Diet to follow- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to boost the metabolism as well as to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the morning on an empty stomach to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink almond milk. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking.
