Hello Partha, Thanks for your query!!! Can you please try 'cold water' therapy and 'cold-pressed coconut oil' massage at night. For cold water therapy you will have to take some cold water and a little bit of ice to it, soak your feet in the water for around 5-10 minutes. After the cold water therapy, you can use cold-pressed coconut oil and apply it on the sole of your feet and gently massage your feet for around 10 minutes more. This should reduce the burning feet problem. Additionally, I will advice to have plant based yogurt made up of Almond or Coconut milk in your diet. My mother was anaemic all her life and the reason given by doctors was that her red blood cells had a different shape by birth. Sounds weird to me. But this went on for all her life until she turned vegan around 2016 or so. She is 65 now. She has changed her lifestyle to a vegan lifestyle, switched her cooked to whole food millets and rice. No sugar maida etc. She does not take dairy. She was already regular in yoga and pranayama, but these food changes made drastic changes in her conditions. We also realised that her haemoglobin count became Normal and also good enough to donate blood. Hello Namaste, Change your Diet & Lifestyle. The condition of acne can also be aggravated by excessive intake of oily, spicy, salty and sour foods. Which leads to Whiteheads, Blackheads and Pimples. Hi. Keep yourself adequately oxygenated. This can happen in 2 ways: 1. Breathe in good oxygen - do deep breathing sitting in the sun. Do a few yoga breathing exercises - anulom vilom, bhastrika, etc. 2. Avoid foods that block flow of oxygen in the body, I.e. un-natural foods such as non veg, dairy, refined oils, white sugar, table salt, junk foods, etc. Eat fibre rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, eat in whole form or as juices, smoothies and salads. Eat nuts and seeds, whole grains. Stress also reduces oxygen flow to brain cells. So work on that. Engage in any activity of your interest such as music, gardening, reading, etc. Challenge your mind through chess or sudoku or puzzles. Stimulate the brain cells. Focus on sleeping well. Body undertakes function of repair and maintenance only when you sleep well. Overall- remember that body is programmed to give us good health.
