Its a result of unhealthy lifestyle n diet you should protect your skin from sun exposure in afternoon, pollution n harsh chemicals. stop using chemical facewash instead use only cold water. give steam to your face twice a week. Reduce the amount of cooked food that you are eating. Raw vegan diet works best for fistula/hemorrhoids, don't overdo it. Best is if you could start your day with fruits, afternoon salad without dressing and evening plant based milk( home made) with 2 dates or raisins/munuka. You need to increase your digestive fire, by eating cooked food we create load on our digestive system, therefore fasting is good also raw vegan diet is very helpful. Hope you get well soon.

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Dear Mr. Jyoti, if nature cure can not cure any acute symptoms it's time to disband it. Hair line fracture can be radically curable in least possible time. Twice I had hairline fracture once in the right leg big toe and secondly on my same foot just above metatarsal when I was 65 and 68 years old respectively. I am a staunch follower of nature cure for the past 43 years as such I didn't submit myself for any medication including allopathy. Though X.rays where taken which revealed hairline fracture. To alleviate the pain my feet was submerged in cold water though it was the month of January for 1 hour and again after every 3 to 4 hours, the pain subsided within 24 to 36 hours(cold water has magical properties to subside the pain)after that a thick water pack was applied for 4 hours duration repeating the process after every 4 hours.
