Hello User, If we put in the definition of medical science having a flow from 2-5 days is completely normal. If it is according to the genetic issues, like your mother and sisters have been having the same flow then there is nothing to be concerned about. There is a chance that it might be genetically connected as your mother and sister must have to go through the same kind of flow. The next thing is that your hemoglobin might be less in the quantity that is why your body has this as a defense mechanism to control. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content as well as regularise our menstrual cycle. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Eating methi seeds with warm water also helps in healthy periods. You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. Meditation: As you have mentioned about stress, while sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and discomfort during periods. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you
Can you pls give a nutritious diet for me?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...

A healthy diet or an optimum diet is essential for good health and nutrition. The diet should satisfy all the required nutrients needed by the body to meet up the demands. It protects you against many chronic non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Eating a variety of foods especially a lot of vegetables and fruits and consuming less salt, white sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for a healthy diet. Some of the benefits that one could achieve by a healthy diet are maintaining an optimum weight, prevent conditions like cancer, diabetes, heart ailments, degenerative bone disorders, bad mood swings, and a bad memory. Some of the popular schools of nutrition preach the following ideologies Choose good carbohydrates especially those sourced from whole grains (the unprocessed are the best), green vegetables, fruits, and beans. Try to avoid white bread, processed white rice, and sugared drinks, and other highly processed foods or junk foods. Make sure you meet the required protein requirements: good choices include nuts and soybeans. Try to avoid non-vegetarian foods Choose foods that contain healthy fats. Choosing plant oils, nuts, etc are the best choices. Try to limit the consumption of saturated fats, and try to avoid foods with trans fat. Choosing a fibre-rich diet which includes whole grains, vegetables, and fruits would be the best choice to meet up the fibre requirements Eat more of fresh green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits—the more colourful and more variety is better. Make a point to include adequate amounts of calcium in the diet; however, soya milk might be a better option to consider in substitution to milk products. Some of the rich sources of calcium are collards, bok choy, fortified soy milk, beans, etc Consume potable water over other beverages. Try to avoid sugary drinks, and limit intake of juices and avoid milk. Avoid coffee, tea, artificially-sweetened drinks, and alcohol Always better to avoid white salt. Alternatively black salt could be a better option Choose more fresh foods, instead of processed ones.

A high protein diet is necessary to depend on at this point. Green leafy vegetables, seeds, almonds and walnuts are high sources of proteins. With this, you can start with hair packs like: 1. Onion hair pack: Onion juice with lemons helps in improving the quality of hair. 2. Methi powder with water helps in aiding hair growth by improving thickness and reducing hair fall. 3. Warm coconut oil and let curry leaves splutter in it, this mixture when used for head massages, will help in improving blood circulation and treat all hair issues. Hope my suggestions help. Thank you

(Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
