Namaste, Can we have some details like since when you have eye reddish, pain and body heat? Did you travelled recently? What diet you had? Home made food or out side food? Before that you fall sick ? Any medicine you took? Thanks. For time being, take fruits like apple, pomegranate, and drink sweet lime juice. Drink water when you feel thirsty only. Also have adequate sleep. Do not watch tv or mobile for longer hours. Keep cucumber slice placed on your eyes and rest in a dark room. Do not sleep in bed. Sleep over mate. Do not use Pillow. In the presence of these conditions food items with soft textures are safe to eat You can go for non acidic juices like that of grape and apple as Summers are going on. You can go for veggies broth with garlic, turmeric and black pepper as it will heal and will give you a good sense of taste. Some my tested recipes are Besan Puda or sweet halwa it cures the throat and reduces the pain and is easy to take in as well. Namaste Ji, Conjunctivitis may occur due to a viral or bacterial infection. It may be also caused by allergic reactions triggered by substances like pollens, cosmetics or certain chemicals. Additionally, it may occur due to an autoimmune disorder. Person will have Red eye, Watering of the eyes frequently. This is occured due to pitta and kapha doshas. Over heat in the body gets aggravated in the eye, it starts attacking the fire element from the eye and turns it into a watery eye. Eyes should be washed with clean water and wiped by clean towel to protect them from infections. Use of dirty cloth pieces, handkerchiefs or towels for cleaning eyes should be avoided. Including immunity boosting foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. Take easily digestible and light foods. Avoid watching Tv or Mobiles for longer period. Sleep on time. Weekly twice take oil head bath to reduce heat in the body. Seasame oil or coconut oil is the best. Hello One usually does not gain weight after delivery irrespective of the fact that either the person is in stress which leads to gain in weight as stress hormones contribute towards it. On the top of it women who remain sleepless i.e take mostly 5 hrs of sleep at night might gain weight.If regular schedules of breastfeeding are being followed the chances of increase in weight is not there rather the weight decreases at a good pace. Hello Mamatha Ji, Ragi milk can be adviced to a baby daily basis once in a time. Since baby will be very active its gets digested easily. Also by giving adequate water for drinking it helps to dilute in the system and makes digestion even easier. Insptie of adding milk, you can still cook it in hot water and stir it well and add some jaggery powderm, pinch of cardamom powder too to improve taste and give liquid basis. Thanks.
