It could lead to other problems. People suffering from chronic migraine headaches, for example, may find it hard to attend work or school regularly. Sometimes stress could be a major factor to cause headache and in your case, this might be true. Headache often occurs, due to tension, emotional stress, sometimes due to even on exposure to bright light, loud noises, strong smells or due to intracranial pressure, etc. Taking proper diet and lifestyle change could aid to prevent and cure headaches. The main cause of headaches is Stress. Control your stress level by practicing Yogasanas, pranayama, and meditation. Regular practice of shat kriyas like Jala neti a cleansing procedure in Yoga also helps. Practice deep breathing techniques namely pranayama regularly. Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Have juicy vegetables for most of ur day. Quit all kinds of animal products like diary eggs meat fish.. ur gut will heal in 2-3 months and get better n better as days progress

Hello, Reasons for body odour. There could be many reasons for body odour. Hormonal changes Not maintaining proper hygiene. Puberty Stress Medications you take. Your environment. Foods that you eat. Infection. Things to follow. Maintain proper hygiene by taking at least 2 showers in a day. Wash your clothes regularly. Shave or remove your armpit hairs. Wear cotton clothes. What should be done in case of infection? If there is any infection then, with sweating and odor some other symptoms will also develop like itching, inflammation, rashes, redness. To treat this, take a bunch of neem leaves and add it to water and then boil the water. Allow it to cool. Use this water to take a bath. This will kill the bacteria and will help to deal with the infection. Diet: Some foods also result in bad odours. So, avoid fish,meat, spicy foods. Take turmeric as it has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Also, take fenugreek seeds. Local application Apply lemon juice mixed with water to your armpits and sweat prone areas. Take some water and boil it, then add green tea leaves to it. Now, allow it to cool and then dip cotton in it and apply this to the sweat prone areas like armpits, genitals. Coconut oil is also beneficial for bad odours. It has anti-bacterial properties and is very good for good skin also. Sleep If stress is the reason for body odor then having a good quality sleep is the solution to it. So, take at least 6-8hours of sleep daily. Drink plenty of water during the day. Not immediately but definitely if you could follow some simple natural methods The best way to treat GERD is to zero in on the underlying cause of your acid reflux and correct it. Which means to cut down or avoid all those triggering factors responsible for GERD in your body. Modifications in your diet and lifestyle habits can help improve one's condition. Follow the natural ways and methods enlisted as below • Always go for a bland and binding diet such as Banana, brown rice and boiled vegetables. These foods are bland and binding which will prevent further reflux and vomiting. Bananas also contain potassium and other minerals which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting. I have been suffering from inguinal hernia from past week and I have started yoga and asanas and exercises to reverse it. I even fasted for 2 days, so that my intestine gets cleansed. But still it's there the same. I got 3 lumps at right upper thighs and 3 lumps on left upper thighs. It's not painful but I can feel when I am walking. Any remedies to treat this condition? Edit: i got a scan and it wasnt hernia... Its just a swollen lymph nodes... And i am healed now.... Thanks for the answers kud

Gerd is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to the category of fruits veggies and greens goes to the list of toxins - bad smells, chemicals medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes the stomach and strength of HCL in the stomach become less. As that becomes less, this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that are thriving. So the acid reflux happens. It’s not the HCL of the body which actually is protecting you. Its other things that are not supposed to be there comes out burning your oesophageal lining. Do the following sincerely to see changes. I have seen this working in people. 1) quit dairy eggs meat fish 2) quit sugar processed foods and ready to eat foods. Refined oils and anything that is polished. You should also create all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food. 3) drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning 4) next hunger 500 ml of ashgourd juice 5) tender coconut for whole day 5) repeat this 4,5 for 3 days and stay on only juices. If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected. Continue juicing. Continue to keep a wet cloth all day 3 days . Rinse every 1 hr and continue to drink and rest all 3 days. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr . If u can continue juicing for next 3 days adding juices of veg greens and fruits, it’s the best to continue for 10 days. U will see things falling in place already by then. If not, After 3 days, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue only such fruits and juices for next 3 days. Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Solids will delay and rot and create a mess . Try and get back to us if u have further questions. After 10 days stay on same juices all morning, fruits greens next, vegetables next. Juice in the night again. Stay on this routine for a month and then add cooked for night - gluten free oil free spice free. Raw salad is also advisable and fruits. You can have fruits like apple which are more in fibre and will help you eliminate softer stools. Rest is important. Thank you.

Hello Parinaz, Avoid having spicy and oily foods.Avoid all the junk food,street food, deep fried foods. Try not to eat dairy products and animal foods like meat. Eat plant based foods.Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables ,salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your meals. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Do some physical activity on a regular basis like walking, jogging, skipping or yoga.
