This is an excellent decision madam. You have come to the right forum. Healing naturally is the only way to stay healthy and also reverse diabetes and also lose weight at the same time without having to consult with multiple medical practitioners. Nature performs miracles. There is a belief that food helps people stay healthy and alive and also food destroys. Anything in excess - good or bad is detrimental. Nature has designed us humans to survive having fruits veggies greens, but we have diverged from the ideal and moved on to dairy meat eggs fish refined foods like sugar oils packaged foods from outside excess grains etc which are absolutely not designed for us to have. When you look at the irony, we live our lives just eating foods we are not designed to have. That’s how our body slowly suffers and keeps accumulating toxins resulting from undigested food. These rotting foods attract pathogens and that’s how the organs fail too. Your np and sugar both will also be reversed in addition to weight loss if you adapt the lifestyle that’s designed for humans. This is my suggestion on a successful reversal of all your problems Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice . No fruit juices Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone . You can eat as many fruits as you want in the whole day. When you have any craving, please pick a fruit. This will remove all the accumulated cravings over time Followed by a bowl of veg salad for dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep, Alternatively cooked food thats made of millets and cooked oil free and gluten free can be taken thrice a week. Other days stay on raw. Please take enema daily with Luke warm water. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with 1 hr of workout. The polycystic ovarian disease is commonly known as pcod. Although the exact cause factor is not known, there is a possibility of irregular diet habits and hormonal problems that may lead to pcod. Apple cider vinegar can reduce the symptoms of pcod as it may bring a balanced level in sugar. So there is a chance for reducing weight. Approximately 15 to 30 ml should be consumed daily. This may be taken before/ after food. 15 ml is sufficient. Pcod can be well treated through naturopathy and yoga. Learn and practice yoga daily. This will balance the hormonal imbalance and pcod problem also would be solved. Avoid snacks in any form as this is the main cause of pcod. Have lots of fruits and raw vegetables daily. A cold Hip bath daily in the empty stomach would help you. A cold /wet cloth application daily on an empty stomach would help you Mud application on the abdomen daily on the stomach would also help you. Full mud bath also would help you.

Namaste Firstly we need to understand why one suffers from PCOD. Our Body eliminates toxins through various channels like the skin, kidneys, lungs etc. For women toxins also get eliminated during mestruation cycles. With a unhealthy lifestyle and food habit theres lot of toxins being produced and accumulated in the body. the speed of elimination is way too slow than accumulation. So whats happenning is the blood, lymphatic system, etc are getting over laden with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. Thant’s why one gets issues like PCOD, fibroids, etc. As the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that the cysts are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. What are the lifestyle changes that you can make to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. The breathing works like a pump on your lymphatic system, by helping move the toxins towards the lymph nodes and further move towards elimination. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. Hello, We get milk from mammals like cow ,buffalo which is not for human consumption. It is produced in their bodies for their baby mammals, to meet their food and nutritional requirements. Since it is not meant for human body,so it is not digested properly by human digestive system which in turn may result in some health issues. So,in my opinion milk is not suitable for weight loss. If you want to lose weight, you can achieve that by being on natural plant based foods. Never compromise for your breakfast. Have a healthy breakfast everyday. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid wheat,maida,white sugar,rice,biscuits, jam,cookies. Have whole grains like barley, beans,nuts, sprouts. Have green leafy fresh veggies like spinach,cabbage. Have fresh fruits like pomegranate, banana, papaya. Drink a good amount of water throughout the day. Do exercise and yoga regularly.

नमस्ते हाज़मा ठीक नहीं है। कुछ विषाणु (toxic) कण शरीर में हैं जिसको शरीर द्वारा साफ़ किया जा रहा है। कुछ पोषक तत्व (nutrition food) देना ज़रूरी है जिससे शरीर को बेहतर ढंग से काम करने में मदद मिले। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चे भिंडी 8 से 10 काट कर डालें। सर्दियों बथुआ का कच्चे ही डालें। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते। अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Hi, Start with walking regularly atleast 5k steps and gradually come to jogging. Perform Surya namaskar daily atleast 21 times, and Kapalbhati. It will help you get rid of excess fat. Drink honey lemon water as first thing in morning. And for diet, eat how much ever you want, it should be healthy. And once a time, cheat day is fine. Don't worry, just workout more than you eat. About one tablespoon of these seeds is good to consume everyday It is good form of antioxidant, loaded with protien, stimulates weightloss as it is boosts metabolism, improves disgestion and rich in vitamin E and omega 3. However, be careful that you chew these seeds.
