In the presence of these conditions food items with soft textures are safe to eat You can go for non acidic juices like that of grape and apple as Summers are going on. You can go for veggies broth with garlic, turmeric and black pepper as it will heal and will give you a good sense of taste. Also by giving adequate water for drinking it helps to dilute in the system and makes digestion even easier.
