Namaste Sneha Todi Agarwal Unhealthy skin, dry and itchy skin again is a reflection of the state of your internal health. Too much toxic deposits and dehydration leads to itchy and patchy skin. To heal that you have to follow the same cleansing and healing routine I have mentioned in your previous question for dandruff and falling hair. Other simple skin remedies can be applying coconut oil immediately after bath on wet skin, to keep it hydrated. Do apply oil and get some sun exposure on the affected areas. Don’t use and chemical based products like soaps, shampoos or creams on your skin. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure Practitioner
My mother is undergoing a treatment of breast cancer. Her chemotherapy and surgery is done and right now undergoing radiation. Somebody told me that taking tulsi leaves in curd will never allow cancer to come back. Is it true? If yes how many leaves daily or how to take it. Also suggest some ways so that it ends completely and never return back. Pls advise
Anchal Kapur

Hi. Tulsi leaves are believed to be anti-cancerous but so are many green leafy veggies. They have abundant quantities of chlorophyll which facilitate in nullifying the detrimental health effects of carcinogenic substances entering the body. So overall your focus should be to include a lot of green leafy veggies & herbs in your mother's diet. Even the humble coriander / dhaniya is anti-carcinogenic!! You must also include other seasonal veggies such as beetroots and sprouts such as green moong sprouts which are anti-cancerous too. Changing lifestyle to include more foods in raw or lightly steamed form plus a lot of positivity, good sleep, exercise, sun, connecting to self is needed to heal from cancer. This is best done under the supervision of an expert.

Hello Rashmi, Digestive issues like constipation is a lifestyle disorder and many people are suffering from this problem due to a changing lifestyle and wrong eating habits. It may also lead to other health issues like insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Chronic constipation may result in certain disorders like Crohn's disease. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, constipation can be cured. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich drinks like lemon juice or orange juice. This will help to boost your metabolism in the morning. Drink half cup of bottle guard juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Include fibers in the diet as this will bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Eat sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans. Have soaked raisins in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Drink plenty of water during the day. Exercise Exercising is very essential for good metabolism and better blood circulation. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom, bhastrika and kapalbhati pranayam. Take the sunrays daily in the morning. Sleep Lack of sleep or an improper pattern of sleep may also lead to digestive issues. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Dear Mansoor, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Skin eruptions happen because the body is fighting some inflammation or there's a toxic overload in the body. At this stage, we need to support the body to get rid of toxins naturally. You can follow these simple steps to cure naturally: 1. A teaspoon of coriander juice, mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply this paste after clean drying the affected area before going to sleep 2. Please Eat a clean diet: In the morning empty stomach 1 glass of ash gourd juice will help the body to remove the toxins. 3. Avoid All kinds of processed and packaged food items, consumption of these things will worsen the condition. 4. Keeping a gap of a minimum of 12 hrs between dinner and the next morning's breakfast. If you need more guidance you can get a consultation with our Hair & Skin Expert. To know more about how the body's healing mechanism works, you can read this article. Hi there, Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months. Fenugreek Fenugreek promotes glucose metabolism in the body and improves insulin resistance. This in turn helps balance hormones. It may also help lower cholesterol, aid weight loss and promote healthy heart functioning. Add Bitter gourd as it is known for its ability to control the blood sugar levels and it can work to control the symptoms of PCOD in the same way. Add tulsi , aloe Vera ,Amla and flaxseed . Stay stress free.

I have immense pain in the heel of both my feet. When I get up in the morning it's impossible for me to stand. It's only the heel. Then after five to ten minutes I can slowly put weight on it and walk. But that too have to limp specially the pain is more on the right heel. Please advise

Hello Priya, Pain in heels may result due to obesity, ill-fitted shoes, jumping on hard surfaces, abnormal walking styles or any other disease. It may also result due to any bone injury or tissue injury or ligament injury. If the cause of pain is any injury then X-ray is necessary before telling any treatment. If it is not due to any injury then the following tips will help you. Change your footwear and wear comfortable and soft footwear. Walk in an appropriate manner and in a proper style. If you are obese, then focus on losing weight. Soak your feet in warm water (add a pinch of rock salt to it) for about 20 minutes twice a day. Thank you

Namaste Sonica, Thank you for sharing your query with us. Tumor occurs due to the abnormal growth of unwanted cells in the body which hinders the growth of normal cells too. This can be treated naturally because according to Nature Cure's perspective, every disease occurs in the body due to the accumulation of toxins i.e. toxic overload. Toxic overload keeps on building when we suppress the symptoms with medications for prolonged periods and this toxic overload may affect different organs in different individuals hence the variation in symptoms and diseases. You can start following these initial steps: 1. On rising a glass of warm water mixed with lemon juice. 2. For Breakfast: Fresh fruits are seasonally and locally available. 3. Apply a wet pack on the neck, abdomen and head region twice a day to remove the toxins from the body. 4. Avoid all kinds of processed food and beverages. If you need more guidance and handholding you can Join Our Coaching Program with our Doctor-Nutritionist Team which can help in making the transition, step by step. Our Team will look into the routine comprehensively and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you to correct your daughter's existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Hello Raghni, Ankylosing spondylosis is an inflammatory reaction that reduces the flexibility of the spine by fusing the small bones. According to our body, it is a functional change. But the natural cause is an accumulation of all toxins. That is what is causing pain in neck and back. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause of spondylitis. It is time to make some changes in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. From the neck to the lower back, it has a tendency to make our spine more rigid. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: • Avoid alcohol. • Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. • Practice a diet that is rich in fruits, raw vegetables, and whole grains which will help in the treatment of ankylosing spondylosis. Start with oranges, sweet lime, sprouts, and sweet potato in order to gain immunity from Vitamin C-rich food. • Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Exercise: Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease. This can reduce pain and also improve your mobility, posture and helps you maintain your flexibility. Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on cervical to back spine. Sitting on a chair, look on the front, flex your neck downwards bring it to centre, extend upwards bring it to centre. Then slowly rotate. Do this set 10 times in order to increase circulation and your flexibility is maintained. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease. Massaging for 15-20 minutes is very important to improve blood circulation in that area. Massage with coconut or almond oil after warming it. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep about deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is very important in order to completely relax. In sleep what our body does is go through is the process of repair. Relax yourself by taking a water bowl and 2-3 drops of essential oil, like orange and lavender which will help in relaxing the sleep. This will aid in treating any kind of inflammation. It is time to make ourselves healthier without disease hampering our growth. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
How and how much snoring is harmful to us? What is its remedy?
Dr.Elanchezhiyan Devar...
07:00 PM | 02-09-2019
Snoring occasionally is not problematic. If you are a habitual snorer than it is not good for your health. Treatment is necessary for the habitual snorers. They are having risk if sleep apnea, long interruption of breathing, disturbed sleep. Lead to strain heart and a risk of heart attack and stroke. Low oxygen level in blood due to lack of breathing leads to pulmonary hypertension. Chronic headache Disturbed sleep leads to stress and obesity. Fatigue. Remedies: Reduce weight in case of overweight. Keep the head little bit elevated from bed during sleep, which helps to keep airways open. Check for any deviated septum or nasal polyps. Avoid sedatives/smoking/alcohol. Get enough and proper sleep. Take facial steam 30 mins before going to bed. Drink more water, especially Lukewarm water. Avoid over eating. Sleep in proper position. Practice pranayam like nadi shuddhi and Ujjayi. Practice asana like gomukhasana, ustrasana, and sectional breathing exercises. Namasthe!

There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis. Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure. However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream. So where do you think it will store all the garbage ? Deep inside it’s cells. It will hope that one day when I have plenty of time on the hands to clean up, I will do it. But guess what ? Fasting / clean eating is not a part of a known lifestyle and it continues to pile up. When liver is overworking, the bile produced is not potent. This bile is responsible for ensuring there is no stone or clumps happening when adrenals are handling that. In such situations, adrenals also don’t work properly and is stagnant too. So with a stagnant liver and a toxic digestive tract your energy will constantly stay low. If you had a clean and high functioning liver, without enough food also you will be at high energy levels from morning to night. In many cases nervous fatigue can also be seen where people cannot focus because of fatigue. One cannot function normally even socially. Either way, you need to take charge now and change your lifestyle to as close to natural as possible. Missed speaking about the low blood pressure. Just saw it. See when the GUT is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the blood stream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a sudden Low bp. She might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. U can check that too. It’s a viral infection due to the toxaemic conditions. She needs to slowly up her raw and not go like an overnight detox. This does not work in an overnight or a rapid detox. It has to be handled with care to ensure the toxins are handled slowly. What you must understand that when toxins are circulating in her blood because the liver could not handle that load anymore, almost twice the amount of adrenaline is released to protect the system from the impact until the body channels the exit. So that’s why she has a severe fatigue too. So follow a complete raw diet for the next 1 month and things will be ok and then add cooked innthe night if needed oilfree - Fruits , vegetables and greens as a major meal across the day. Having only cooked food per day in the night oilfree( extremely important to be oilfree / grease free). Absolutely no gluten based foods like wheat. Only unpolished grains are ok. - remove Animal foods like meat eggs fish diary from ur life forever which are foods to the virus that’s sheltered ijnthe body - start your day with 250ml of warm diluted lime water without any honey or sweetners daily upon waking. - expose yourself to the morning sun for 30m to 1 hr - include whole food plant based approach to food. Eating foods in its natural state and not broken state. Unpolished food instead of polished, seeds and nuts instead of its oils, while grated coconut, fruits and vegetables. Juices only when body needs to cut off from digestion absolutely and focus on healing full time. Things like this will help - water enema daily for one month. This will help your GUT recover. Reach if you have more questions .
