The mitral valve separates the two chambers (atrium and ventricle) of the left side of the heart. In mitral valve prolapse, the leaflets of the mitral valve bulge (prolapse) into the left atrium like a parachute when the heart contracts. Sometimes mitral valve prolapse causes blood to leak back into the atrium from the ventricle, which is called mitral valve regurgitation. In nature cure, all such issues are because of lifestyle. We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that to digest, it has to go through the entire gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas play a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food. Nuts are concentrated foods and require a lot of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need nuts very less (5% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Ideally, nuts should be consumed after soaking in water for few hours to make it softer and reduce the vitality-consumption. Please refer the following note on pH scale. In brief, let us understand what is a ph of nuts: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Hello, Atrial septal defect is commonly known as ASD. It is a congenital birth defect. In simple terms it is a hole in the wall between the two upper chambers of your heart. It should not be taken lightly as this condition can be life threatening. In these cases the blood mixes with deoxygenated blood and it is pumped to the lungs, even though it's already refreshed with oxygen.If the atrial septal defect is large, this extra blood volume can overfill the lungs and overwork the right side of the heart. Small hole cannot be detected until some major issues are caused but large hole can be life threatening one must consider a cardiologist. Healthy lifestyle can maintain a good life span. Hi Riyaz, You have mentioned that you have tried many therapies. Now I want to let you know the basic reasons of varicose veins. Constipation and lack of circulation are the main reasons of this disease. Legs are the most affected part in the body for this problem because leg's veins are largest veins in the body. It is due to many reasons as Lack of exercise, Standing for long periods, wearing very tight clothes, Emotional attitudes, Obesity, high cholestrol level etc. Try to drink warm water more than you are drinking, avoid heavy meals and have fruits and juices more for atleast one week with raw vegetables in lunch, steamed vegetables in dinner for a short period. Avoid oily, starchy food in meals, Carrot juice with spinach and coriander is very beneficial, you should take vitamin E as nutrient. It is the most important nutrient in managing blood vessels. Vitamin E has an extra ability to increase circulation. Use two to three pieces of raw garlic to decrease cholestrol level. You may take hot and cold hip bath once a week. Lichens planus Any skin issues are because the body could not eliminate using its natural path and the lymphatic system trying to push it out of the skin. Hello,skin disorders are mainly suggest the liver functioning of the body is affected. Mainly lichen planus are red or purple patches on the skin which can be differentiated very prominently. It is mainly the inflammation of the mucous membranes and it can occur due to weak immune system. When immune system attack it's own skin cells. It can lead to blister, itching, painful sores. I highly recommend you to go for 10 of fasting therapy and than switch to plant based wholesome diet. Physical activity and some of the hydrotherapy therapy will give good results. I advise you to follow following treatment protocol. Fasting protocol will help alot to boost your metabolism and kick start your metabolism. Early morning- ashguard juice/ green juice. Breakfast- any fruits Mid breakfast snack- termeric tea Lunch- vegetable salad or fruit salad Evening snacks- termeric tea Dinner- vegetable salad or only papaya. If faces a Problem of constipation i suggest to follow Triphala tea after dinner before sleep. After fruit fasting therapy switch to plant based diet.
