my precautions?
Dr.Tokika
11:36 AM | 05-10-2019
Hi there, Inactivity while travelling lead to pain and swelling of legs. When the movements are constrained or limited, blood circulations are restricted which can lead to symptoms such as swollen ankles and feet, heavy leg and leg pain. Sitting idly with your feet on the floor for a longer duration causes blood to pool in your leg veins. It also puts pressure on the leg veins which forces the fluids to escape out into the surrounding tissue from the blood vessels causing a leg swell or oedema. To prevent this from happening you may follow some of the advice ; • Keep on flexing and extending your knees and ankles. Try up and down movement of ankles or clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation for 10 counts every 30 minutes. •Try shifting your position from time to time. Do not cross your legs while travelling. •Stand up and try walking around after sitting for an hour or two. •Wear loose-fitting cloth and avoid tight stockings that constricts the blood vessel. •Massage your legs so that the blood circulation improves while or after travelling. This will prevent cramps, swelling and pain. • Clench your toes every 30 minutes so that your leg and calf muscles are exercised or manipulated. •Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol while travelling as they cause dehydration. Drink plenty of other fluids that can keep you well hydrated.
When should we have Sweet Dish after regular meal or before meal? Please clarify or suggest
Ashlekha Sharma
11:08 PM | 17-04-2024
Hi Sushil Goel, As per nature cure, avoid having sweet dishes immediately after a regular meal. This is because sweet foods are considered heavy and can be more difficult to digest when combined with other types of foods. However, it is important to address the root cause behind having sweet cravings before or after meals. Also, everyone has a craving for something but the wise always learn to manage it with healthier alternatives and plans to address the issue by making healthier lifestyle changes. Points to be taken care of: 1. include natural foods such as fruits, vegetables & greens 2. stay hydrated 3. eat when hunger arrives, don't delay 4. make healthy choices 5. avoid grains, fried, processed or packed food items 6. use grain-free flours like Amaranthus, chickpea, buckwheat, water chestnut 7. adopt oil free cooking You can also go through the article on - Food Cravings – Understanding the cause Food Cravings – Beat them with lifestyle changes For further queries you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wish you a good health!

I am diabetic since 15 yrs and having swelling knees with pain. Can you suggest me a natural diet?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
08:20 PM | 17-02-2020
Hello Parminder, Once we get one type of illness entering our body it makes us pre-dispose to many other things. This is the reason you need to treat yourself in a holistic manner and not depending on one type of thing. With our sedentary lifestyle and fatty diet, the knees which become the weight-bearing joint of our body get extra-loaded and this happens to make our body very weak and vulnerable. In order to protect our body to get more damaged, we have to protect it with a healthy lifestyle. The reason our body works in harmony is because of the fact that the fluid is present in the body, this acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The knee gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region which makes it swelled up. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. Swelling is the type of inflammatory reaction that needs to be treated. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much of water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral which helps in treating fluid. Calcium is another mineral which is needed at this stage to make sure our bones are working in harmony, calcium helps in treating all the disease related to growth and wear tear and swelling of our tissues, so good source of calcium are green leafy vegetables because not only they are easily absorbed in the body but also we can rely on the plant vegetables for not producing toxicity in the body. Seeds are another good source of calcium, for example, flax seeds. When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start our day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. The consumption of seeds after lunch like a mouth freshener is a very good way of dealing with it. After that, in the evening time, roasted dried fruits, makhanas, corn, sprouts, are a good choice of snacks. Having methi seeds one teaspoon with a glass of warm water will also help, empty stomach. This will aid in curing both inflammation and diabetes. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1. After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily without getting knee pain. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on your knee gap and your exercises will be fruitful without discomfort or pain. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. All the inflammatory process will be treated well once you feel healthy. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
I am having diabetes from very young age. How can i control it without medicines?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
10:51 AM | 18-02-2020
Hello User, Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder which is how it is becoming a part of every person's life. What is the cause? We all are blaming it on genetics but the issue is with our lifestyle which is completely absorbed by the chemical products and packaged food items. It is the toxins which we accumulate ourselves with, and our immunity starts becoming vulnerable to it. Even not having the right fluid intake is making our blood filled with toxins, resulting in diabetes at an early age. Sedentary way of living, eating a high-fat diet and working in a glass building that is completely packed and no room for natural air to seep in is the cause of diabetes. It is time to deal with all these things in an effective manner in order to treat ourselves better. A holistic cure is a right way. What makes a major difference is changing the lifestyle, then, we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest, is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway, like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Drink plenty of water. Have a teaspoon of methi seeds with warm water in the morning. This will help a lot. Exercise: A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Suryanamaskar, 12 sets early morning is helpful for overall health. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.
How to treat diabetes naturally?

The global prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus among adults over 18 years of age has risen from 4.7% in 1980 to 8.5% in 2014 as per WHO reports. This health condition is very much leaned towards the South East Asia Region due to wrong or faulty lifestyles. Diabetes prevalence has been rising more rapidly in middle- and low-income countries. Diabetes is a major cause of blindness, kidney failure, heart attacks, stroke, and lower limb amputation if not taken care of at the early stages. There are various types of diabetes but the most common are type 1, type 2 and gestational (during pregnancy). Type 1 diabetes: here the body’s immune system is not functioning properly and attacks the beta cells of the pancreas that produce insulin. This type of diabetes is often seen in families. Type 2 diabetes: cells that respond to insulin become resistant (desensitized) to it. Insulin is what safely transports the sugar into our cells, so this means that diabetics who are untreated will have elevated blood sugar. Here the inflammation could be found in almost all systems, namely nerves, kidneys, and the cardiovascular system will be the first organ systems to get damaged, but in some cases, it could involve another system too and could be dangerous as well. Here damage to insulin-producing cells due to Pancreatitis is a common feature. Gestational: whereby a woman becomes diabetic during her pregnancy this is more common than you’d think because women often crave sugar when they’re pregnant. The main objective in naturopathic treatment of diabetes is to reduce high levels of glucose in the blood and ensure the overall well-being of the patient utilizing natural therapies such as diet, exercise, nutritional supplements and herbs. Diabetes, as you know, is a metabolic disorder that should be treated with a strict diet regime along with a considerate amount of physical activity or exercises. Following a healthy plant-based diet can effectively help control your blood sugar. • Always go for a whole plant-based diet which includes ample fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. High fibrous fruits and vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli, spinach, and dark leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet. Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should be part of the diet. Brans, cereals, oats meals, millets, seeds should be an essential part of your diet. • Omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed as they have a beneficial effect on blood sugar and many other cardiovascular diseases. Natural sources for these are flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts, etc. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat-free. • One teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (methi) soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fibre, which helps lower blood sugar by slowing down digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. • You may also consume some almonds (soaked overnight) which is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. • Never skip your breakfast. Add whole grains, cereals, along with some herbal tea or juice for your breakfast. • Bittergourd juice; Make fresh bitter gourd juice and drink it two times a day. • Exercise is very important in order to maintain the blood glucose level. Utilize an hour or two on physical activity or exercises daily such as walking, jogging, brisk walk, etc. • Some yogasanas and pranayama recommended for diabetes are dhanurasana, mandukhasana, ardhamatsyndrasana, naukasana, navasana, kapalabhati, ujjayi and bhramari pranayama. Practice them under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.

Hello Sumeet ji, Very good questions you have posted. Let me take this opportunity to address your question. People when not adopting a proper and dicipline diet and life style they tend to fall sick. How it appears, Intially first symptoms we face Indigestion issue, Hair fall Constipation Nausea Flatulence Heaviness of body Lack of appetite Not sleeping on time Depression Eating more Junk food No Physical activity etc. When System is not removing its waste, or detoxifying on it own, from their health gets spoil. If you do not complete 8 hours a sleep, Internal organs are getting affected which tends to happen health loss. How to Over this Problem by follow Healthy life style from Day 1: 1. Morning once you wake up have an habbit of drinking water in empty stomach either 1 glass or half litre or 1 litre. 2. Usually many of us facing bleeding gums, toothache, cavity etc even we brush up properly. But actual reason is, we need to brush up at night more important then morning. Because night is the time where germs will play a vital role in our teeth at night time. so after brushing do not eat or drink anything except water. Moring time your teeth will be perfect only for 10min after brushing. After that we tend to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks in between where we do not gargle our mouth properly. and Night most of them will not brush and sleep. So better make an habbit of brush in the night time and sleep and morning gargle your mouth with lukewarm water adding salt. make this habbit to children especially. It is good if they brush with Neem stick or Baniyan tree stick. Which is natural. 3. When you take bath, mostly prefer bathing with normal water starts from head to toe. Which gives positive vibe to the body. If you are bathing with hot water, means start with toe, then knee and then body and then to head. Means Reversal of Normal water bath. Note: Reason is this bathing un-uniformity also leads to increase heat in the body, headache, migraine etc. 4. While eating Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner, Snacks close your lips and chew the food properly and swallow it. This is proper way of eating. Food will digest properly. means you are taking good sugar inside. when you talk and eat or eating without closing lips.. air will pass by when you swallow the food, which will create bad sugar to the body and improper digestion will took place. 5. Before going to bed pray for a minute and massage your hairs with your finger tips for good blood circulation and sleep deep. 6. Also eat Natural, Organic Seasonal fruits which grows in our country. (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello User, Snoring is completely dependent on obesity, the reason is the fat beneath our face puts the pressure on our larynx and pharynx allowing a breathing obstruction, whenever we sleep in the supine position at night, due to pressure the snoring takes place. Hence the main treatment to deal with snoring is to lose weight and come to your ideal state of the body. Obesity happens when we keep on loading our body with irregular timings and unhealthy habits of food which only tends to slow down our metabolism and use up our energy in digestion rather than external activities. So here we are ready to help you in the most natural and healthier way to help you out from snoring. A healthy daily regime will help in treating your condition including exercise, sleep, and meditation. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. With warm water in the start, consume a tablespoon of methi seeds powder which will help in increasing metabolism and hasten weight loss process. Your breakfast should include thinks like sprouts and vegetable juice preferably bottle guard/cucumber. Your mid-meal which is two hours after breakfast should be oranges, lemon, papaya or banana these will help in giving natural sugar and keep you high in energy. Lunch with buckwheat roti and any oil-free vegetables. Your snack should be apple and beetroot juice with one teaspoon of honey for better vitamin intake. 2 apricots, 3 walnuts, and 4 almonds can be included. Dinners can be light with a plate of salads and soup made from tomatoes/ spinach/ carrots etc. Continue this diet for one month and you will see the results. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practicing it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. High energy cardio exercises like squats, jumping, weight training, running, swimming. It helps a lot in losing weight by increasing muscle tonicity. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you
