The underlying causes for migraine and backaches are organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Medications Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. Hi, Lifestyle changes are important in helping you get rid of your health issues. Excess weight by the body is stored on the abdomen or on the hips. Apart from taking care of the kind of food consumption, other lifestyle factors are also important. They are sleep, stress and physical activity. Wrong lifestyle also leads to constipation and gastric issues. When undigested food is left in intestines and is not evacuated by the body, bacteria from the gut feed on it and release gases. This causes gastric issues. Whenever we consume food the body converts it into glucose and supplies it to the cells to perform various functions. When there is excess food the body converts this and stores in the muscles as glycogen and if there is still excess it stores in the fat cells for later use. This fat is in the form of adipose tissue. When there is a drop in the blood sugar levels and there is no supply of food, the body releases energy from the muscles and fat. If you are on a healthy detox diet then hair fall is very common . It will pick up in a year or two. Hair is not essential for life or it’s not one of the vitals for living and hence hair falls and regrows as healing is happening and when body finds surplus resources and vital force to pay attn to hair, it will. It is time to take measures for a lighter and healthier diet and exercise which can be done easily. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. An antioxidant-rich diet with sources like berries, oranges, lemon is very much helpful. Consuming them two hours after any meal will be helpful. The knee cap gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. A good amount of water is needed in the body, the blood present is 5-6 litres so at least that much of water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral which helps in treating fluid. Good morning Is she an active baby? Does she sleep well? Give her banana smoothie as breakfast and as an evening snack, add soaked raisins and dates into it. Also, try and make fruits her first choice. There are many smoothie recipes on wellcure you can try one at a time and see her bend and give it to her daily. In lunch give her rice/ daal, rice/veggie etc. You can also make mix vegetable parantha in Rajgiri flour or rice flour. Evening give her nuts or but milk, or roasted makhana. You can also make tasty ladoos for her with chana/ jaggery, makhana/jaggery for this check the recipe section. Do not give her the diary pls if possible. No packaged stuff. No sweets. Namaste It’s good to wish to have a body weight that is best suited to your height and your bone structure. And for this to happen you just have to follow a healthy lifestyle and food habit. As your metabolism will improve and as all the toxins blocking your system gets removed you will see a healthy gain in weight and improved over all health where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help, no crash diets, no shortcuts will help. The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems and then build you muscles after u work towards it with weights. Your lower body doesn’t work independent of the upper body. So you cannot focus just on the lower portion of your body without understanding that everything is in holistic approach to healing.
