नमस्ते बी.पी (Blood pressure)कम करने के उपाय बढे हुए ब्लड प्रेशर को जल्दी कंट्रोल करने के लिये आधा गिलास पानी में थोड़ा नींबू निचोड़कर पीए । पांच तुलसी के पत्ते तथा दो नीम की पत्तियों को पीसकर 20 ग्राम पानी में घोलकर खाली पेट सुबह पिएं। 15 दिन में लाभ नजर आने लगेगा। पपीता भी बहुत लाभ करता है, इसे प्रतिदिन खाली पेट चबा-चबाकर खाएं। नंगे पैर हरी घास पर 10-15 मिनट चलें। रोजाना चलने से ब्लड प्रेशर नार्मल हो जाता है। सौंफ, जीरा, शक्कर तीनों बराबर मात्रा में लेकर पाउडर बना लें। एक गिलास पानी में एक चम्मच मिश्रण घोलकर सुबह-शाम पीते रहें। पालक और गाजर का रस मिलाकर एक गिलास रस सुबह-शाम पीयें, लाभ होगा। करेला और सहजन की फ़ली उच्च रक्त चाप-रोगी के लिये परम हितकारी हैं। गेहूं व चने के आटे को बराबर मात्रा में लेकर बनाई गई रोटी खूब चबा-चबाकर खाएं, आटे से चोकर न निकालें। ब्राउन चावल उपयोग में लाएं। यह उच्च रक्त चाप रोगी के लिये बहुत ही लाभदायक भोजन है। प्याज और लहसुन की तरह अदरक भी काफी फायदेमंद होता है। इनसे धमनियों के आसपास की मांसपेशियों को भी आराम मिलता है जिससे उच्च रक्तचाप नीचे आ जाता है। तीन ग्राम मेथीदाना पावडर सुबह-शाम पानी के साथ लें। इसे पंद्रह दिनों तक लेने से लाभ मालूम होता है। हँसने खेलने और ध्यान करने से आप का ब्लड प्रेशर सामान्य रहता है और तनाव मुक्त दीर्घायु जीवन जी सकते है । धन्यवाद
