हेलो, कारण - पेशाब में प्रोटीन मूत्रआशय में संक्रमण के कारण या अन्य बीमारी के अलावा और भी वजहों से बढ़ सकता है. हर व्यक्ति में फ़र्क, थोड़ी देर के लिए पेशाब में प्रोटीन बढ़ जाना (आम तौर पर होने वाली मामूली चीज़) या किसी दवा के खराब असर की वजह से भी ऐसा होता है. पेशाब में प्रोटीन की मात्रा ज़्यादा हो जाना। ख़राब हाज़मा का परिचायक है। समाधान - एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें 500ml नीम के पत्तों का रस मिलाएँ और 20 मिनट तक उसमें बैठें। अनुलोम विलोम करें। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। गोमुख आसन, पवन मुक्त आसन करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

I am 30 years old and since last 2 years I am suffering vaginal infections which reoccur by time. हेलो, कारण - डिलीवरी के वक़्त कुछ दवाइयों को दिया गया होगा जो की पाचन क्रिया में अवरोध उत्पन्न कर रहा हो। दस्त लगने का कारण शरीर का सेल्फ़ हीलिंग मैक़निज्म है। जिसके तहत शरीर में मौजूद विषाक्त जीवाणु बाहर हो जाए क्लीनिंग प्रॉसेस चल रहा है अवरोध ना डालें। समाधान -1. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 2. सुबह ख़ाली पेट नारियल पानी 2 बाद केला के पानी में भिगोए हुए खजूर दें। 12 बजे नारियल पानी दोपहर 1 बजे मख़ाने की खिचड़ी बना कर दें खिचड़ी में सेंधा नमक डालें। शाम को नारियल पानी दें। रात के खाने में pumpkin soup के साथ भाँप में पके हुए समा राइस लें। 3. लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। 4. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 5. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from ur lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. Possible constipation might also be there. A unclean gut ( stomach- rectum) is a big reason for mouth ulcers. U have to remove animal products immediately , reduce oils or avoid cooking with it. Mouth ulcers are mirror reflection of your GUT health. The cleaner your GUT, the cleaner is the health of your mouth / the smell etc. The more acidic the gut, then ulcers tend to keep coming. It’s a way to eliminate the pus from the body. If you are a non vegan who consumes animal products, that’s your first step - avoid consuming any food that has any ingredient that came from an animal ( diary meat eggs fish honey ), remove sugar maida wheat corn soy. Avoid fermented foods for few months. Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then cucumber juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. Salt water rinsing is also going to help. This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. Overtime focus on consumption of raw food to reduce or prevent ulcers. Avoid caffeine and tea. Start having a big glass of cucumber juice in the morning upon waking daily with some lemon juice in it and then followed by a big bowl of fruits. Apply a cold wet towel on ur abdomen for 20 mins per day. Avoid diary excess grains meat fish and outside packaged foods, soda that can spoil the environment of the gut. Migraine is caused majorly due to a bad GUT or stomach / indigestion. Acidic foods like dairy meat eggs fish, sugar, maida, coffee tea, oils in cooking, eating out day in and day out for years together kills the health of the digestive organs. Hence you have loosemotions which are body’s way of eliminating junk from your body which you suppressed with medication. Hence body tries to find a way to keep doing it till you get tired .. but it won’t. Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution. Instead when migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Medications Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. Rest of the day start with plain vegetable juice / cucumber juice ashgourd juice etc and include fruits and vegetables to answer your hunger and your migraine will be history. The only way to stop this cycle is for you to follow this with dicipline Follow this immediately when migraine starts :- - Start drinking tender coconut/ diluted lemon water / cucumber juice / banana stem juice for 1-2 days. - if loosemotions stArt, continue the juice. U can add veg or fruit juices .. continue to drink 3-4 lts. You won’t be dehydrated while body throws junk outside. - DONT MEDICATE. Juices will keep you hydrated and also body’s job of throwing junk will happen successfully. - Don’t take any cooked foods or any solid foods. - Next few times, rest and avoid straining during this time. Follow this as a lifestyle to avoid migraines and such issues in future:- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Keep drinking multiple juices till 12 Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. My mother was anaemic all her life and the reason given by doctors was that her red blood cells had a different shape by birth. Sounds weird to me. But this went on for all her life until she turned vegan around 2016 or so. She is 65 now. She has changed her lifestyle to a vegan lifestyle, switched her cooked to whole food millets and rice. No sugar maida etc. She does not take dairy. She was already regular in yoga and pranayama, but these food changes made drastic changes in her conditions. We also realised that her haemoglobin count became Normal and also good enough to donate blood. Some of the key changes that will help Remove all animal-derived foods like dairy eggs meat fish sugar maida processed and packed foods refined oils and foods containing refined oils only fruits for breakfast till 12pm green juice upon waking Every 15 days fasting on juices or fruits or full raw yoga and pranayama. switch to oil free cooking thanks and in 3-5 months it will become normal unless I don’t know about other complications you are suffering from. Hello ,treatment depends on the severity.If it is in the initial stages then for sure you have to sacrifice all cold foods like cool drinks n ice cream in summer once in a while it’s fine..coming to the treatment part atleast for a week you need to do rock salt warm water gargling if irritation is more then do it 3 times in a day n twice a day do hot fomentation to your neck for 2-3 minutes, include freshly prepared hot vegetable soup in your diet .This will reduce your severity for sure:-)

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, ur gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil , rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a fresh breath of air in the morning by going for walks or Jogging. Lastly remember that yoga alone without any food changes will not bring improvement to the body. Namaste Ji, This might be acute gasteric as well. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from Chest discomfort. Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods.
