Hello Bhanu, Hair greying is due to stress, so the most important thing is to increase your protein intake. In a male's body, protein helps in triggering testosterone which will help in turn in enhancing beard growth and help in getting its natural colour. Due to pollution, high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle the effect of testosterone lessens in the body which results in early hair greying. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your hair quality. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello Jijo, It is time to go light on your body and cut down any food item which is making your body sluggish, the tamasic diet makes our metabolization slow and does not allow the correct nutrients to reach our body. The example of a tamasic diet is cheese and other milk products, gluten, rotten food items, smoking, alcohol and what it is leading to is a sedentary lifestyle. It is time to make our body energetic and go light. With the following tips, you will not only get the desired weight but also a healthy body and toned physique. By taking the right amount of protein you can also help in muscle building and reduce unwanted fat accumulation. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much of water is needed in the body. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed out to shed the extra kilos. Start the day with glasses of warm water, at least two. Vegetable juice with one bottle guard, coriander leaves and one inch of ginger blended together will help in reducing unwanted fat. Have, for your breakfast a bowl of sprouts with one teaspoon of turmeric and rock salt. It will accelerate the body's digestion. Your mid-meal around 11, should include fruits that are rich in antioxidants and help in increasing metabolization like orange, mosumbi, berries, etc. Continue with one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Have a glass of aloe vera and Indian gooseberry juice with beetroot. After an hour you can munch on like 4 almonds and 3 dried apricots and 2 walnuts. This will give you healthy hair and increase vitamins in your body to get an ideal physique. In dinner continue with one soup bowl like tomato or mix vegetables. This will help you in detoxing, continue this diet for a month. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of energy. 1. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily. 2. Do a run with a speed of 5-6 km in 30-40 minutes in the morning and you can also choose swimming. These things will help in hastening the process of getting an ideal weight. 3. Suryanamaskar helps in giving the body required stamina and strength, do 12 sets every morning. 4. Crunches and Squats will help in reducing extra belly fat and tone thighs. you can do 15-10 times each at one time. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on you and your exercises will be fruitful. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. A powerful method is of visualization, imagine yourself while relaxing to have the desired body, feel the same, and see yourself with toned up physique. This will not only help you in beating the stress but also have strong self-esteem. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. All the inflammatory process will be treated well once you feel healthy. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
My friend is suffering from Anxiety what should he do?

Hi, Our minds are constantly working and thinking. We all are constantly receiving both positive and negative messages. It is important to ask your friend to focus on positive messages and leave the negative. How to do this? Read and listen to more positive talks and messages. Keep yourself involved in the service of others. Various scientific researches have shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate, it helps to calm down the mind. The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be because of improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance) and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Meditation is proven to help control thoughts. Also, it is recommended to make lifestyle changes. Certain lifestyle changes would help assist you: This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body. Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body. Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates, sugary foods. They all cause spikes in the blood sugar level and also create an acidic environment for the body. These foods might give you some kind of false satisfaction of feeling good, but you would later find mood changes due to sudden changes in the blood sugar levels. Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal. Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal. Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep. Positive thinking helps to create positive vibes around you and automatically you would get rid of negative thoughts and anxiety. Read books or listen to positive talks. Also, keep yourself occupied with your hobbies. Practice the art of surrendering. Kindly read the blog to understand more. https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/389/part-1-the-art-of-surrendering Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards

Hello, Herpes zoster is a viral infection that causes a painful rash. Although it can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appears as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso. Shingles are caused by the vericella zoaster virus, the same virus which causes chickenpox. After you've had chickenpox, the virus lies inactive in nerve tissues near your spinal cord and brain. Years later, the virus may reactivate as shingles. Symptoms that may appear Pain Burning Itching Red rashes Fluid-filled blisters Sometimes, fever, headache, fatigue may also occur. Local application Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda or cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes. This will help to reduce the itching. Use this 3 to 4 times a day or as required. Apply lotions or creams on the rashes. They will give you a comfort feel. Use naturally prepared creams instead of using scented lotions and creams. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your rashes. Cold compresses To relieve the pain and itchiness associated with the rashes, apply a cool and moist compress. Do it 4 to 5 times or several times a day to get relief from the symptoms. Soak a cloth in the cold water. Wring out the water and apply the cloth on the affected area. This will help to relieve the pain and itchiness. Do not use ice packs on the rashes as they may increase skin sensitivity and worsen the pain. Baths Take a cool bath or shower to soothe the skin. Do not use hot water as it may worsen the blisters because it increases the blood flow. When you take a cold water bath then the coolness of water eases the pain of the blisters and also calms the itchiness. Dietary changes Avoid dairy products and animal foods like eggs, meats, milk, etc. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Always have plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Thank you

Namaste Firstly we need to understand why one suffers from PCOD. Our Body eliminates toxins through various channels like the skin, kidneys, lungs etc. For women toxins also get eliminated during mestruation cycles. With a unhealthy lifestyle and food habit theres lot of toxins being produced and accumulated in the body. the speed of elimination is way too slow than accumulation. So whats happenning is the blood, lymphatic system, etc are getting over laden with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. Thant’s why one gets issues like PCOD, fibroids, etc. As the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that the cysts are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. What are the lifestyle changes that you can make to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. The breathing works like a pump on your lymphatic system, by helping move the toxins towards the lymph nodes and further move towards elimination. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. The energy from the sun will help your blood circulation and support in the toxins to move from the blood, lymph etc. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. Relaxation is very important for cleansing and healing. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. Most repairs, cleansing and healing happen only when one is in deep sleep. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Let go of all that doesn’t serve you. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Foods to be strictly kept off 1 milk and milk products, meat, eggs fish etc 2 white maida, white sugar, white salt. 3 no packaged and processed foods. No outside food too from restaurants. 4 no baked stuff like toast buiscuits etc 5 no namkeens and sweets from shops Foods to be included 1 fresh locally grown seasonal fruits 50% 2 fresh vegetables 35% 3 grains 10% 4 soaked nuts 5% Diet chart 8 am one or two glasses of water with half a lemon squeezed in it Or Hibiscus flower lemon grass and tulsi tea with a slice of lemon 9 am green juice dhaniya pudina curry leaves cucumber as base no water grind filter and add pinch of salt and half lemon 10 am fresh seasonal fruit top choice papaya, if not tarbooz or dragon fruit, kharbooja as much as you want till you feel full 1 pm lunch Lukha fulka with lots of lauki or torai or tinda or beans or gawarfali or balor or tindoli or gilki parwal etc. no or only 1 tsp oil groundnut sesame or coconut oil that too cold pressed . Is there any diet I can take for adding volume to my hair?
Prof Dr Srikrishan Sha...
02:05 PM | 12-09-2019
For humanity Hairs are sign of good personality, strong kidney and good metablism and circulation as well. If there is proper supply to mind hair growth and cell development is proper. Interestingly, your hair grows around 0.5 inches (1.25 cm) per month, and 6 inches (15 cm) per year. How fast it grows depends on factors like age, health, genetics and diet. On the other hand, eating a balanced diet with the right nutrients can help promote hair growth, especially if you’re experiencing hair loss due to poor nutrition. A healthy diet can help your hair stay strong and shiny. What you eat can also keep you from losing your locks. If you’re not getting certain nutrients from food, you might see the effects in your hair. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid are also important to your hair. Vegetarians and vegans often don't get enough of them. Foods with B6 include bananas, potatoes (both white and sweet), and spinach. You can get folic acid with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and tomatoes. Whole-grain and fortified-grain products, beans, and lentils also have it. Protein is also critical for keeping your hair healthy, but many people don't get enough. Lean meats like fish and chicken, eggs, and soy products are good sources. Eat one serving every day. Because trace minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, and biotin also affect hair, it's a good idea to take a daily multivitamin. The right foods can be really good for your 'do, but hair loss has many causes. Sometimes, genetic factors like male or female pattern baldness can play a role. Thyroid disease, anemia, autoimmune diseases, and hormone issues may also cause changes or loss of hair. Berries are loaded with compounds like antioxidants and vitamins that may promote hair growth. For example, strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which aids collagen production and iron absorption, two factors that may promote hair growth. This includes vitamin C, which has strong antioxidant properties. Antioxidants can help protect hair follicles against damage from harmful molecules called free radicals. These molecules exist naturally in the body and the environment Spinach is loaded with foliate, iron, and vitamins A and C, which may promote hair growth. A deficiency in these nutrients may result in hair loss. Sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamin A, which helps aid sebum production. Additionally, it has other factors that may help speed up the rate of hair growth. Avocados are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that may promote hair growth. Additionally, they are a great source of essential fatty acids, which appear to be crucial for hair growth. Nuts are packed with nutrients like vitamin E, B vitamins, zinc and essential fatty acids, all of which may promote hair growth and are linked to many other health benefits. Like nuts, seeds are rich in vitamin E and other nutrients that may promote hair growth. Some seeds also contain omega-3s, which have been linked to hair growth. Sweet peppers are a rich source of vitamins A and C, two nutrients that help ensure hair stays healthy and that may aid hair growth.

(Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hi, my daughter is 1 year 8 months old. She is breastfed while I am at home (while not at office). She drinks 1 small cup of cow milk in a day. She also eats ghee, butter. I am planning to wean her off cow milk and other dairy products. But me and my husband are bit skeptical about her overall nutrient intake if she is not given milk, ghee and butter. I am planning to make nut milks at home but I am not sure whether she will accept the new taste. She is on family food otherwise. Please guide us

Namaste A one year and 8 months old baby can easily be weaned away from cows milk and other dairy products. 1 Keep all her favourite foods handy. When ever she says she is hungry give her one of her favourite food so that she doesn’t think about milk. The fouvorite foods must be healthy food too. 2 you can slowly introduce her to nut milk. She will slowly start liking it. As for nutrients you may rest assured she is getting all the nutrients she needs as long as you are giving her all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. They should be the major part of her diet. You are doing a great job introducing your child to a healthy lifestyle at such a young age. Kudos to you. Hello sir I am patient of pulmonary sarcoidosis. It has affected my lungs and I am facing breathing problem. I hope you have something for me

Namaste Narinder, we understand that it must be challenging for you. Sarcoidosis is a condition that causes your immune system to overreact and make lumps or nodules called granulomas. It could be due to prolonged suppression of minor health issues through medicines, poor diet and lifestyle patterns. You can start following these tips to deal with it Naturally: 1. Take lukewarm water to sip to bring in some relief. Add pieces of ginger and lemon along with a few pinches of turmeric to your water. you can have it in the morning empty stomach. 2. Steam Inhalation – Inhaling steam for 5 to 10 minutes, by adding a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus helps in melting the mucus accumulated in the air passages, helping to reduce breathing difficulties. 3. Certain foods like processed foods, refined grains, white sugar, and animal products like dairy, meat, and oils cause phlegm to build up in your lungs and other parts of the respiratory tract. Embrace a healthy diet that consists of a majority of raw vegetables and fruits, and smaller quantities of energy-dense foods like nuts, seeds and sprouts. Limit cooked food in your meals. For more guidance, you can explore our e-learning program on Boost lung health & Immunity or come with us for the Holistic Healing Personal coaching program. Namaste Neha, Thank you for sharing your concern with us, it must be challenging for you to deal with it. Xanthelasma is a skin condition where the formation of cholesterol deposits occurs below the skin, most common location is the inner part of the eyelids, which leads to puffy bumps of fats in the eyelids. Namaste Shriti, We understand your worry and must be hard for you to see your child having this condition. As u mentioned you have been dealing with this condition for the past 8 years and during pregnancy the way we pass genetic information we also pass toxicity. And if we don't take care of a healthy diet we activate the toxins which end up causing a disease. But it can be reversible if you provide the right environment for the body to heal itself. The real treatment for thyroid disease is cleansing of the system. You can follow these steps to start 1. Add fruits like apples, pineapple, watermelon and grapes. Go for local and seasonally available fruits. 2. Put wet packs on the neck and abdomen region every morning empty stomach and in the evening after 2-3 hrs of meal. 3. Please avoid all processed food items like sugar, flesh foods, and fried and packaged snacks as they will affect the thyroid negatively. Hello Kiruthiga, Burning sensation in stomach indicates that your husband is suffering from acidity. Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello Bhagyashri, It's good that your father doesn't have any disorders like bp and diabetes. The health issues that your father is facing are related to each other. The root cause for all the problems is improper digestion, this improper digestion leads to constipation and acidity which leads to the development of white patches on tongue. Hence, the root cause which is improper digestion can be cured by following a natural lifestyle and eating habits : Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salads. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. This will add bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Drink plenty of water during the day. Have your dinner 3 to 4 hours before your sleeping time. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily in the morning. Perform pranayam, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Take short walks after every meal. Sleep A proper sleeping pattern is very important for a healthy digestive system. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you

Hello Seema, Migraine is the reaction of a very chronic diet that is filled with high fat and irregular bad eating habits which do not allow our body to stay healthy. This becomes really important for us to understand that the sun is not the cause of migraine but our body's process are not in harmony. The best advice when suffering from migraines is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating both mental and physical issues but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation will sort your issues. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast to give your stomach relief and this is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Stay hydrated. The best thing is to have a good amount of raw vegetables in your diet. Whenever you are having an episode of migraine apply a paste of gram flour and turmeric with rose water and apply it on your forehead, sleep in a supine position. Have an inch of ginger boiled in a cup of water with one teaspoon of honey with two tulsi leaves, this tea will help you relieve migraine. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in treating migraines. Communicating with like-minded people always help, going to in groups make us not only share or idea and thoughts but motivate and learn something new. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you
