What does your child eat currently? Do you give her sugar or milk products? Sugar messes up the taste buds so fruits and vegetables dont seem tasty enough. Please gradually decrease and stop sugar in your child's diet if it is so. The sweet taste can be satisfied with dry fruits and fresh fruits. In case of dairy, it is hard to digest and keeps the child full for many hours. Hence, the child may not want to eat anything else. Only mother's milk is best for the child. Children are naturally attracted to fruits as compared to vegetables. Offer the child a plate of seasonal ripe sweet fruits in different colours. Initially she/he may not eat much but just eat a bit. Have some patience and eat along with her. Offer her fruits first thing when the child is hungry. Soon it will become a habit to reach out for fruits. Let the child decide when to eat based on hunger. Usually their instincts are better than ours. For vegetables, offer them as finger food in steamed or raw form. Children usually like steamed carrots, beans or potatoes. Try different combinations and let them choose. Eat together as a family. Usually children learn by imitation. Lat but not the least ensure your child gets enough time to play outside to develop good digestion. Hope all this helps. \

I was highly allergic and pre Diwali and pre Holi were night mares . And for the 1st time in last so many years I did not get the allergy issues of severe sneezing and breathing issues. Even if someone is not able to follow inclusion of veggie juice , lemon , adrak and Kacchi haldi work good, though one needs to limit oil and ghee and milk.

PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 5 of 15: Deficiency: a Nature’s explanation
The disintegrating business of modern science can never reach to the exact elemental details of the body. The science is great in its exploration but not in its intervention. The simple reason is the exploration of nature including organisms, can never be completed, that means whatever we human can do to explore the nature it will be an incomplete task only. These explorations are great realisation of knowledge but the application becomes questionable. Now think about the risky proposition of intervention on the basis of a half-done research. Deficiency theory based interventions takes that risk, blindly! Majority of medicines and supplements are based on this theory which is irrational in its completion. Let us strive deeper into it. DEFICIENCY IS THE INADEQUACY OF SPECIFIC ELEMENT IN THE BODY. Image credit: stevepb via Pixabay.com I am sure, we all have experienced this in our lifetime, personally or in family or friend circle. Hello. Try having not more than one grain meal in a day. For eg: If you are eating roti / chawal in lunch, keep breakfast & dinner grain free. That's because grains are difficult to digest foods & most of the grains are acidic. In breakfast you can have fruits - as is or in the form of juices or smoothies, dairy-free & sugar-free though. For ideas, visit the recipes section of wellcure. For dinner, you can do salads or soups. Also, don't take stress. You will be fine soon with these natural changes. Stress will only aggravate your acid reflux. You must focus on relaxing. Sleep well, sit in the sun, deep breathe. All the best dear.

Hi. Ketones are chemicals that start building up in the body when the body burns fat for energy. This happens in 2 scenarios - 1. The person is not eating a balanced diet, i.e. a low carb diet. Else body gets energy from carbs. If carb intake is low, the body ends up burning fat for energy. 2. Insulin is less. Due to low insulin, glucose is unable to enter the body cells. As a result, sugar levels in blood increase & cells depend on burning fat for getting their energy fuel. In Natural Healing, we always look at treating the root cause & not the symptom. The ketone build up is a symptom, in your husband's case, it is probably because of diabetes. But even diabetes is a symptom, the root cause for which is an imbalance in the body. Our body has a state of homeostasis (a state of balance). Whenever that is disturbed, it manifests into one disease or the other. Whether you ask how to treat ketones or you ask how to treat diabetes, the answer is the same in Natural Laws - Body heals itself, just support it through natural inputs. Well, there is no shortcut to this, once you make up your mind, changes will happen. Please go to the Journeys section of Wellcure and read diabetes reversal stories, you'll know what I mean :-). Best will be to take guidance from diabetes reversal experts (all natural) such as Dr Pramod Tripathi of 'Freedom from diabetes' or Dr Nandita Shah of 'Sharan'. Take care pls.

Cereals are tough on vitality conservation. Ideally we should never exceed 10% (consumable) of our meals with semi-concentrated foods including cereals. It means, altogether potato, legumes, grains including cereals etc. should not be more than 10% of our total meals of the day measured in consumable weight only after cooking/steaming. 85-90% of our meals should consist fruits and vegetable, primarily, in raw form to attain optimum vitality conservation. That 10% is, again, not dependent on the cereals primarily. Hence, you may choose to ignore the botheration about the types of cereals to attain better health state. There is not superfood exists. Even if you stop consuming cereals you will end up conserving more vitality* and a better health.. You may also check our recent article on the above* terminology, in case you are new to Nature Cure science. I’ve been reading natural foods articles, some excellent health journeys and recipes. Frankly I was struggling with same old no milk-no calcium and no animal based diet-no protein. Finally came across the two articles relating to these and makes a lot of sense. But still struggling where to start with? Any tips for slowly changing the habits? I had stopped drinking milk few months back but it’s hard to give up yogurt, cheese etc. Is there a step by step transition or a diet chart that might

Hello there! Remember its a step by step journey. In my case I struggled for the same. At one point of time I was having 2 glasses of milk daily! If I was hungry, but busy, milk would be an easy thing to just gulp down. But once I understood its close association with all lifestyle diseases (esp diabetes and cancer), how today's milk is actually being produced , and that we are indeed the only species drinking milk way into adulthood, I made the switch. Now to your question of making the switch step by step, here is how I dealt with it: It was easy to give up the milk, as the impact on my health was immediate I was not much ofa paneer eater in any case, but enjoyed the occassional palak paneer and panner tikka! Over the years, at times I still eat it. However the focus has been more on addition vs. deletion / depriving myself. So instead of palak paneer, a lot of times we do palak corn, palak gobhi, palak aaloo varieties. At parties, I still dig into paneer tikkas, knowing that next day I will balance it out :) Cashew cream is a great addition - its whole nuts, body absorbs it well, and with a wholesome diet which includes fruits and veggies, weight is also not a challenge. It just goes wonderfully well as a dairy replacement in all your curries, daal makhani, soups and even as a topping on home made pizzas. Check out in recipe section cashew based dips Cheese - well its a lot of salt and additives/ preservatives & a fibreless food. If you like it, satiate your mind by having it once in a while. As you progress on your journey, you will eat with increasing awareness, and reach a point, where you wont crave it any more In you weekly meals add some cheat meals - food which indulge your mind. So occassional pizza, paneer dishes are fine, balance it with lots of raw fresh foods and home made juices next day - your body will work easily to eliminate the harmful impact Yes, as advocated by everyone Peanut curd is a saviour! It will help reduce family conflict too. One week make usual dairy Kadhi ...other week try peanut curd based kadhi. Slowly every one will switch over (or atealst eat what you offer at the table!) It wil take some time to get into the routine of making peanut based curd, but I was amazed how one cannot at tell the difference in most dishes All the best!

Hi. Pls focus on exercising, especially eye & face exercises. Improved blood circulation always helps in making skin feel fresh & heals it. & inculcate good sleeping habits. Sleep early, in dark & for a good duration. Nothing like beauty sleep. When we are asleep, dead cells are turned over & new cells come up. Overall - adopt a holistic approach to health. Stay committed & see the results not just for skin, but all across. Hope you will make that choice. Good luck.
PSYsolution Series 1: ARTICLE 4 of 15: Infection: Nature’s explanation
Let us suppose you have organized a party at your home and invited me. I went there, enjoyed a lot. Meanwhile, another friend of mine saw me at the party from outside. He considered me as the host of the party. Based on that single assumption he builds a lot of stories and spread to the world! The major portion of the medicinal fraternity is confused with this Invitee Vs Host confusion. Pathogens, without much of rationales, are considered as the host, whereas they are the invitee in a diseased body. Let us dive deeper to know the reality, rationally! Definition of Infection: The invasion and multiplication of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. By now if you have noticed, the word ORGANISMS is used in Nature Cure repeatedly! Yes, Nature Cure is not limited to the Human Being but the science of Nature Cure is equally applicable to all organisms. The meaning of Organism as per Google: AN INDIVIDUAL ANIMAL, PLANT, OR SINGLE-CELLED LIF

Instant Kambu dosa (Bajra or Pearl millet dosa)
Kambu (or known as Bajra in North India) is the most widely grown millet variety in India. It is easy to digest and high in nutrition – having almost 8 times the iron content found in polished rice. Add a nutritious variety to your dosas by using kambu instead of normal rice. The traditional method of making it is time consuming as it requires fermentation. When in a rush, try this no-fermentation version of making this dosa!
