An easy way to treat is coconut oil (Virgin, cold-pressed), Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is analgesic(reduces pain). Thus reduce pain and swelling. Just dab a few drops of oil on the ulcer and leave. Apply it 3-4 times in a day. Good luck :)

Hi Kiruthiga Dilip, Thank you for sharing your husband's concern with us. Stomach burning sensation, especially triggered by small amounts of chili or chili powder, could indicate underlying digestive issues or sensitivities. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins. This toxic overload may affect different organs in different individuals and hence the variation in symptoms. In your husband case it is affecting gut and casuing inflammation. Here are some guidelines to follow: 1. start day with coconut water 2. stay on fruits till noon 3. add a bowl of raw salad 30 mins before lunch & dinner 4. avoid tea, coffee, dairy, dairy products & non veg 5. avoid oily, fried and spicy food items 6. do wet pack on abdomen daily empty stomach for 15-20 mins Wish you & your husband a good health!

Namaste Monika, We understand that it must be challenging for you. This condition is a result of enlargement of the adenoids, a patch of tissue located high in the throat. Adenoids and tonsils work to trap germs entering the body through the nose and mouth. Therefore, these tissues swell whenever there is an infection. And because the body has toxic overload, that's why the child is experiencing frequent viral infections. Here are some tips that will help. 1. Garlic It has sulfur compounds which have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory action. Crush raw peeled garlic and mix it with honey and lemon juice and then consume it. 2. Have warm beverages When adenoids become swollen, it become difficult to swallow. So, giving a warm beverage will help to provide the nutrition and it also has soothing effects on the enlarged tissues of the throat. A mild herbal tea or a clear soup can be consumed for this. 3. Vitamin C-rich diets like oranges, mosumbi, lemons, sprouts, and bell peppers are healthy in increasing immunity. We need to support the body to eliminate toxins by providing the right inputs like natural food, good rest/sleep, relaxed mind etc. Therefore, we recommend you to align lifestyle as per Natural Laws and you will be surprised to see how beautifully the body heals itself. Hi Fatema Jawadwala, We do understand your concern about your daughter. Women-health related issues such as hormonal balance are linked to toxaemia. We would like to draw your attention to the Nature Cure perspective on the same. Nature Cure believes that the root cause of most diseases/health conditions is Toxaemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle- wrong food habits, lack of rest and stress. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in nose, eyes and genitals etc. If elimination gets disturbed, the toxin accumulation in the body gets manifested as malfunctioning glands which results in disturbed hormonal balance. The body with its supreme intelligence, stores the toxins in the form of cysts, fibroids etc in the ovary resulting in PCOS/PCOD. Natural Ways To Balance Hormones: 1. Consume whole, plant-based diet that is full of natural nutrients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. 2. Cut off dairy and related products from diet as they promote hormonal imbalance in the body. 3. Use healthy nuts like almonds, walnuts, and seeds like chia, pumpkin and flax seeds as they ensures that the dietary requirements through healthy fats. 4. Make sunbathing as part of your morning ritual helps your body restore balance. 5. Get adequate and quality sleep. 6. Eliminate stress, as there is a direct link between stress and hormonal imbalance. 7. Make exercise a regular part of your daily routine. While you work on long term lifestyle changes, the following measures assist in restoring the internal balance. You can do these two to three times a day or whenever you get the time. Cold water hip bath. Cold water abdomen pack. Spinal bath. You can read about these in detail here. Your daughter can reverse this state of imbalance by getting back in sync with the natural laws of living. Our Natural Health Coach can look into her routine in a more comprehensive way and give you an action plan. Shifting to a natural lifestyle will also help you deal with all your other health issues. Namaste Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Skin Darkening happens due to many reasons like exposure to Sun rays, applying cosmetics, seasonal skin reactions and skin also shows your internal body's health. You can start following these things to work naturally on your skin. 1. Avoid applying any kind of face wash soap or cream to your face. it imbalances the skin's pH and often leads to worsening of the condition. 2. Stat doing 12/14/16hrs Intermittent fasting as it helps the body to increase its vitality which leads to the production of new cells and removal of toxins from the body. 3. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your face at night. Leave it on until morning. It has soothing effects on the skin. Anjali Rauthan
09:29 PM | 15-04-2024
Namaste Khyati, we understand that it must be challenging for you. Cortisol is a glucocorticoid hormone that your adrenal glands produce and release. Hormones are chemicals made by the body, that coordinate different functions in your body by carrying messages through your blood to your organs, skin, muscles and other tissues. These signals tell your body what to do and when to do it. You can naturally increase the cortisol levels: 1. Focus on diet: Try to include fruit breakfast till noon. fruits are rich in minerals, vitamins, fibre and phytochemicals which help the body fight deficiency and make hormones naturally. 2. Daily Sunbathing: Sunbathing every day for 15-20minutes: wear light clothes and try to expose maximum skin. The child can do sunbathing 1 hour after sunrise or 1 hour before sunset. Natural Sunrays help in activating the pituitary gland. 3. Please avoid all processed foods, and avoid intake of tea/coffee, sugar, fatty foods and white flour products. Hi Senem Simsek, IBS or irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic digestive problem. We do know that it is a troublesome condition and does start affecting one's day-to-day functioning. Please consider this - as per nature cure, the main root cause of all kinds of disease or discomfort is TOXAEMIA - accumulation of un-eliminated toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to an unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get build up and cause diseases. While the body has an innate capacity to get rid of the toxins, it needs to be supported by way of providing it with the right inputs. Here are some guidlines to follow: 1. avoid wheat, dairy and non veg 2. add fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds 3. adopt oil free cooking 4. avoid oil, spicy food, tea, coffee, processed food, sugar 5. do intermittent fasting 6. soak sun daily for 15-20 mins 7. do hip bath daily For more detail check out the blog - Keep Calm and Beat IBS Naturally with 8 Lifestyle Changes You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step. Hi Prem Kumar Batra, Thank you for sharing your query with us! Bloating after consuming fruits and raw vegetables could indicate digestive imbalance. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins. Here are some guidelines that you can follow to avoid bloating: Eat fruits alone. Do not mix them with veggies, nuts or any other food item. Do not mix salt, pepper or chat masala with fruits or vegetable salad. Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach or 45 minutes before a meal & if after cooked meal take a gap of 2 hours. The problem is reoccurring. Can you please suggest a natural way to heal Eczema skin condition for 1. 5 old baby?
Anjali Rauthan
06:20 PM | 20-04-2024
Namaste Bharat, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with this. Eczema is an inflammation of the skin which results in the formation of vesicles. The root cause of eczema is the failure of the human system to excrete the toxins. Sometimes the pores of the skin are overworked as waste matter is not properly eliminated and skin pores get clogged up. This gives rise to Skin diseases, Tips to treat eczema naturally: 1. The affected area should be wrapped with a thick soft cloth. The cloth should be moistened with cold water every 15-30mins for two hours at a time. There may be an intensification of itching or pain initially but this will soon subside. 2. Coconut oil may be applied to the portions of the eczema. it will help the skin to stay soft. 3. Dietary changes: Include vegetable juices and seasonal fruits in the diet as they will help the body to release toxins. How to control itchy skin
Ashlekha Sharma
07:22 PM | 10-04-2024
Hi Minu, It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc., It also causes dull-looking skin with blotchy patches, warts, acne and boils to name a few. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables and fruits. 3. Adequate proper exercise every day ensures good blood circulation so nutrients and wastes are managed properly within the body. 4. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. The body is in repair and recovery mode during sleep. 5. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 6. Sunlight strengthens and tones the skin. The action of sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of the many chemicals needed for proper functioning. 7. Give a break to your body by fasting for a couple of days in a week or 15 days. 8. Use a wet pack on your stomach and abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step.
