In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. The quality of food matters as opposed to quantity bararinde. Can you describe her daily food intake ? Is she on diary meat eggs oils ? These can make anyone fat. The diary is pure sugar and unwanted animal fat. Meat is also fat meant for the animal and it cannot become our food. My kids now 13 and 10 are on a vegan diet since 2015 and even though they have the same kinds of foods, one is plump and one is lean. My older one is leaner and she snacks more on raw compared to my younger one. Even if any cooked grains are eaten more than needed, it becomes fat as body stores it for later crisis situations. They are both on a fruit breakfast , off sugar for 2-3 yrs now. So instead of becoming obese one of them was on the heavier side. But my focus was not to make her thin or fat, but to focus on healthier eating habits. So recently during summer, I switched them slowly to a raw food dinner. They are on one cooked for school which is an organic oilfree whole food plant based lunch, they come back and have some healthy oilfree grainfree cooked like steamed Chana coconut lime mix / peanuts ans dates / poha / some savouries that I make without oils and things like this. For dinner they have raw. With every progress I made, they became healthier and they don’t fall sick or eliminate toxins so often anymore. My younger one is also losing weight. She also plays basketball thrice a week, but positive foods that have life in them, being life into the organs to function properly. It’s not too late, kids lifestyle can only be corrected in younger age. You must strive ur best and not give up on this. You will face questions from family/ friends /others , but believe in the right foods and stick to it. Explain to kids the ethical aspects and health aspects of quitting animal foods .. they understand. My kids became diary free and it took me one full year to clean their diets. Postnasal drip, where the body's immunity is at stake and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is hampered because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things that need to be protected from. A person's immunity is already at on the developing stage making it more vulnerable to toxins, by following prevention methods, we can take care effectively. Now let us follow these four things, in order to deal with the body's immunity. Eat: Here are a few things which we need to take care of is: Avoiding, milk, and milk products refine sugars and salt, anything which is packed needs to be avoided. Now, what to eat? Start your day with a vegetable juice, green leafy vegetables, carrot, cucumber, bottle gourd can be your choices. Sprouts are another thing which can be given as breakfast. After lunch two hours later you can give a cup of ginger honey tea. This can be helpful for the kid. Also, sprouts have a good amount of Vitamin C which will help in treating the immunity, sweet potatoes are another good source of vitamin C.
