Deep vein thrombosis / Spider veins / varicose veins and such similar issues are majorly because of a high toxicity being carried in the blood. When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. Heart has to really work harder to pump that soup / jelly into the veins and arteries and suffers to pull it from lower extremities . That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in the hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. Water component ( not h2o) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces. So however such slow work from the heart cannot continue to keep the person alive and body has been designed to be alive. So we have multiple such backup systems where body finds a way to improve the blood rate to critical areas such as the brain. So body tends to grow new cells / nerves to make up for the lack of speed. That’s when you see more and more mutations happening to make up for the situation. So it’s temporary step the body takes and it must serve as a wake up call to the person to start looking at a lifetthat detoxes their body and blood. This eventually stops further growth and might reduce existing ones over time. Atleast what will first happen is pain reduction over time Best is to first go off all forms of fats such as animal foods from diary meat fish eggs Drink only lemon water , green juice made from greens and veggies, veggie juices like ashgourd in the morning Have fruits for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day and a millet based oilfree ( no oil in tadka ) dinner for the rest of your life if you want to see relief with this over time. Sleep for a period that makes u feel rested Exercise as much as possible and as ur body heals exercise more Practice pranayama and meditating to improve the oxygen supply to ur cells. Slip disc is also curable. Rest as much as you can while ok this lifestyle and body heals faster. Overtime, start with mild yoga and pranayam and increase and don’t quit the lifestyle and yoga. Remember that quitting animal food is not just to keep ourselves healthy. It’s also to ensure that we stop animal abuse and killing for our pleasure of eating tasty food that’s meant for the calf or dead carcass that has no life. Lifeless food and foods not meant for us which has suffering and killing behind it cannot heal our body mind or spirit. Be blessed

Namaste, I recommend changing your diet and lifestyle adopted to nature and practice yoga by learning with an expert. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended. Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity. Do not take any medicine for a more extended period, which will give additional side effects to your health. Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both excessive fasting and overeating are harmful. Avoid coffee, tea and any diary products. Stay Healthy.

Hello, Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when feeling tired or exhausted. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and increase your energy level. Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, will keep you energetic as well. Do some pranayama and yoga Stay Healthy.

Hey Kajal PCOD,irregular periods ,hormonal imbalances, these are all interrelated with each other. These results when we don't treat our body the way it should be treated. You are doing some wrong things in your lifestyle pattern or eating pattern and habits which has resulted in your present condition. Pay attention to your sleeping pattern. Namaste Ankur Body weight is something that you needn’t worry much about. Leading a nature based healthy lifestyle will result in you having the right body weight for your bone structure. The sugar levels are a result of faulty lifestyle. The inflamed pancreas too would get some relief. To get back into a healthy routine what you need to do is incorporate certain practices in your daily lifestyle. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. If you need any assistance during the cleansing or healing crises do not hesitate to get in touch Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner
