Namaste Sneha Todi Agarwal Unhealthy skin, dry and itchy skin again is a reflection of the state of your internal health. Too much toxic deposits and dehydration leads to itchy and patchy skin. To heal that you have to follow the same cleansing and healing routine I have mentioned in your previous question for dandruff and falling hair. My mother is undergoing a treatment of breast cancer. Her chemotherapy and surgery is done and right now undergoing radiation. Hi. Tulsi leaves are believed to be anti-cancerous but so are many green leafy veggies. They have abundant quantities of chlorophyll which facilitate in nullifying the detrimental health effects of carcinogenic substances entering the body. So overall your focus should be to include a lot of green leafy veggies & herbs in your mother's diet. Even the humble coriander / dhaniya is anti-carcinogenic!! You must also include other seasonal veggies such as beetroots and sprouts such as green moong sprouts which are anti-cancerous too. Changing lifestyle to include more foods in raw or lightly steamed form plus a lot of positivity, good sleep, exercise, sun, connecting to self is needed to heal from cancer. This is best done under the supervision of an expert.

I am anxiety patient and taking treatment from phychiatrist. I take duzella ,etilaam,betacap ,veniz. I do yoga, I had stomach issues like constipation. In MRI doctor said due to pressure exerted their is descent in rectum and said do kegel exercise. Suffering from shortness of breadth though my oxygen level is normal and no wheezing, is it hyperventilation, and with it fear comes. Got MRI of chest and PFT test done in Januar, its normal. Hello Rashmi, Digestive issues like constipation is a lifestyle disorder and many people are suffering from this problem due to a changing lifestyle and wrong eating habits. It may also lead to other health issues like insomnia, depression, and anxiety.  Chronic constipation may result in certain disorders like Crohn's disease.  By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, constipation can be cured.  Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will flush the toxins out of the body.  Have Vitamin C rich drinks like lemon juice or orange juice. This will help to boost your metabolism in the morning.  Drink half cup of bottle guard juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Include fibers in the diet as this will bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Eat sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans.  Have soaked raisins in the morning on an empty stomach.  Avoid dairy products and animal foods.  Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Drink plenty of water during the day. Exercise  Exercising is very essential for good metabolism and better blood circulation.  Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min.  Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.  Practice pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom, bhastrika and kapalbhati pranayam.  Take the sunrays daily in the morning.  Sleep Lack of sleep or an improper pattern of sleep may also lead to digestive issues.  So, take proper sleep of at least  7-8 hours daily. There are many options we can give to child as nutritional diet and avoid diary products. you can boil apple and remove its skin and make a paste of it and add spoon of honey for taste and give to the child. same can be done it for Nenthram banana as well. boiled vegetable water, pomegrante juice hand made can be mixed in dhal rice and can be feeded. multigrain porridge like ragi can be given.

Hei Devesh , basically your stomach is responsible for all the problems that you are facing be it high blood pressure or headache . Take some time out and note down which food increases your constipation . Track your dietary intake and change those specific patterns.  Reduce your salt intake . Sit in silence for 15 min daily  Do your prayers regularly . Add maximum fruits and vegetables in your meal .  Reduce your tea / coffee intake and start having green tea . Hello I don't know why and how but I have got 2-3eruptions at my head on backside at my hairs. I have immense pain in the heel of both my feet. When I get up in the morning it's impossible for me to stand. It's only the heel. Then after five to ten minutes I can slowly put weight on it and walk. But that too have to limp specially the pain is more on the right heel. Please advise

Hello Priya, Pain in heels may result due to obesity, ill-fitted shoes, jumping on hard surfaces, abnormal walking styles or any other disease. It may also result due to any bone injury or tissue injury or ligament injury.  If the cause of pain is any injury then X-ray is necessary before telling any treatment.  If it is not due to any injury then the following tips will help you. Change your footwear and wear comfortable and soft footwear. Walk in an appropriate manner and in a proper style. If you are obese, then focus on losing weight. Soak your feet in warm water (add a pinch of rock salt to it) for about 20 minutes twice a day. Thank you

Hi, I have been operated for a brain tumor about a pea sized on 26th October 2021. Post that I am on anti-epileptic medicine. Each time I start medicine my metabolism is badly affected and my periods get scanty. Hello Raghni,    Ankylosing spondylosis is an inflammatory reaction that reduces the flexibility of the spine by fusing the small bones. According to our body, it is a functional change. But the natural cause is an accumulation of all toxins. That is what is causing pain in neck and back. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause of spondylitis. It is time to make some changes in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. From the neck to the lower back, it has a tendency to make our spine more rigid. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: • Avoid alcohol. • Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. • Practice a diet that is rich in fruits, raw vegetables, and whole grains which will help in the treatment of ankylosing spondylosis. Start with oranges, sweet lime, sprouts, and sweet potato in order to gain immunity from Vitamin C-rich food.  • Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Snoring occasionally is not problematic.  If you are a habitual snorer than it is not good for your health.  Treatment is necessary for the habitual snorers.  They are having risk if sleep apnea, long interruption of breathing,  disturbed sleep. Lead to strain heart and a risk of heart attack and stroke. Low oxygen level in blood due to lack of breathing leads to pulmonary hypertension. Chronic headache  Disturbed sleep leads to stress and obesity.  Fatigue. Remedies: Reduce weight in case of overweight.  Keep the head little bit elevated from bed during sleep, which helps to keep airways open.  Check for any deviated septum or nasal polyps.  Avoid sedatives/smoking/alcohol. Get enough and proper sleep. Take facial steam 30 mins before going to bed.  Drink more water, especially Lukewarm water.  Avoid over eating.  Sleep in proper position.  Practice pranayam like nadi shuddhi and Ujjayi. Practice asana like gomukhasana, ustrasana, and sectional breathing exercises. Namasthe!

There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis.  Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores   So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure.  However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream. So where do you think it will store all the garbage ? Deep inside it’s cells. It will hope that one day when I have plenty of time on the hands to clean up, I will do it. But guess what ? Fasting / clean eating is not a part of a known lifestyle and it continues to pile up. When liver is overworking, the bile  produced is not potent. This bile is responsible for ensuring there is no stone or clumps happening when adrenals are handling that. In such situations, adrenals also don’t work properly and is stagnant too. So with a stagnant liver and a toxic digestive tract your energy will constantly stay low. If you had a clean and high functioning liver, without enough food also you will be at high energy levels from morning to night. In many cases nervous fatigue can also be seen where people cannot focus because of fatigue. One cannot function normally even socially.  Either way, you need to take charge now and change your lifestyle to as close to natural as possible. Missed speaking about the low blood pressure. Just saw it. See when the GUT is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the blood stream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a sudden Low bp. She might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. U can check that too. Eating foods in its natural state and not broken state. Unpolished food instead of polished, seeds and nuts instead of its oils, while grated coconut, fruits and vegetables.
