Hello User, If you aren't having any health issue then here are some guidelines which can help you achieve health. The reason you have started with having cooked and raw diet as raw food help in the easy absorption of nutrients than cooked. Including a lot of fruits, vegetables and nuts will help in giving a lot of proteins and balanced nutrients like carbs and fat even micronutrients like vitamins and minerals will be available and absorbed easily. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins and this will accelerate weight loss. Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger. After two hours, one fruit, especially seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava. Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots. Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad. Hopefully, these things will help. Thank you

Hello Raman, With nature, nothing becomes impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony, in sync with nature. Insomnia is large, due to over-thinking. We generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind, but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga which has its effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which give our body less sleep. By taking an initiative in a holistic way, you can overall help yourself. That is why, by taking a step towards holistic health, you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing insomnia. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful. Practice each pose for 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Do under expert guidance. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello Monica, I appreciate that you are so much concerned about your husband's health. Chronic constipation results in several dieseases like piles, ulcers in stomach, crohn's disease. So, it is important to cue the root cause for your problems that is constipation. Always skipping lunch is not good for the health and acidity is associated with it. By following a proper lifestyle and wrong eating habits, the problem can be cured. Diet Drink 3 to.4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will eliminate the toxins out of the body. Have soaked raisins in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help in the movement of stool. Include Vitamin C in your diet as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Fibers will add bulk to the stool and will aid its movement in the gut. Drink plenty of water during the day. Foods to avoid- Some foods need to be avoided as they are not good for the digestive system and may result in digestive problems. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods. Yoga Yoga is very effective for improving the digestive function and for improved blood circulation. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Do padahasta asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana. Sleep Sleep also affects our digestion. A good quality sleep maintains the circadian rhythm. Hence, it is important to take enough sleep. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
