Namaste, Hope you are drinking pure water, instead of drinking outside water. Carry of bottle of lukewarm water and drink that when you go outside. Also if you are sleeping under AC (Air Conditionor) avoid that. It affects the Kidney. Sleep in natural air. 1. Introduce him to oil pulling. Difficult for a five year old but possible. Best is to start yourself and join him with you. Check out this video for oil pulling. 2. Citrus fruits. Increase the intake of citrus fruits - whole or juiced. 3. Avoid RO water. Best is the age old boiling and filtering method, in case not possible then go for a simple UV filter. 4. Assume that you have done the allergy test for him, be extra cautious and avoid them. 5. Remove MRP completely. (a) M is milk and milk products. (b) R is refined oil, refined sugar, refined salt and refined grains. (c) P is packaged food. Don't open a packet where the content of the packet can be eaten straight. Example - biscuit, haldiram products, confectionery, etc. 6. Avoid hot water bath.

Corn is basically caused by pressures which takes the form of an overgrowth. The pressure and growth are directly proportional. Causes can be tight/ narrow footware or tight stockings. Surgical intervention is not advisable as per natural cure. Possible solutions - Food wise - being on a majorly raw diet for atleast one month, removing products sourced from animals as food, sugar, processed foods, refined foods, packaged foods etc. Exercise for the sole and feet - such as cycling while sleeping on ur back, stretching ur foot up and down, rotations Cw and anti cw, standing on the edge of a step and pushing the heel down and pulling it up, feet reflexology where you sit and press all the points of your feet with both ur thumbs, massage the area around the corn gently to improve blood circulation and release of toxins from the area Hydrotherapy- take 2 buckets with hot and cold water. As everyone has already explained that the best breakfast is fruits, I'll not repeat it :-) In addition to that, if you want to eat poha, just view it from a whole vs processed scale. The more your poha or any other food item is towards 'whole' on this scale, the more nutritious it is & easy for body to absorb its nutrients. So yes red poha maybe closer to 'whole' than regular white poha, though both are processed foods.....And always beware of marketing gimmicks, know your brand or vendor well to make the right choice.

Hi. Asthma, or for that matter any illness or disease, is body’s way of signaling & removing toxic build up in the body. Don’t be scared that its asthma & you can do nothing about it. Human body has a wonderful self-healing mechanism, you just have to support the body through right inputs. Tell your friend to increase the fruit intake of her son. He should also have more raw veggies in the form of salads & juices. With kids it often becomes difficult to make changes in food, but start with making small changes. At least for a while, stop intake of dairy, non-veg and grains. These are all acidic foods & come in the way of body’s healing. Also, stop packaged foods for the same reason.

Well! I have had the experience of using both - a regular mixie and the nutribullet. When we began adding juices to our daily routine, we started with the regular mixie. While you could do well with the mixie the result you get by using a nutribullet is amazing. The biggest advantage, as per me is the time saved, smooth texture of the drink (which translates to no fuss with kids). According to me, its a good buy and adding juices to your daily routine does become a lot more easier!
