Have a bowl of sprouts in your breakfast. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like beetroot juice, pomegranate juice, etc. Drink coconut water. Have fresh, seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated and to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Physical activity Start the day with a short morning walk of atleast 30min. Do suryanamaskar regularly. Practice yogasanas, specially bhujanga asana, trikona asana and paschimottan asana. Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sleeping is very important for our health. It helps to maintain the circadian rhythm and hormonal balance. Hello User, Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened and alcohol makes it all the more vulnerable. Our metabolism is surely going to become a slow leading high cholesterol problem. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. One raw garlic two hours after the noon meal will help in reducing triglycerides faster. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption. For example, adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like an apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT; excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Apply tea tree oil on the dry area, which will help in treating the same. Apply twice a day. 2. Massage your skin every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. Thank you

Hi, Constipation is a condition of disturbance in bowel movements, difficulty in defecation. There are many factors that contribute to or cause constipation. The most common causes are Eating a diet too low in fibe Eating too few calories Not drinking enough fluids A low physical activity level Due to some medications Behavior changes: Consume a balanced healthy meals in regular interval. It is best to follow a regular pattern of bowel movement. Persons having normal bowel pattern usually defecate at approximately the same time every day. Since the bowels are most active after awakening and after meals, the most optimal time for a bowel movement is usually within the first two hours after waking and after breakfast. Don’t ignore the signal to defecate. Diet: Fiber increases stool bulk, which help stools move through the colon. The recommended amount of fiber is 20 to 35 grams daily. Fresh Fruits, green and green leafy vegetables and cereals are excellent source of fiber. Citrus fruits, prunes, fig and prune juice are especially helpful. Bloating and flatulence is a common problem with increased fiber so it is best to start slowly and increase the amount of fiber gradually. Drinking Lauki juice, beetroot carrot juice daily in the morning also helps to relive constipation. Adding ginger in your food also helps to improve your digestion and helps to relieve constipation. Insoluble fibers: Consume more insoluble fibers. Insoluble Fiber is not digested by the body and is excreted as waste. This type of fiber promotes bowel regularity and discourages the development of constipation and other complication like hemorrhoids. Insoluble fibers are present wheat bran, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and skins on vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of liquids: Drink 3-5 liters of water daily, and consume more fruits juices. Fluid helps your body process fiber without any discomfort. Include exercise or physical activity in your daily routine. Physical activity is a natural way to relieve constipation. Get up early in the morning and drink lukewarm water then go for a brisk walk or gentle jogging help your body to get hydrated and help in relieving constipation. Avoid drinking water during meals. Avoid Tea, coffee and other carbonated, packed/canned drinks. Avoid spicy, oily fried food items. Avoid milk and milk products. Avoid polished rice, sugar and maida. Drinking cinnamon water 30 minutes before going to bed also helps to relives constipation. Consume overnight soaked figs/raisins daily. Include more raw vegetable salads and sprouts in your diet. Avoid non vegetarian food items. Practice regular Yogasana: Aanas like pawanamuktasana, naukasana, matsyasana, vajarasana, vakrasana, and ardha matsyendrasana. Practice regular pranayamas like nadishuddhi and bhramari . helps to reduce your stress which is alo cause for constipation. Cold mud pack to the abdomen also more beneficial in reliving constipation. Namasthe!

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, ur gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil , rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a fresh breath of air in the morning by going for walks or Jogging. Lastly remember that yoga alone without any food changes will not bring improvement to the body. A holistic approach to healing always has both food and exercises working together. Holistic healing always has healing of mind body and spirit. Changing some lifestyle habit will help you in saving your stomach. Indulging in raw vegetables will help in improving your gut health. Make sure there is atleast two hour gap between your last meal and sleep. Having Tomato with black pepper helps in keeping acid peptic disorders away. Yoga Pose: Vajrasana after your meal helps in easy digestion of meal. Thank you.

Do not get confused with ginger. It is a safe choice for acid reflux as it helps in reducing the acid content. It helps in reducing inflammation. Aloe vera juice also helps in improving digestion, you can have aloe vera juice early in the morning. A lifestyle change is a must. Take care.
