Hello, When you leave gym routine there is a chance your muscles experience a little bit of discomfort as they are used to the routine of exercise, if there a specific reason why you stopped or quit gym? anyhow while you are experiencing pain you can try cold compress on your right arm, so ice pack can help you get some relief from pain. I would suggest that you also circulate your hand and let it move or be in motion so that you can allow the blood to circulate and the muscles to expand and contract. Hi, I understand practically that it would be difficult for working person to plan their meal before sunset, but atleast if you could finish your meal before 8:00 pm and walk for 10-15minutes, then it will give a gap of 2-3 hours before you sleep which helps in digestion.

Hello, as a family we go to the gym and are into weight training ourselves. As a female, I am not keen on bulking and my husband is more into getting his 6 pack. He has been into this since more than a year now. We did not really worry about proteins or any of those post and pre work out foods or drinks that certain gym trainers brainwash people into. For a few months, he was on Twice cooked meal and once fruit in the morning. The fruit is really full -600-700gms roughly. Drank a green juice before gym just for hydration and nothing else. Cooked is vegan whole food plant based and it was twice a day. Then 6-7 months was majorly on one grainless meal and one grains meal among those 2 cooked meals Then gym instructor was also influenced at my energy levels and his background on raw also was good. So he encouraged my husband to eat more raw for muscle building. So he switched to one raw and one cooked for lunch and dinner. He has now a 3 pack perhaps and he has shed a lot of weight and gained muscles over that. He lifts about a 100kg and all this is just raw plant power. No fancy proteins - not even pea proteins. We don’t worry so much about what he eats. He is just eating full on healthy raw foods. He also loves eating peanuts. So he snacks on them. That’s it. I am sure in a year more he will have a solid 6 pack to show off and this is not unnaturally developed by some protein that damages the kidney. It’s naturally developing and the body will learn to grow with the food. Hope this helps. The others have mentioned some healthy dos and donts which must be followed anyways, but focusing on high raw is a must. Nuts or seeds and other fats are not necessary for developing although it does not come in the way. Only raw helps - greens / veggies / fruits. Not getting enough sleep is also one of the reasons, as not sleeping well means hampering our healthy brain cells. That is why what is needed is getting a regular active life in order to treat oneself in a holistic way. Here we would like to put more emphasis on improving your physique and get a good health. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. Sleep has to play a good role in the secretion of healthy breast milk, sleep helps in releasing healthy hormones which in turn helps in giving healthy milk. हेलो, कारण - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है। समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Subah, Toothache is one of the most painful experiences one can have. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown, it is impossible at times to visit the doctor to get treatment. In such times it is necessary to learn how to manage such pain naturally, herbally, and at the comfort of home. I will provide you with some healthy, vegan, and natural tips to counter toothache in the best way possible. 1. Dietary advice: Avoid excessive sugar and sugary drinks like most soft drinks that are available in the market. They react with the enamel of the teeth to form acid which in turn corrodes the teeth and it’s enamel. Rinse your mouth at least twice to three times a day with lukewarm water, salt, and a dash of turmeric added to it. It’ll help you clear up the infections better and warm water will soothe the pain. Avoid normal dairy tea and replace it with green teas like peppermint tea or ginger tea as they have been proven effective to heal and stop the damage caused to the teeth and gums Add garlic to your diet. The next important thing is to treat dandruff is with the application of home-based hair packs which have been used since our grandmothers by a gift of nature. With an overall change in lifestyle and diet, dandruff can be treated very well in order to good hair quality. Dandruff is generally the peeling of the skin which comes out in flakes. As mostly hygiene is the prime thing which we need to treat it properly. Here is some tip that you can change in your diet completely for getting smooth, shiny, healthy, lustrous hair. Eat: A diet rich in Vitamin C is something I would recommend you start with Vitamin C helps in giving the skin collagen boost which improves the scalp health. Aloe vera, almonds, Indian gooseberry is also another thing in the diet that you need to start with as they are very good for hair health. A hair pack made from methi seeds powder is what is recommended. Grind the methi seeds powder, add one teaspoon honey and two tablespoons rose water. Apply it on your hair. Along with some external applications, some good lifestyle habits are also needed to be adopted. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with some fresh lemon juice in it. This Vitamin C rich drink has antioxidant properties and will help to get rid of the toxins in the body. Eat sprouts and fresh fruits in your breakfast. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like beetroot juice, pomegranate juice, etc. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Include fresh vegetables, salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Eat soaked raisins early in the morning on an empty stomach. Drink coconut water. Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise and meditation is what is needed. The episode of anxiety can also be dealt with easily in this manner. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. Inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of minerals.
