Hello Satyanarayan, High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Drink plenty of water. Having raw garlic two hours after your meal, an empty stomach will be helpful in treating high blood pressure. A diet rich in potassium like coconut water, bananas, etc is recommended for a good flow in blood vessels. Exercise: A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Hello Mansoor, Urticaria is caused by pollution, toxic diet, and also the stressors which we get exposed to in our day-to-day living. With the above food mentioned can be the cause for some people, the basic cause remains the same which is of chronic food habits which cause the problems. So, the main thing here on which we have to give our complete attention to is changing our lifestyle with inclusions and exclusion of few things in our daily routine will help us in treating the problem, which is primarily through diet. So here are four things to deal with: Eat: Citric helps in treating skin disorders effectively. We have so many sources like sprouts, sweet potatoes, capsicum, papaya which, when included in your regular diet, will help in treating the issue. Apple and carrot juice are very beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful. Another thing that helps in treating skin disease is the application of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. After bathing during nighttime, you can apply aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Avoid milk and milk products as they can aggravate your state. Exercise: Exercising helps in treating any diseases as because of exercise, our blood is circulated well, and our body parts become healthier. A brisk walk in the morning in the sun helps in treating the issue. Sun helps in treating all the diseases at the same time, builds our immunity. Sun exposure is significant to have a healthy life. A 30-minute walk in the early morning sun is helpful. Meditation: Meditation helps in treating any problem, which has stress as the cause. Mindful meditation is healthy; music therapy of 15 minutes is required to have a comfortable and fresh mood. Doing it before sleep will help in getting sound sleep. Sleep: Adequate sleep helps in treating the problem; sleep helps in rejuvenating our cells and will help in building up our immunity. Our sleep cycle is compromises 90 minutes. This cycle should be repeated five times that 7-8 hours of sleep is essential to have a better life. Hopefully, this will surely help you treating hives. Thank you

Include Vitamin C rich foods and drinks in your diet like blueberries, oranges, amla, lemon juice, etc as they have antioxidant properties. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, beans, nuts, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Physical activity Start the day with a short morning walk. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayam. Do padahasta asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana, hala asana. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is essential for good metabolism and to maintain the circadian rhythm. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Hello Anirban, We can empathize with what you and your relative both are going through only with a healthy motivation and support this situation can be dealt with in an effective manner. To start with tips on diet please avoid milk, cheese, and gluten from their diet because they are very hard to digest and the body's energy cannot be wasted when it is fighting the disease. It is time to take measures for a lighter and healthier diet and exercise which can be done easily. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. An antioxidant-rich diet with sources like berries, oranges, lemon is very much helpful. Consuming them two hours after any meal will be helpful. Combine minerals in their diet to increase nerve strength. Things like chia seeds and flax seeds a very much useful to increase their nerve tissue power.
