हेलो,   कारण - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है। समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें।  सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। जीवन शैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी,  प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Cough with mucous is all beacuse of infection and low immumity of body. You can try this home remedy.  Boil 2 cups of water with  Tulsi leaves -4-5 Black pepper( crushed)  - 4-5  Clove- 2  Small pc of ginger / Sonth Powder -1/2 tsp  Reduce it to 1 cup  Drink this dicotition 2-3 times a day.

Sleep is for sure extremely important for our well-being. It affects our mental health as much as it has impact on our physical health. In today's’ technology laden environment we are constantly exposed to gadgets and radiations. These disturb our sleep pattern. So try to cut out gadgets for sure. Also, eat more of whole plant based foods and drink plenty of water. Try meditating or deep breathing for relaxation. Also, as mother do not forget that this a time when your child undergo many changes and is hence under lot of turmoil. Look for ways that you can be with her and spend more quality time. I will suggest if you can find some new ways of being with her. As I have experienced kids at this age, wants a different relationship with parents than their young age. Sometimes they just want us to be there for them.

Hello User, High blood pressure occurs when the lumen of blood vessels become narrowed due to the accumulation of cholesterol. Because of narrowed vessels, blood has to flow through more pressure to reach every tissue and cells of the body. This accumulation of toxins occurs due to the consumption of a high-fat diet.  Diet Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach early in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body.  Include Vitamin C rich foods and drinks in your diet like blueberries, oranges, amla, lemon juice, etc as they have antioxidant properties.  Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, beans, nuts, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients.  Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables.  Drink plenty of water throughout the day.  Foods to avoid-  Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods.  Avoid tea and coffee.  Avoid carbonated drinks.  Avoid refined oils and refined grains.  Physical activity  Start the day with a short morning walk.  Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayam.  Do padahasta asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana, hala asana.  Take sunrays early in the morning.  Sleep  A correct sleeping pattern is essential for good metabolism and to maintain the circadian rhythm. Hello Rohit Singh Negi, High blood pressure happens because our normal blood circulation is under 20 times more force and pressure than normal blood circulation. This happens because our blood vessels are narrowed down due to the accumulation of unhealthy cholesterol and toxins which our body is not able to digest. Our body is designed in a simple manner where the lighter the things, the easier they are digested but what we do is accumulate our normal diet with lots of fats and highly complexed carbohydrates like gluten which becomes difficult in digesting thus resulting in accumulation in blood vessels and in the end high blood pressure. Now that we are clear that it is the food, we should take measures in all angles include sleep, exercise and meditation to help us heal. Hlw sir  Cough problem may be seasonal or due to intake of any unhealthy food is common but as you mentioned its from last 3 months so it caused by any other reason try to find out the reason of your cough and avoid it and naturally you can overcome this problem via following some simple tips    Use ginger wt honey in morning  Take steam  Keep your body hydrate Yoga like anulom vilom ,bhramri ,bhastrika suryanamaskar will help you  Avoid milk products, cold items and junk food s Drink boiled water means avoid contaminated food and water  Thanks

Hi, Eat fresh fruits and veggies and have adequate sleep. Be out of Depression and stress.  Crush ginger to a paste Take 2 tsp of this ginger paste Add 2 tsp of honey Mix well Have this 3 times a day to see the improvement.

Anaemia is a condition in which blood does not have a sufficient amount of haemoglobin for that you have to consume food products which should be rich in iron and vitamins  Some food which helps in anaemia condition is  Use jaggery with nuts  Pumpkin seeds  All greeny vegetables like spinach, mint etc Dry fruits like almond  Daily some yoga like anulom vilom, tadasan etc it helps you  Thanks

To add to Anchal and Swatantra, please add a physical fitness regime to his week / day. Kids needs to run and play a lot as opposed to the current days where kids are mostly on gadgets. Body was not designed for this. So please add swimming in the eveniongs after school if possible. If it can only be during weekends, then add 12 suryanamaskaras to his lifestyle under a trained teacher. After some warmups, some burpees / tabatas / Squats / anything fast that will make him sweat a lot has to be done on a daily basis. One major advice is to remove all animal foods from his diet and his lifestyle which are mostly going to put all his efforts in vain. Thanks and let me know if you had more questions around this.

stop using chemical shampoo n oil. stop using table salt which has impact on hair. include magnesium rich food in your diet. give scalp massage with organic oil twice a week. drink more water n consume more salads n fruits. d stop eating fast food n inflammatory food. practice daily meditation .

Hi. Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinus caused by accumulation of toxic material. Body has an innate self healing mechanism, all you have to do is support your daughter's body in cleaning up these toxins.   Toxins accumulate in an acidic body environment. You have to focus on increasing alkalinity in her body. Give her a diet rich in fruits, fruit juices and smoothies (only fruit based, no dairy), veggie salads, coconut water, lemon water.   Give her veggie juices - Carrot spinach or carrot beetroot.   Dairy, maida and white sugar are mucous forming and aggravate sinusitis. Completely eliminate these.   Steaming is good. How often is she doing it? Try 3-4 times a day, add eucalyptus oil drops in water while steaming. You can also pour a few drops in pillow for inhalation while sleeping.   Hope this helps. Take care dear. It might need a bit of effort and discipline to implement what I said, but we have to do it for our kids. They eat so much of processed food and live in polluted air, we have to make an extra effort to help their bodies regain their balance.
