Your skin and your period both are in sync with each other, the problem of one is causing a disturbance in other. I can understand that you are making efforts for healthy and glowing skin but let us have an addition in your daily routine. By following a natural plant-based diet, the toxins accumulated in your body causing an imbalance in your hormones can be treated. Including food which will help in treating your problem: Having warm water in the morning with cinnamon powder will help in increasing insulin sensitivity, this will make your periods regular. Methi seeds powder again helps us in increasing insulin sensitivity. Ginger again is a superfood which helps in regularizing periods. You can also use some homemade face packs: 1. Apply gram flour, turmeric rose water mixture on alternate days which will help in reducing the inflammation of acne. 2. Beetroot enhances in bringing the glow back as well as chia seeds help in closing the pores. Applying it twice a week will be helpful. Inclusion of food like oranges, lemon and berries will help in achieving good skin, Read Vitamin For more information. Thank you

I hardly get sweat , due to which I feel I am getting more acne on my face. What to do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
08:52 PM | 09-12-2019
Perspiration is the excretion of the toxins out of the body. This can be more for some people and some get scanty sweating. Sweating around 2-10 liters is normal for an adult that is the reason some sweat more and some sweat less. But acne and sweating are directly co-related as the toxins do not excrete out easily from the body start finding another way to release it. You can try a few things which will help you in dealing with correcting this balance. Eat more green food this will help in balancing the minerals in our body, minerals help in regularising the body fluid and helps in preventing acne in our body. Walnuts, almonds, and lemons are a very good source to provide minerals. To eat more Vitamin C, vitamin C helps in improving the quality of the skin. Having a good intake of vitamins helps in preventing aging too. This blog will help you, Citrus and Skin. You can try several homemade packs to enhance your skin and reduce the acne: 1. Turmeric rose water and gram flour, use it twice weekly. 2. Flax seeds and beetroot gel, apply every night. 3. Neem powder and orange powder every morning use them as a face wash. Hope this helps you. Thank you
My problem is constipation. What should I do?
Dr.Elanchezhiyan Devar...
11:14 AM | 26-11-2019
Hi, Constipation refers to a disturbance in bowel habits, but has varied meanings. Constipation is defined as having fewer than three bowel movements weekly and/or having hard, dry stools that cause pain or straining. There are many factors that contribute to or cause constipation. The most common causes are: Eating a diet too low in fiber Eating too few calories Not drinking enough fluids A low physical activity level Due to medications Behavior changes: It is best to establish a regular pattern of bowel movement. Persons having normal bowel pattern usually defecate at approximately the same time every day. Since the bowels are most active after awakening and after meals, the most optimal time for a bowel movement is usually within the first two hours after waking and after breakfast. Don’t ignore the signal to defecate. Diet: Fiber increases stool bulk, which helps stools move through the colon. The recommended amount of fibre is 20 to 35 grams daily. Fresh Fruits, green and green leafy vegetables and cereals are an excellent source of fiber. Citrus fruits, prunes, fig and prune juice are especially helpful. Bloating and flatulence is a common problem with increased fiber so it is best to start slowly and increase the amount of fiber gradually. Drinking Lauki juice, beetroot + carrot juice daily in the morning also helps to relieve constipation. Adding ginger in your food also helps to improve your digestion and helps to relieve constipation. Insoluble fibers: Consume more insoluble fibres. Insoluble Fiber is not digested by the body and is excreted as waste. This type of fibre promotes bowel regularity and discourages the development of constipation and other complication like haemorrhoids. Insoluble fibres are present wheat bran, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and skins on vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of liquids: Drink 3-5 litres of water daily, and consume more fruits juices. Fluid helps your body process fibre without any discomfort. Include exercise or physical activity in your daily routine. Physical activity is a natural way to relieve constipation. Get up early in the morning and drink lukewarm water then go for a brisk walk or gentle jogging help your body to get hydrated and help in relieving constipation. Avoid Tea, coffee and other carbonated, packed/canned drinks. Avoid spicy, oily fried food items. Avoid milk and milk products. Avoid polished rice, sugar and maida. Drinking cinnamon water 30 minutes before going to bed also helps to relieve constipation. Consume overnight soaked figs/raisins daily. Include more raw vegetable salads and sprouts in your diet. Avoid non-vegetarian food items. Practice regular Yogasana: Aanas like pawanamuktasana, naukasana, matsyasana, vajarasana, vakrasana, and ardhamatsyendrasana. Practice regular pranayamas like nadishuddhi and bhramari .helps to reduce your stress which is alo cause for constipation. Cold mud pack to the abdomen also more beneficial in relieving constipation. Namasthe!

Hi. I am having bleeding gums since last 2 years. I maintain sufficient oral hygiene, but it is not good enough. As per dentist's I have crowded teeth structure which causes more food particles to remain between the gums and teeth. This causes bacterial formation and finally bleeding. What should I do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
06:17 PM | 15-11-2019
The bleeding gums can be due to gingivitis which happens because of inflammation of gums and it causes our gums to bleed even with slightest of injury. It happens when plaque starts building up between our teeth and invade our gums so that they tend to become vulnerable to different types of infections gingivitis is one of them. Flossing is the answer to all your issues pertaining to healthy gums. Flossing will give you the best results and with cleaning your gum line and your teeth in the middle areas were toothbrushes cannot be reached. So with your regular brushing include flossing as your daily chore for better health. The next main thing to give attention to is the diet for our gums. What type of food you can include in your diet to improve your gum health? Onions are the best thing to have for improving your gums. Onions tend to neutralize certain bacterias in our mouth and improve the health condition. Green leafy vegetables are also a good source for healthy gums, including them as raw juice helps you out to improve your oral state. Tomatoes, carrots, and apples are also somethings to be included in your daily diet to start with oral hygiene correction. Thank you
Hi... I am suffering from pcod problem for years... And had consulted several doctors and will never get menses on time... And naturally only by hormonal tab I used to b in cycle... I am totally depressed... And gaining weight what shall I do?

Hi, PCOD stands for PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome. It is an imbalance of hormones. Lets briefly look into the functioning of our body which will then help us better understand the changes we need to make. In mature females, every month the pituitary gland which is located at the base of the brain produces 2 female sex hormones. These hormones work in such a way to create a balance in the body which leads to either fertilization or if not fertilised leads to the monthly menstrual cycle. Estrogen and progesterone are the hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. If there is an hormonal imbalance in the body it leads to PCOS. In this condition a cyst or an abnormal growth in the uterus develops . This happens when over a period of time, the body is unable to eliminate the toxins from the body and they accumulate and form cysts. The cysts can dissolve when the right lifestyle choices are made. This includes maintaining of right body weight, physical activity and healthy lifestyle changes. Hormonal imbalance in the body occurs when the body is under constant high periods of stress. This releases the hormone cortisol which impacts the functioning of other hormones like the estrogen and progesterone. Due to this constant high levels of stress the brain gets the signal to store excess fat and slow the body's metabolism down. Therefore you tend to put on weight. Lifestyle changes would help solve all your health issues. That includes removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed , oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body. Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for normal functioning of the body. Avoid excess of teas, coffee. This also triggers the production of cortisol. Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones. And in a relaxed state the body can repair and heal. Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to understand that there is no urgency and it can repair and heal. Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep. Hi Uma, All your health issues are due to hormonal imbalances of the body. These can be changed . These are affected because of the lifestyle choices you make. You could easily modify them and achieve good health. Among them proper rest, food choices, sleep and physical activity are of prime importance. They could also be regarded as your 4 pillars to achieve good health. If you dislike walking there are other forms of physical activity which you could include. The main point is get as much physical activity in your routine as possible. Lets look at the other lifestyle changes as well. Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time. Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in sugar, oil and colouring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance. Chew your food slowly and avoid electronic gadgets while eating. You tend to consume more food than required if you watch an electronic device or if you chew fast. Your brain takes atleast 10-15 minutes to make you realise that you are full. Soak in sunshine. Most individuals are deficient in Vitamin D, which the body can easily make when exposed to sun. Vitamin D is an essential component even for weight loss. You could take help and guidance from any of the nature cure coaches to help you with this under Nature Natures https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/339/nature-nurtures-program-wellcure-your-natural-health-coach Wishing You Good Health Always! Clean the gut. Eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, Your gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil. Don’t eat excessively. rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach. There are many causes of bloating. Apart from the acidic foods described above, due to constant exposure to acidic foods, the stomach could have gastroparesis ( symptoms of paralysis of some the muscles that open to the small intestines). In such cases the chyme is not released in time to the small intestines and stays in the stomach. By the time that releases, you would be having another meal. Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a fresh breath of air in the morning by going for walks or Jogging. Lastly remember that yoga alone without any food changes will not bring improvement to the body. A holistic approach to healing always has both food and exercises working together. Holistic healing always has healing of mind body and spirit.Follow this :-Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep, with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. This is optional and youcan replace this with raw again and that’s best for you. Do raw for 30 days. Avoid taking too much fibre at one shot. Do smaller raw meals even if you are hungry often till the stomach heals. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout. Focus on weight training See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. What to Avoid :- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator of natural healing practices )

To start with do not let your facial issue take over your confidence, with or without acne. It always matters that how you take care of your self. To start with there are few areas you need to begin with. 1. Diet: Start your day with a good stomach wash by drinking two glasses of water. A clear gut will help in absorbing a lot of nutrients. Face pack: Beetroot and chia seeds face pack helps in enhancing your face by removing acne scar. Applying turmeric and rose water, thick paste directly on acne helps in dealing with it. Aloe vera gel and coconut oil help in clearing skin. Thank you

I travel once a month for a week , I face leg pain during travelling.... What shoud be my precautions?
Dr.Tokika
11:36 AM | 05-10-2019
Hi there, Inactivity while travelling lead to pain and swelling of legs. When the movements are constrained or limited, blood circulations are restricted which can lead to symptoms such as swollen ankles and feet, heavy leg and leg pain. Sitting idly with your feet on the floor for a longer duration causes blood to pool in your leg veins. It also puts pressure on the leg veins which forces the fluids to escape out into the surrounding tissue from the blood vessels causing a leg swell or oedema. To prevent this from happening you may follow some of the advice ; • Keep on flexing and extending your knees and ankles. Try up and down movement of ankles or clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation for 10 counts every 30 minutes. •Try shifting your position from time to time. Do not cross your legs while travelling. •Stand up and try walking around after sitting for an hour or two. •Wear loose-fitting cloth and avoid tight stockings that constricts the blood vessel. •Massage your legs so that the blood circulation improves while or after travelling. This will prevent cramps, swelling and pain. • Clench your toes every 30 minutes so that your leg and calf muscles are exercised or manipulated. •Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol while travelling as they cause dehydration. Drink plenty of other fluids that can keep you well hydrated.
